For the price, would have expected light fixtures vs. bare bulbs as an example. It's inexcusable to purchase a home that's 3/4 of a million dollars that isn't "turnkey." There are nice features, but alot of corners were cut. Most troubling though is a leak that we had that is now trying to be explained away. A room that had water leaking from upstairs through a light fixture was never determined to have a root cause. Morover, the room smells musty from water that I'm certain saturated the insulation. The warranty rep tried to blame the odor on the furniture. The smell preexisted the placement of furniture. I personally don't know that I'd buy from Pulte again from my experience thus far. ... Lorenzo made my Experience in buying a Pulte home a great one ! He informed me on updates and progress on my build. Always asked if there was anything he could do for me and always listen to what I had to say and was very punctual getting back to me. He was a joy to work with! He definitely went over and beyond in his job to satisfy his customer. Pulte should be proud to have him as an employee ! Pulte puts out an awesome home. Thank you Lorenzo for Presenting me with a beautiful home ! Pulte needs more people like Lorenzo !

First of all, I am happy with working with Jennifer and Ali when an issue occurs. Both of them are really helpful and responsive. But the problem is that the issues are too much. Since closing, don't want to mention the small stuff, I have had basement concrete leaking, A/C unit vibration, tub leaking, floor squeak, stone falling from the fireplace; and most ridiculous, they forgot to do the ductwork for the vent (it was blowing to my basement directly). Though Ali and his team fixed the most of them right away with great responsiveness, I'm still disappointed on the overall quality and the lack of attention to details, especially for the price we paid. ... CJ was a splendid professional and facilitator . He represented PULTE Homes in an exceptional manner. He is sales representative in White House, TN Great personality, sense of humor. CJ could sell ice to folks living in Antarctica.

I love the home, but the purchase and move-in was torture. Many things were a problem. It's been a month and most are fixed but some are still pending. Even so, I hear that other builders are worse. So, in comparison they might still be one of the top builders.

Tom and Haley made the experience of building a new Home exciting . I took this adventure on by myself, which is some cases companies would take advantage of that situation. However, Pulte treated me with respect and walked me through each step. When I could not get to the house while it was under construction, Haley and Tom took the time to send me pictures and updates. I feel they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Pulte homes and their team!

There were minor issues here and there that needed attention, which is expected. But Ryan and his team were quickly responsive in every case. Highly recommend!

Be careful. They'll hide things from you that you should know. Their finance department was the worst experience.

Buying was rushed because construction finished early. Building quality is what all current Pre-fab homes are. Not much wiggle room. Not everyone wants their washer/dryer next to their bedroom. Open floor design is nice. Not exact contractual materials are behind the walls. When discovered, you the client is asked to adhere to agreements and follow protocol. Otherwise you are stuck with the bills! Friendly and responsive Construction Crew. Cooperate is all about holding on to their money, not accepting responsibility and stating protocols. Not regretting purchase - beautiful community, friendly neighbors, walking distance amenities. Just make sure what’s delivered is exactly what’s promised!! May need ’X’ray’ Vision for some of it. ... Only 45 days in, but the experience has been great. Can't wait to settle in.

I did not expect this, last new home bought was in 2017. Then and now the differences, the sales office is rude, the first question is what is ur budget? Do u have an appointment (no hi no hello, no greeting). The dry wall contractor and framing contractor and the landscaping sub contractors have done a very poor job and have taken the joy out of new house. The dry wall who ever did it need to learn basics. At the corners you can see the bend and non straight lines through out the house. The roof has bumps in the living room, I'm seeing new bumps in ceiling in garage. Customer care rep is trying to do few things, but looks like she is new to the job. Sometimes ignores my experience especially when it comes to landscaping. I've lost trust and recording every conversation with sub contractors. I think the main problem is that the Construction Supervisor is new to this type of house, so the subcontractors took advantage and did subpar work! Overall it is a good build, it’s just that all the little things have added up. It started with the HAVAC system wired wrong it took two appointments to correct. Gutter system installation was and remains incomplete. Promised a “Smart” home with Google nest thermostats instead Pulte installed old Honeywell T6 thermostats. Most requests for warranty service have been submitted twice.

Everyone is excited and has answers before the sale, after closing no one keeps their promises.

Adam was, by far, the most attentive, caring, and helpful person we have dealt with. He addressed and solved all our concerns and answered, explained all our questions. He went above and beyond to be sure we were satisified.

Drew/Logan/Karl were super helpful throughout this home buying experience. We are loving our home so far and are looking forward to the memories made in the Limestone Ridge Community.

