In general the house purchase went well and we are happy with the end result. Some of the issues we had were solved quickly others are taking too long.

The only issue so far is apparently there is no power to the ceiling fan wires in the the front bedroom.

Overall ok with this workmanship of home, but kitchen cabinets are nothing but cheap cardboard and I upgraded to level 5. I’d had to see level 1.

Overall a great build experience and a good, quality product. Cons: 1) not flexible with customization; 2) for our community, the higher priced homes get the same standard items as the lower priced homes.

The house is well built. Many big closets. The two Pantries in the Kitchen are great. We have over a moth, found no major problems. The two small things were corrected very fast. We do miss the built in Shower seat in our old house.

I had a great experience with Pulte. They were excellent start to finish. Brent, Santiago, and Luis were all so helpful and responded immediately if I had questions or concerns. As a single woman buying my first home I never felt that I was being taken advantage of or given any different treatment than any other client. I’m so impressed with Pulte. Overall home buying experience is very well. Staff is very co-operative. Quality of equipments used to build house is not worth what we pay. They have doen lots of cost cutting by selecting lower quality or lower functionality equipments.

My experience was great. Also, my sale man, now became my family member Antoine was excellent. I highly recommend him to anyone trying buy or build new home at Deerbrook. Also construction manager Maria and her team were very excellent. Tony was excellent too. My overall interaction with all the member involve was nothing but memorable.

This is not my first homebuilding experience, but it is my best one. My salesperson Paul worked with me around the sale of my current home and when I had to change the close date on my Pulte home more than once. My GC, Brian, was phenomenal in getting everything fixed that I noted on our walk-throughs. He was also very thorough in explaining the construction of the home. Pulte Mortgage has also been super helpful. At each stage in the process, I felt heard, taken care of, and not stressed. Highly recommend.

The builder was wonderful, no issues at all. Submitting to get things fixed on the other hand is not so great. Lani door does not latch properly, worker showed up it’s no tools looked at it and said he could not fix it. Unacceptable
