Awesome buying experience!

Great experience throughout the buying process!

From when we first met Tom the service has been great. Tom went above and beyond to help us with getting approval while we sell our house and to help get our contingent offer extended while our house was still on the market. Eleonora was our loan agent and she was amazing. She keep me on track to have all the documents in so we didn't have any issues and she helped us make our whole experience so easy. Ryan our head builder was awesome. He took over our build half way through because our prior head builder left. Ryan came in half way through and did an amazing job. He keep us in the loop on everything that was going on with the build when he took it over and when it came down to closing. He has been so helpful to make sure we registered everything we needed to register to keep or extend warranties. Ryan explained everything with the house so it was so easy for us to understand. He made it feel like we were there for the hole build by explaining how everything works and how it was built. Everyone who helped us from the Pulte team through our whole experience, Specially as I said before Tom, Ryan, & Eleonora was amazing. They make the whole experience as I stated before so easy. I have to say We we felt rushed deciding our personal choices for our home but we did and add are happy. Our house was built within 6 months so there was pressure but it all worked out. We were thankful dir our builder and sales manager to step us through the process! The house is solidly built and we are happy py. Thank you

I like that I was able to get every question I asked answered and that the builder was prompt in correcting any recognized mistakes throughout the building process.

Love our new home and had a great experience building it with Pulte. We lived close by while it was being built and continually popped by to see it! The job site was always clean and looked great. That might seem like something small but I felt like Pulte was taking good care of something so meaningful to me.

Such a great company to work with, with all of the advancements in modern technology its becoming quite obvious that the level of customer service and personal touch has suffered greatly in a lot of businesses these days. Pulte is absolutely not one of them, they are very friendly and accommodating to their customers and their needs. They have great communication as well as pride in what they do. I would recommend this company to anyone!

From our first contact with Lamar in the sales office, then loan approval with Pulte Mortgage, to the design center with Natalie and throughout the quality construction with Jim, our process was top notch. Everyone is truly an expert in their field, making the process really fun. Congratulations to Pulte for a great team of employees.

All phases of the home building process not only met but exceeded our expectations. Sales associate Michelle M. was patient and very professional in answering all our questions and pointing out alternatives we had not considered.. Our construction manager, Sean C. also continued this approach by patiently answering our questions and providing regular updates through out the process. A very positive experience overall.

Even though we lived 900 miles away during the building process, Pulte kept us well informed of progress, including weekly photos and commentary on what they had done. Every person who contracted us or we contacted was very cordial and easy for us to communicate with. Since we had never had a house built before, we were dreading the process. We were very pleased with the entire process and the final outcome.

Buying a home from pulte homes was by far the best decision I ever made. There were extremely professional and helpful every step of the process. If I ever change homes I will make sure that my next house is also build my Pulte also.

This our second Pulte home and Pulte did not disappoint. We had a great experience every step of the way.

Everything was good, we've been here for a month, I wish they had told us to change the gas service over to us, other than that the actual home has been great.

We purchased in Longleaf at Oakland. Our builder was with us every step of the way. Standing out were Crystal and Dyanna, and wow these ladies are amazing! They really care about you as a buyer and will do everything they can to help!!! Jim and Matt and Shane also all did great to help us finish our dream home and everyone made sure we were 100% satisfied when we went to closing. No detail passed over, no stone unturned! This builder is who you want if you want a quality home with wonderful warranty! David with warranty has also been great to work with resolving those little things that you do not notice until living in the home. All of our growing pains are being addressed and we just could not be any happier with our purchase with Pulte Homes! Thanks Pulte! We love you! ... More
