We have been building homes since 1985 and Pulte has been a pleasure to work with and by far the most stress free! Pulte not only delivers a quality product but they stand behind it!

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with Pulte Homes. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Here are the main issues I have encountered: 1. **Lack of Customer Service:** From the beginning, the customer service has been abysmal. The CM and management I dealt with were rude and insensitive to my concerns. They displayed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism, making the process even more stressful. 2. **Need for ongoing services Shortly after moving in, we discovered an infestation of pests. We have had the AC and electric out 3 times and are still getting it serviced. It’s unacceptable to move into a new home and have to deal with such problems. 3. **Missed Upgrades in Plans:** The upgrades that were promised in the initial plans were not delivered. This was a significant factor in choosing Pulte Homes, and the failure to provide these upgrades feels like a breach of trust. If we didn’t catch the mistakes, Pulte would have gotten away with it and took the money. 4. **Lack of Response from Management:** Perhaps the most infuriating part has been the complete lack of response from management. Multiple attempts to reach out and resolve these issues have been ignored. It's clear that once they have your money, they no longer care about customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Pulte Homes. The combination of poor customer service, unfulfilled promises, and unresponsive management has made this an incredibly regrettable decision. At this time I regret buying my Pulte Home. Way too many service issues, and poor response to those issues.

The building process was so easy and stress free! Chris our sales rep was attentive to our every need and want. Our construction manager Greg was absolutely amazing through the whole process. He kept us well informed and any issues that did come up he remedied immediately. We are very happy with our new home!!!

From the initial meeting Bobbette was truly helpful and supportive. She was knowledgeable and understanding. She checked in with me every step of the way. Mark and Rod were amazing. They were meticulous and were concerned with every detail in my walk through and checked after closing to ensure everything was up to standard. Truly a great team. They treated my home like it was their home.

Overall the project manager does his best to resolve building issues and he is very responsive to our concerns. The subcontractors need more attention to resolve and detail.

My experience with purchasing a spec home from Pulte Homes has been mixed. Initially, the salesperson who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful throughout the buying process, which was reassuring. However, upon moving into the house, I encountered several issues that have been frustrating to deal with. One of the most surprising discoveries was that the kitchen exhaust was not installed. When I raised this concern, I was informed that it wasn't included in the specifications for the home. Frankly, I find it hard to believe that any modern home would be built without such a basic feature. One of the most surprising discoveries was that the garage door did not include an automatic opener. This seems like a basic feature that should be included in any modern home, yet it was not part of the package for my home. This omission has been inconvenient and unexpected, adding to the frustrations of settling into a new home. Shortly after settling in, I noticed a leak between the second and third garage spaces. I promptly reported this to the appropriate contact at Pulte Homes, who initially came to inspect the issue. They acknowledged the problem and mentioned they would consult their manager. Unfortunately, despite my follow-up emails, it took weeks for them to return and address only a portion of the leak, leaving the drywall still in need of repair. Further complicating matters, the ceiling lights began malfunctioning not long after. Despite reporting this issue promptly, I have yet to see any resolution after several weeks. Another disappointment has been with the backyard landscaping. The yard was delivered with straw installed, but underneath it, there are large rocks that have made it challenging for the grass to grow evenly. It's clear that this was not disclosed or adequately addressed during the purchase process. Reflecting on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective buyers to thoroughly inspect every aspect of the house before finalizing their purchase. The Pulte team made our home building experience great from start to finish. From sales, design, and construction the process was as smooth as possible due to the team involved. We are very happy with the home design and quality of products/installation. Our construction manager definitely took great pride to deliver to our expectations, even pointing out things we may want reconsider from his experience. As with anything, issues can arise but they were promptly address. The Pulte team and especially the Ballantyne team were excellent!!

