The overall process went well no real issues or concerns items that need attention are being handled

We are satisfied with new home

Quality has always been my main concern owning a property. There has been uneven patch up padding on the carpet, bathrooms exhaust fans and air condition vents are loud. We were told that there is nothing that can be done “It is what it is.” I feel that it’s all about making a profit!!!

Housing development t was in a nice area with trees We were given a choice of colors and prices of different upgrades. Construction was done on time. Closing was easy . There were a few issues after closing that needed to be fixed . It seems there are some issues with certain areas like landscaping and irrigation . Hopefully they can be resolved quick.

We are super exited with our new home. Everything we expected and more. Love our new home and our community.

Poorly built. There are numerous issues with circuit breakers, concrete work is not done properly. Needs multiple follow-ups for every single issue. No confidence in the builder's inspection. Builder is more interested in getting good ratings than the quality. I have built houses with other builders like MI and Rockford. I would recommend them than Pulte.

I purchased a new build with a suite of Pulte associated companies / services (title, mortgage, etc) and the process was smooth. Build quality is good for the price though there are more restrictions on customizing than other builders (more expensive for those though), but I would highly recommend Pulte to support adding floor outlets in the study, since I would imagine that most people nowadays would have laptops or PCs in their study. Regardless, it has been a good and painless process.

Matt and the other guy were pretty good to deal with. They're great at getting problems fixed when noticed. They communicated really well during the closing process to let me know what is happening and what they fixed.

I'm very disappointed in the quality of workmanship in my NEW home. I feel that the house was thrown together and that nobody from Pulte was overseeing the build. The downstairs flooring has been an issue since before closing (8 weeks ago) and is still an issue today. I was told by Chad that once I put a rug and furniture in the room I would never notice it. There was paint left on the tile and carpet. The carpet in one room was cut and glued back together, but came apart, and the "fix" was to glue it back together again. Wish we went with a different builder. Loan company are scammers, don't fall for their incentive trick. The home has lots of shortcut issues that we needed to hire outside fixers to redo. Not worth the price

My home before closing, we went through inspection. Still, there were minor things to be fixed. We asked them to finish and postpone thr closing date, but they didn't allow it. Okay fine, but still some of them remain unfixed.

Everyone at Pulte was helpful and knowledgeable. They walked us through all of the processes and were responsive to our questions and requests. It was refreshing to see the pride and enthusiasm that Pulte representatives take in their work and I continue to recommend this builder highly to friends in the market for a new home.

We happened to stop by just as a deal fell through. We were able to get a finished home. We weren't able to pick anything about the house, but it fit most of our criteria. Brandon was very honest and never pressured us. Jesse was exceptionally helpful. He taught us how EVERYTHING in our house worked. We just wished we would have had some input as to when our lawn was put in--instead of rushing to get it in before the watering ban for the summer hit.

Ideally, I would have preferred a little less kitchen space and countertops and more living space! Other than that, I'm very happy with the condo

Pulte and the team at Blacktail have been absolutely exceptional. Brandon and Anthony have been stellar and very personable which has made the process much more enjoyable from start to the finish. I could not of asked for better people to work with as I get situated in my new home. I always say it’s the little things in life and Brandon and Anthony are just that, on top of an incredible home by Pulte!

Everything has been great so far.

We felt at home after our first visit to Mavera. Laurie was very helpful and provided us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We had to cancel our first contract due to job loss. Laurie was compassionate and helped us cancel and process the return of our Ernest money. We came back to Mavera once I secured a new job. We were hoping to get our original house but it was sold a few days before we came back. Lauri showed us couple of homes that were quick move ins. We fell in love with the Idaloo it had many upgrades and had the tub my wife had to have. We put in a contract the next day. The entire team was very helpful. From the construction manager Steve to the loan processors and closing team. Our contract was contingent on the sale of my home. It sold the first day on the market. Laurie and the team helped us move up our closing date. We closed two weeks sooner and are very happy with our dream home. ... More

You pay Peter to pay Paul and you expect brand new condition items and quality work. You don't get that. Left with dinged up and chipped visible work. Put lipstick over mistakes rather than actually replacing the part they damaged. Tub faucet isn't secured to the tub and turns like a lazy Susan. Backdoor let's water in, flows under the floor boards, and still hasn't been fixed. Windows and mirrors were scratched and not fixed. Carpet isn't properly seated under transition strips and leaves wedges that you slip into when walking across the floors. Not worth spending the price for a brand new house, with over priced labor and low grade work/materials, if the home doesn't look new or have the value that you paid for. I have had to call on Eddie several times since our walkthrough. He has been very prompt and helpful each time.

Buying a house from Pulte was an easy and hassle-free journey. When the house was being built, we were given information about every single thing and our opinions were taken through meetings. It was a very good experience! Thanks Pulte team.

Mike helped us out so much getting to know our home and was able to accommodate our schedule with my wife who had crazy work schedule being a first year teacher and us closing on the house the last week of school

We feel that some SOD is dead but keeping getting told that “it will come back” so we shall see
