Good customer service helped throughout the whole process. Buying a home was easy.

I had some couple issues with plumbing and Pulte has been very quick and responsive to fix the problem. And Luis is very kind to response to all my questions with regards to some home maintenance. I am satisfied so far with the quality of the house. But I had issues with HOA. They did not give me any information about the HOA and I had to figure how to contact them and ask for HOA rules.

After you’re in the home it’s almost like you are forgot about. They were supposed to do a 30 day inspection and no one has come by. My office doors are supposed to be replaced but they still haven’t done that either.

We are very happy with our decision to build with Pulte. Our home is beautiful We had a great experience with everyone on their team — from the start with our Sales Consultant, Daniela, to our Design Appointment with Stacey. Our construction manager, Christopher, was phenomenal. The home warranty offered by Pulte, and their continued responsiveness, gives us peace of mind in the quality of our home. Pulte made the new home building process as easy and transparent as possible.

Flooring insulation is terrible, can hear neighbor walking loud, very annoying and no solution on it, not recommend to buy house here

improvements need to be made. Driveways for 3 car garages should be wider. Many issues were not completed before moving in.

My experience was good in terms of home buying, and but since we closed, we have been identifying the issues pretty much in a lot of things, which made me lose trust on how the builder has handled the construction, and why within just first 3 months we've been experiencing all these issues.. I would recommend exercising caution if anyone is buying from them.. but to their credit, so far the responsiveness has been great, and they are resolving issues (although there shouldn't have been any in the first place)

We recently completed the process of building our new home with Pulte, and overall, the experience was quite positive, though not without its hiccups. Having previously built a home with Meritage Homes, we noticed a discernible improvement in craftsmanship with Pulte, which was a pleasant surprise. The responsiveness and service provided by our agent at the model house were highlights of our experience. They handled our requests and questions with remarkable speed and professionalism, which made a significant difference in the process. However, not everything was smooth. We encountered some issues as our construction manager quit unexpectedly, and disappointingly, Pulte did not inform us of this change in a timely manner. Moreover, there were a few items that we felt should have been addressed prior to closing but were overlooked. In conclusion, while the process of building a home is inherently filled with challenges, Pulte managed to deliver a quality home with superior craftsmanship compared to our previous experience. The issue is with your subcontractors. The warranty people are great, the lady who sold the house and the project manager were excellent. but your plumbing people since we moved, are having issues. one of the bills I received from the plumbing was rude. I knew I had to pay it because that problem was not his fault at that time, but the bill stated that "he wasted his time finding a leak) ( 3 hours ). then after that other issues appeared that are plumbing. but today is May 6 and we still dealing with them.

This was our first home by experience, and they made the process, very smooth. The materials for that were on the basic side, but that it was the flexibility to add nicer light fixtures, bathroom, vanities, shower heads, etc. in the future. Overall, the price of the house seemed reasonable. When we went to close, we’re going to the show room and try and they were many more materials and lighting fixtures etc that we were never offered. I’m not sure if that was specific to this neighborhood, but I would’ve liked the choice if possible. Our building manager did a fantastic job communicating with weekly emails and photos. ... More

While the house is nice, the lack of the multiple construction groups do now watch what they are doing. Ensure you have set up an inspection of the home. We did and received 80 pages of discrepancies that need to be fixed or repair. While I can understand the missed paint area, I can not fathom why the team would install roof trusses that are split or have broken connectors, why they install the drawers in the shelving backwards so they could not slide out, stone that is obviously cracked or split in pieces and tile that is not properly installed that will crack when pressure is put on it. . Our construction manger has been responsive to fix these issues but a month into it we are still waiting on some key things to get fixed. If you are able to supervise the build yourself it may make your final purchase a better exeprience. ... More

Still moving in.. checking to see if everything works as they should

I am happy overall with my new home and the easy process. Justin and Khal were very responsive during and after the build.

10% of non-refundable earnest money required. Had to complain numerous times during the building process on many issues to get it fixed. Kept asking good feedback on the survey both construction and mortgage process. The construction manager stopped responding right after the survey was completed even though there are some items that still need to be fixed. I am not going to recommend Pulte homes to my friends.

Our experience was very good since we started buying process with Peggy until closing at Pulte in West Palm. Also, services and questions, things to correct when we receive the house: Mark was 100% on our side. Now, Robert is doing also a great job.

She is the best sales manager we have ever experienced, and the whole team was wonderful throughout the entire purchasing process, including the closing of the house. We are very happy with the quality and value of this house. Thank you so much!

I love my home. The master it is exactly what I was looking for and the open space downstairs is great for gathering with family and friends