Our experience with buying from Pulte has been terrible. Construction manager Colton reassured us that the problems we had prior to closing would’ve been fixed afterwards when in fact, they did not. No communication from him apart from when we needed a new sliding door but instead left a white patch on my wall without paining over due to an error on the constructions team behalf. Our sales representative Monira hardly ever reached out to answer our questions, unless she needed something from me and my husband. You would think we would be treated better and the build quality of a half a million dollar home would be an impeccable experience but it’s not instead I’m sending in pictures to warranty for things to be fixed in my home four MONTHS after closing! ... At the design center, a small sample does not giving a same view as final product in the house, and result may be not as an expectation!

My wife and i wanted to move closer to our son who's stationed at Ft. Campbell,so we researched extensively,and found Copes Crossing offered the best value,location,and also a good reputation of quality. We lived on Kauai,but we were able to pick out a lot,model,and also options thru video chats,photos,and phone calls with the Pulte design,and sales team.Not an easy task,and kind of nerve racking from 4500 miles away, but the Pulte team made it a lot easier. Everyone was really excellent including TJ,who kept the construction site clean,and on time We are very pleased with the results. Everyone was great to work with from the sales team, the construction team and the title company. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Jim (Sales Representative) was responsive to any questions and communicated with me regularly. He ensured I was able to visit the design center on my availability and schedule for being in town from Phoenix. He also represented my needs for the construction timeframe throughout the process. Adam (Construction Manager) is amazing. During the construction process he kept me informed on the progress of the project. Being 3000 miles away this was so important to me. He was able to ensure the completion of my home when the timeframe was accelerated since I sold my home in Arizona sooner than expected. Also, from the project walk through till today he has been VERY responsive to any of my concerns and questions. I feel like he listens and determines how to address them and solves the issue. Overall experience was good with Pulte. The construction team was really helpful in all ways. One member from the mortgage team was not effectively communicating back.

Sales personnel were great, we worked with Chris an had a good experience overall. The build of the actual house really showcased the lack of tradesman quality, a lot of poor quality materials are being used. Rushing out on these homes is causing a lot of simple things to be missed. Construction manager Matt was very helpful and responsive. Warranty department so far has been great.

Beautifully designed energy efficient smart home. Responsive Pulte team took care of small issues. Paint quality can be improved. Solar panels and battery will help reduce electricity cost. Good value for a spacious home and a large lot. Gated community provides enhanced safety & security

Kevin was always responsive in answering questions and dealing with any issues with the buildout. We are enjoying the house and the local area.

Finishing is terrible, be it out doors or indoors.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our homebuilding experience here with Townes at Lakeview. Our home was delivered in great condition with only a few minor things we wish were designed differently (namely placement of light switches and power outlets). Would recommend to anyone ready to embrace low maintenance multi-family living.

Jennifer sales consultant only looks out for sales, that’s it! She adds options and upgrades without explaining description and costs. She did not tell us we had 9 days to review agreement and back out. Too far in to purchase months later I found this out. I’ve already closed on house. Our first night sleeping in house my son’s bedroom did not have a register in the floor for A/C to cool his room. Next morning Ali comes out to house and I show him the pre-drywall picture showing register in son’s room on floor. Pulte even had city inspectors with City of Novi give us final certificate of occupancy. Other issues with house: paid for 4th car garage to be insulated and I had to show Ali the attic space over 4th car garage that no insulation was installed; items to be fixed on final walk through were not addressed and fixed and we did not realize until we were living in house and when brought to Ali’s attention he directed us to go through warranty department now. There are some positives though: design and layout of house is nice and lot is big enough to put a pool in. For the price paid I expected better quality, which my Pulte Home is lacking. I had a few hiccups that prolonged my move but my salesperson, Jennifer and construction manager, Cole were excellent. They were able to answer my multiple questions and address any concerns I had. I love the way they touch bases at every step of the building process from start to finish. Cole even came by the next day after closing and assist with an issue with my dryer. Thank you Jennifer and Cole. I love my new home.

Sales team is amazing, construction manager is responsive, however expect issues with your home when you move in. For example, two months after closing, our building still does not have any internet lines running to it.

Highly recommend, we really like the home.

I’m so glad I went with Pulte for my first home buying experience. I’m very happy with this purchase
