We just bought a home from Pulte (and had one previously from them in Atlanta). Many of the choices they had made before we bought the home, but we were happy with the quality of materials and they took pride in fixing all the issues we found. They are easy to work with and have a very comprehensive set of meetings to handoff the new home to you. Even now that we've finished the purchase they are still responsive at making sure we enjoy the home (and giving us ideas for contractors to make additions and enhancements for the house).

My wife and I love our new house. The build was very good and our filed contractor, Ron, was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. We do have some items that we need corrected (30 day) and understand with all going on there may be a delay.

Everybody that worked with us were very helpful. Always there for us when we need them.

Great builder. I would do it all over again without question.

We are finding our new home heartwarming and welcoming. We lost our last home in a fire but desperately wanted to return to our community, our neighborhood, where we had spent the last 25 years raising our 2 beautiful girls. It is with that craving of "coming home" that we have spent the past year building our new future home. We love every aspect of it. The way we were treated by everyone here, the sales, build and design teams, (Jonathan, Tim and Vicki), is beyond compare. Thank you!

Our rating states it all. We are so happy with the Westgate model in the Boca Flores community. If you are looking for a one stop shopping experience from selection of models and finishes to financing and closing, Pulte is the homebuilder for you. It all started when we met Pam, Pulte Sales Consultant. Her engaging personality coupled with her knoweldge of the Builder and Community sold us on the property. She introduced us to neighbors who popped in to say hi while on their walks so when we moved in - it felt like "home". She is a value-added asset to the Pulte team. She will be missed by all when the community is complete. Ryan, Field Manager, consistently demonstrates his uncompromising focus in the area of quailty assurance and responsiveness to issues, even after we moved in. He is a man of his word. He too has an engaging personality and who is clearly dedicated to exceeding expectations. He too will be missed when the community is complete. Eric, Property Manager, has addressed our 30 day warrently needs in an expeditious and friendly manner. It can be overwhelming the first month of move-in. He kept us informed on the progress of fixing minor issues and reminded us to complete all the warrenty requirements on our appliances, water heater and air conditioner. I should mention that the Pulte contract crews are also amazing. They are skilled craftsman in their trade and clearly take pride in their workmanship. Very professional and friendly. The entire buying process was simple and quick, great communication all the way through. The house is built beautifully and the couple of small cosmetic fixes were taken care of right away! A+

Having a house built was easy. All the people involved made it a nice experience. I have been in the home for almost 2 months and I'm amazed at the quality of the work. This has been the best decision I have made and I'm 97 years old. I'm very happy with my decision to build a home with Pulte Homes.

They have a great team in very professional environment. Pulte Homes are the best home builder and I recommend them all day long!

Floor plan is awesome and quality of home is great

Our experience with Pulte has been very positive from the very beginning to completion and moving in to our new home. Just a very few small issues needed to be taken care of, and the Pulte Warranty handled them very quickly.

Pulte Homes builds beautiful, functional and comfortable homes, with a keen sense of detail and convenience to everyday living. They are fast, reliable, attentive and very professional. I've had only two minor issues in my home in the 6 weeks since move in, and they addressed immediately. The Field Manager, Malcolm, is a consummate professional, as well as friendly and personable. I would highly recommend Pulte Homes. We were not living in Florida when the home was being built, when we arrived the home was in great condition. This is our 3rd home we built, and by far the best.
