JP, David, and Trent were service-oriented before and after closing. Warranty service addressed when needed and check-up when in neighborhood have been greatly appreciated.

Our project manager Matt was fantastic. He always responded to questions and fixed any issues. We are very happy with our new home.

I recently purchased my first home and had a positive experience with the sales consultant, Jacqueline. While the building materials used were average, the quality of the paint used could have been better. Additionally, I noticed that there was a leak in one of the windows which caused cold air to flow in from both sides. Moreover, I found a crack in the drywall above the fireplace. However, I submitted tickets for these issues and received a response within 48 hours. Overall, the house is good and I'm happy with my purchase.

Exceptional experience with the Pulte buying experience! I greatly appreciated the level of detail, utilization of technology to make appt, confirm appts and follow up with phone calls. I am extremely happy with my home. From my initial contact with Gita as I viewed the models, through the construction process with Tiffany; along with the superior service I received from Marcy and Brandee at PGP . Also kudos to Marcy’s assistance (I can’t remember her name) but she came in on her day off to help execute the final documents, The complete experience has been second to none but Pulte is #1. Warranty Department and Design teams are useless.

I am extremely impressed by the modern amenities, and impeccable service provided by this place. I cannot recommend it highly enough. This place has everything that one needs to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable. From state-of-the-art facilities to friendly staff, every aspect of this place is top-notch. So, don't miss the opportunity to experience it for yourself!

There are a number of things that were not done correctly and still have not been addressed over a month later including a gas leak under our cook top, electrical, a garage door that wasn't painted the right color, sub-par cleaning the day of our closing (we could not hold up closing because we needed to get in), etc.

The entire process from start to finish was very simple and straightforward. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly and supportive. We have only had one minor repair which was immediately addressed which may have been caused by movers, but no hesitation on getting the repair completed.

Build manager Adam was very responsive and helpful through the build process. We definitely got more value from a new build with pulte than any of the used options we found in the entire Detroit area

We had a fabulous experience from the day we signed to closing. Realtor, sales agents, construction manager always kept us in the loop and was always available to answer any question. Never once did we doubt this process or purchase of our new well built home.

Very Systematic Process and responsible staff.

As the title suggests, the entire process has been what I would consider middle of the road. It started out great with the sales team. The did an excellent job explaining things and making suggestions. The design team was also very good. I started having problems with the Pulte finance team. They will offer you money towards closing, this is the only reason to use them. I did not find their rate competitive, they gave bad advice, and were not particularly responsive at times. Once construction started, the construction manager started out fine. They give timely updates, and things moved along relatively quickly. However, I feel they rushed me in to the place at the end of December to get it off their books. They had trouble getting the inspection done (they blamed the city, but I am not sure now about that), they forgot to insulate my attic and had to do it after I moved in, put in the wrong hardware that I did not order, installed the wrong boot bench and rushed things like the ceiling paint and cabinets. They did quickly correct most of the mistakes before I moved in, but after closing I had issues with the construction manager. He sent mixed signals about how I should go about getting problems fixed. He told me not to submit a bunch of service requests, but when I would ask him to fix things he acted like it wasn't his responsibility, and even downright initially refused to correct some things. As far as build quality goes, I would say it is just slightly above average. The siding seems to be of low quality and is pretty loud in wind and rain (talked to other residents and they have the same problem). There was a vent flap for the stove that would flap in the wind all day (this is the aforementioned problem they initially refused to fix). The flooring has developed some squeaks, not sure the padding is adequate. The ceiling paint has streaks all over it. They have promised things like the squeaks and paint will be addressed at the 11 month mark. The basement floor is cracking all over the place, but they tell me this is "normal". They do not paint the garage drywall, which I find strange. I would just make sure you do not let them rush you in the house, and make sure you thoroughly inspect the place and make sure everything is 100% fixed before you move in because they become difficult to work with after closing. ... Love my house, but I noticed that some work could have been better. I feel like the workmanship was rushed, mistakes were made when they could have been avoided.

Tyler and Dylan have been so great as the construction managers and the best part of the process. 5 Stars across the board. However, our experience with Pulte mortgage was not great. There was a $7000 additional buyers' credit that was promised to us for using Pulte mortgage. We were two weeks away from closing only to find out that the $7000 credit was "miscommunicated" and in fact would not be offered. While all of the miscommunication come from Pulte, there was absolutely no accountability or ownership taken by anyone. The only one that took ownership for Pulte's mistake was us. Unfortunately, this all come to our attention at the 11th hour, and we were too close to the closing date to have time to engage another lender for better options. We were trapped and the whole thing, whether it was or not, seemed very intentional and extremely underhanded. We would never consider using Pulte mortgage every again and we would advise others to proceed with extreme caution. ... More

Little small things not great at all!

I had a great team working around with me from the sales to the contruction and then closing. They were still helping us out even after the closing. Builder team Blake and Michael were awesome all the time. Very responsive and detailed. Nothing much to say for them.

Overpriced optional choices. Workmanship not up to the standard I was used to. Pulte refused almost all of my simple requests claiming "the contract" made them do it.however there were no such provisions in the contract. For instance, I asked that the bathroom mirrors be left out but Pulte insisted on hanging them and glued them to the wall making it difficult to remove and rehang my better framed mirrors. After one month the exterior nails in the siding are popping out. The garage door doesn't close tight enough to keep the mice out. The side and backyard are graded so that the dirt will erode into the neighbor's yard. The shutters on the front of the house were not placed on top of the decorative brick but hung on the house and brick was put around them so it looks cheap. ... More

Could of taken more time on the jobs so there wasn't as many things to fix afterwards

It's been a month since closing and we truly love our home and Verdana. Pulte has been very responsive and focused on creating a great client experience. Tiffany, our construction manager was amazing! She was through, methodical and knowledgeable.and is such an asset to her company. We were quite pleased with the choice of options and our overall design center experience. Thanks, Pulte, for a great experience and for building a home we can enjoy for years to come!

Pulte did a lot of things right but missed the mark on the finer details of completing the home. Work after the close is ongoing.

Working with pulte has been pretty easy and it's all thanks to Connor the contractor! He has been so kind, listened to everything, always trying to help! My second home will be where ever he is!

Good quality...great experience!! Satisfied with the overall build process and delivered product.

It seems the house was not built with attention to details. I see issues with paint on cabinets. Leaky sink, garbage disposal after one use.