Though a big company, Pulte provided great personalized service and was attentive to our needs and questions and concerns. The construction manager was excellent in keeping us updated at all times. The construction was completed ahead of schedule. We appreciated their comprehensive services including mortgage and home insurance. The final closing process was very timely and efficient!

The whole buying experience was great! First, the office staff when we were scheduled for our first viewing of the house with Andrew, he stayed past his time to make sure we saw all the facilities and had as much time in the house as we wanted, he was friendly, informative, and did not rush us at all. Second, the financing and underwriting was amazing about answering all my questions and getting back to me numerous times. Josh and Kathy were always willing to spend a few extra minutes and walk me through the process with detailed explanations of what was happening and what we still needed to do. Third, Dan and Orlando were amazing with the walkthrough! They answered so many questions and really took their time is explaining everything! I asked a lot of questions and greatly appreciate all detail they added and how comfortable they make me and my wife feel about our new home and the process for making sure that if something were to have issues, that it would be fixed, then explained all the processes for that part of it. And all very thoroughly without rushing at all. My real estate agent, George, even told us that it was the best walk through he had ever seen. Afterwards we raved about it even more and told us some of his horror stories, so thank you Dave and Orlando! Fourth, our closing agent was great! I do not remember her name, but she was a dream! She did not rush us at all, answered all my questions thoroughly, and did not have any bad attitude because we asked so many questions. She had patience to spare. Thank you Pulte for everything! You offered us a great deal, you helped us go through the process of our VA loan, all your staff was so helpful, and we know we have a fantastic home that is strong and stable, to go along with a great community. You truly helped us find our dream house that will help support us and our 3 kids as we live our lives. ... More

The process from start to finish was smooth, well managed and on schedule. The people who helped make our home a reality were professional, kind and genuinely vested in delivering our family a great home!

First off, the people that work for this company are great. The responses I get and the customer service have been wonderful. That said, if I could do it all over again, I would purchase from Lennar or DR Horton and save 60 thousand dollars. The home is of the same quality as the other builders in my neighborhood but you pay for the Pulte name. Here are just some of the issues I had upon moving in. AC duct work in the attic was never hooked up to the vents in some areas. I’m missing insulation in some parts of the attic. The built in stove was never wired in and I had no way to turn it on for 2 weeks. The refrigerator water line was never connected prior to closing. I am missing an exterior electrical outlet by my front door. Several cabinets are damaged. The weather stripping around the front door and garage entry door is missing in places and I can see sunlight coming through. These are just some of the issues. Like I said at the beginning, the Pulte team is great and as a former DR Horton owner I appreciate good customer service. The overall home product is no better than the other builders and you are only paying for the name and the reputation Pulte had years ago as a premier builder. ... More

We were updated every step along the way. They were done right on schedule and the job was completed superbly. Great experience!

We love our new Pulte home and the road we took to get here! It was a great trip, from our first visit to a model (just to look around) where we met our rock star sales rep, Christine, to the quality build and the interaction with our awesome project manager Blake, to a smooth closing day, and finally move in and the great service provided by our warranty super hero Alex!! We are so glad we selected Pulte for our move to Babcock Ranch!

We love the model and design we chose and the design team were so wonderful! Our home had taken almost 2 years to build, but we were in no hurry. Pools were way overpriced and forced people to opt out of getting a pool and hire a pool company after they closed. We got a pool after talking them down from 300k originally. I’m embarrassed to tell people how much I paid. Some of the sub contractors were great! Nice quality work and others should not be working for any builder. We had a wonderful experience with our project managers! They are so helpful and do their best to get issues taken care of. Unfortunately we closed on a house that was not done and paid for a home we could not move into. The painting and staining was not done. Managing the QUALITY of work being completed during the process would greatly improve everyones experience with Pulte. People are paying out of pocket for their homes to be painted correctly after they close, to get a better quality finish. After spending over 2m on my home, I’m fixing the painting issues myself to ensure that it gets done correctly. The other items are being taken care of promptly and have been very pleased with the response of getting issues resolved. We would recommend Pulte and would for sure buy another Pulte home! ... More

Todd and Jackie made this experience easy and fun. Because I purchased from out of state, they were both so communicative and were able to answer all of my questions and sent weekly photos. I was very comfortable with the process and knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. Their primary goal was that I had appropriate expectations set, and, that I would love my home. I’d highly recommend Pulte; their customer service and quality of service and overall knowledge is top notch.

Great location, hope the rest of the developments will be up and running this year.
