Tom, our construction contact during the last days of construction and after closing, was so friendly. He also was very helpful and wanted to resolve our issues. At one point I called the Pulte office to request his email so I could request help with an unlevel refrigerator. He was at our door before I could compose the email. Closing on and occupying a newly built home is sometimes confusing and nerve-wracking, but Pulte, and Tom in particular, really took the stress level down. I have to say they made the process very comfortable and easy.

We had been looking near Northbrook Il but were disapointed with quality and quantity available. With Pulte Homes we found just what we were looking for and at a great price! Dylan and his crew did a great job and I have never seen so many smiling happy workers. A sure sign they are being treated well.

In any endeavor, it's crucial to ask the correct questions and be wary of shortcuts. By taking your time with the process, you can create a truly remarkable home. Two disheartening truths are evident: Builder-grade paint is substandard, and the grout and tile work in some areas appear to have been hastily and carelessly executed.

The overall process was great went without a hitch. Communication throughout very helpful.

From start to finish, and even after closing, the experience has been great. The people involved have been professional and have minimized the stress. I would recommend Pulte to anyone in the market for a new home, and in the future I could see us buying another Pulte home.

The Pulte home I purchased has fit our family needs well and works really good for us. For minor issues we have had, Pulte has quickly resolved them.

The Pulte team was wonderful to work with. Brandon guided me from my initial visit to closing. He made himself available to answer all my questions making the home buying experience less stressful. Now that we are in our home, the construction manager, Jesse has been extremely helpful by always being available when we have any concerns.

Great experience with Pulte. Very responsive at any questions that my wife and I had. Our project manager Jared was amazing. Very nice and customer service has been great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

Attention to detail Communicative Knowledgeable

The Build quality is good but the overall responsiveness to the issues is poor. Many issues that were highlighted during the pre closing and build stage were fnot foxed and the frequent cleaning of the hoise was not done.There is a lot to improve on communication from sales, build teams.

We came in to the purchase after a previous buyer backed out. So, there was not much back and forth with Pulte. However, the buying process went smoothly and they accommodated our schedule to help with financing and relocating.

I can’t say my experience was all that great. I had my sales person hold a lot for me because it wasn’t released for sale. I made an appointment to come purchase my home and the day I arrived he gave my lot away even though I communicated with him several times about it. The lot they sold me they said was a 60’ lot and it wasn’t it was 50’. My construction manager changed three times during the building process. The quality of the finishing work is very poor. Hope the structural is better. I bought this home because my friend had bought a Pulte home 3 years prior and the quality of hers is much better. Very disappointed in the whole thing! From sales to completion with the onsite team communication was great with weekly updates throughout the build. After closing punch list was completed in a timely manner. Mike Phelan went over and above to make us extremely happy.

David H was awesome! Constantly kept me updated the whole process. Took lots of pictures and sent along every step . You could see he truly loves his work and strives for perfection

The construction manager Rob was outstanding. He continues to be even to this day. The rest of the team ( closing team) was not very helpful. The did not communicate well with phone, text or email. The guy who actually met us at closing was great. He did a wonderful job. The newest member of the sales team is very helpful and the male in the office has been very helpful through out the entire process. If I did not mention someone they did were did the least in selling or being helpful. Everything was always someone else job and they didn’t do anything to problem solve by contacting to person in Pulte who they say were responsible or follow up with the information. When I followed up with Pulte often it was information readily available or should have been known. We love our new Pulte home. As with any new home, there were a couple minor issues with construction. Our Pulte contact took care of these issues quickly. The home buying process was also quick and easy.

Experience was outstanding!! Extremely professional.

I recently had the displeasure of going with Pulte on my new home, and I must say, it was a nightmare from start to finish. The craftsmanship was subpar, with sloppy work evident in every corner. Once I moved in, I am dealing with a laundry list of issues, from crooked walls to leaky faucets. If you're considering building with Pulte, I highly recommend getting a thorough inspection from a third party before finalizing anything. Don't make the mistake I did of trusting their workmanship blindly.

Great experience and will definitely refer Pulte to others.
