As a first time home builder I had access to the resources and support I needed to help the process run smoothly and finish ahead of schedule. All segments of the process from sales to property management were professional and timely.

Throughout the process from meeting Luis in sales to Doug, our field manager, the experience was pretty awesome. From August to March I had a thousand questions and they both took the time to always answer them and meet with me when they needed to. Always with a smile. The homes in the neighborhood I bought in were and are being built by several builders and after looking at them all, Pulte was my choice. I could not be happier with my new home! Thank you Luis and Doug!!

We love the floor plan and design of our house. Pulte also does a great job at securing the best lots in the neighborhood. They were very responsive to issues and quick to act. Excellent experience with Pulte.

The quality of the workmanship was superb. The builder Patrick was helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build a home.

Generally speaking, we had a terrific experience and are thrilled with our new home. It is well built, excellent quality overall, and nearly all the details were completed in a timely manner. We did find it a bit challenging to complete all the steps from another state and had to make a few unexpected trips rather than having to make such important decisions virtually. We also missed a few details at the end - there is an incredible to-do list and items to organize that comes at you at that point and we are still waiting to have those details addressed but we do have a year. Home is beautiful. Working through financing was difficult. But love the people we dealt with.

Very high end cabinets and appliances. Great response to all need quickly. Sales went in a smooth transaction. Couldn’t be happier. Higher cost was worth it!

From sales agent to final closing agent, everyone was patient in explaining everything in detail and guiding me through the process

Quality of home was great. All people involved with our purchase did a great job except for title dept which did not return my calls when i had questions.

We closed on our home on Dec 19 2025 and had a great experience with Juan our construction manager. He walked us through the process every step of the way and made sure we understood everything. All the minor issues before closing were resolved promptly and he communicated with us on every single issue. He really was outstanding and deserves a nice raise! We're very happy with the house and would recommend friends and family to buy with Pulte.

Very pleased with the workmanship of Pulte Homes. No major issues, all minor issues were handled very well by our construction manager Thomas. He was very polite and professional, he made us very happy by addressing any questions or concerns we had. We are pleased with our new home and all the space it gives us. I would with out a doubt purchase another Pulte home.
