Make sure a complete inspection is done before closing. Make sure everything is working properly including checking all outlets including outside outlets and check heater HVac .

I was very pleased with the entire Pulte home buying process from sales to after home completion warranty follow-up. All the Pulte reps were professional and responsive. Pulte has the home building process down to a science and the execution was mostly excellence. Anything requiring follow-up was completion in a timely manner after I notified customer service. I am very happy we purchased a Pulte home
