The mortgage application process went smoothly. The house was available to move in when promised. The white glove service to integrate the electronics in the house was exceptionally well done once an Internet connection was made. Had some minor glitches ( for example the garage door failed to close sometimes) that were repaired promptly. Don’t hesitate to call for service.

Our overall experience has been very good. We cannot say enough about East Carolina Care. The warranty department is very responsive to request/ issues and follow up could not be better. The office staff and on site advisors get very high marks from professionalism and great customer service. Very impressive.

From start to finish it was a positive experience. Builder is responsive and does their best to ensure timelines are met and concerns addressed. Prices are high, but in line with what is expected these days. Quality of build is good, above average with no major issues identified. Overall it was a great experience to build our dream home with Pulte.

Our sales associate Britta was incredible. She was so helpful and knowledgeable of the process that it took a lot of stress out of the purchasing our new home. We were fortunate to have her help us. The other person who helped tremendously was our Assistant Construction Manager Eric. He was always there to answer the questions about the construction schedule keeping us informed on every step of the process. When we had concerns or issues they were addressed quickly. Both my wife and I felt at ease knowing that he would give us a thorough explanation for our questions. Both Britta and Eric have out going personalities to work with. Our experience with purchasing our home was great. From the initial contact with Zak in the sales office to working with Trent in charge of building was outstanding. Both were extremely responsive, professional and pleasant to work with. Both Zak and Trent answered all our questions knowledgeably, timely and with a genuine willingness/passion to ensure our full understanding. Trent made sure everything was corrected with the house before the final work thru with him. He explained to both my wife and I everything we needed to know about house before moving in. He was a pleasure to work with. We loved the welcome home sign Trent put up on the garage when we arrived after the closing. GREAT experience with Trent !! Our experience with the closing dept was very good as well. The ladies were friendly and knowledgeable. The process was explained clearly and made very easy to sign documents and close on the house. Appreciated the insurance branch of Pulte. This was a big help. We ended up taking home insurance and switching over my auto policy as well resulting in a significant savings. We have been enjoying our new home. Construction Manager was great to work with and ensured all crafts did a great job during construction. Only draw back was that we had to purchase a number of items: refrigerator, ceiling fans, blinds, pendant lights, and screening for lanai after moving in.

Love my home buying experience was pretty straightforward. Post home by most of my issues have been addressed but the big issue refrigerator problem remains on addressed. My frustration is lack of responsiveness to my emails and calls about the problem. Very frustrating to have an issue with a new refrigerator and not get any response or assistance in getting it addressed.

We had a very good experience from pre-sales to closing. Everything went smoothly, and the Pulte team was very efficient. Glenn, Chuck, and Angela were especially helpful. We are very excited to be in our new home and part of the Lakespur/Wellen Park community.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was excellent. We were well informed and had a great seller's agent named Antoine who's taken exception care of us. The construction side was great too with weekly updates and good communication. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? The quality of the home is subjective. At a distance, everything looks great, however after living in it for a few months now, you can tell the trades were rushed when putting things together and a feeling of corner cutting lingers. Gaps between flooring and baseboards abound, over cuts in drywall where vents are placed stick out and unfinished edges in cabinetry are just a few minor annoyances. How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? Communication was good and timely. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? A reputable builder doing business for decades. Quality is affected, no doubt, by hiring the lowest bidder and it shows when looking at the details. All that being said, I would buy another Pulte home. ... More

We purchased a row home in the Highland Bridge neighborhood in St. Paul. We love the location and home but are a bit disappointed in the quality of some components like the garbage and recycling bins which came off track within a few weeks. Also the distribution of heat is not optimal and the first (of three) floor is quite chilly despite the vents being fully open. In the process of getting these points addressed soon I hope. Great and seamless purchase but know that nothing during the build process can be modified.

Its was the best home buying experience out of all our buying experiences

The process was transparent and easy purchasing a home with Pulte. Our home looks great and the construction manager is so helpful in fixing stuff or informing us on how to maintain things as first-time homeowners.

We are very pleased with our new home. The process was simple and the end product turned out really great. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but Pulte provided options for us to choose from.

The whole home buying experience has been great thanks to the support received by each person we have dealt with at Pulte. It shows they are really committed to providing the best possible service and support, starting with our first contact with the sales representative, then construction manager, and the maintenance manager. And that positive experience is is what makes a big difference. Besides the house is beautiful and well constructed with a nice community. We really love it here and we are very happy with our decision to buy a house from Pulte.

We purchased a quick home from the builder’s inventory. The home is fine, but the sales contract number differs from the actual closing numbers. For instance, the sale contract states $174 monthly HOA dues, but the actual HOA account shows $181.33 monthly. Before closing, and after closing, there are no change orders or other changes. We reached out to all Pulte departments, but no one seems to know who to contact regarding the monthly HOA price increase. This price hike occurred without any prior notice or legal letter, how it is possible? Let us know who can help us to resolve the issue. (HOA dues must be as per sales contract.) ... More
