Project manager stayed on top of all the sub contractors to keep close on time

very happy !! i bought with more 3 friends houses at one of the communities in las vegas we are all very happy with the product quality and have to say that PING the sales lady was amazing and gave us amazing experience, also john the construction manager was professional and help me with every detail in my new house , most to say i had a expirience with a different builder . pulte is much better then kb !!!

No issues that weren’t solved. Ricardo helped with with everything as the CM.

74 years old and the first house we had built from scratch. Pulte made the process very straight forward with minimal stress.

We had a great experience. Everyone was very professional. Lindsay gave us a tour of the model and helped us make the best decisions. Andrea is an awesome designer and helped us navigate through our various options. She could not have been better. Gemma helped us with closing documents. Tyler is the best. We really appreciated his help and guidance.

Comfortable, quiet, great house, my family and I love it.

Quick, smooth and easy trough the whole process

Few minor issues, staff was great and timely took care of the minor issues immediately.

We’ve built several custom homes and we were a little concerned about building with a national builder. From starting with Madison, to building with Garrett and David, and financing with Pulte Mortgage…the whole experience was terrific!

I liked that Nick kept us informed on the progress of our home from the start: laying foundations all the way to handing of the keys.

Cannot reccomend Pulte homes enough, from start to finish the process was world class and we LOVE our new home!!!!

Sales (Jason), Construction (Hayden) and Title (Jennifer) were all efficient, helpful and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. We love outr Pulte home!

This was our first home, and Chad and Alison made the process a breeze. Chad was especially diligent throughout the building process, and felt like he went above and beyond to get us into the right house, and keep us posted on updates. If I could give 6-stars to Alison, I would. Not only did she make things perfect for us before we moved in, but made sure that pending items from the inspection were still completed. We had a couple of issues pop-up after closing, and I was impressed at her persistence to address immediately. Our realtor told us that everything listed above is not typical for all new homes, so very appreciative for Chat, Alison, and Pulte for a beautiful new home. ... More
