Buying the home was great. Easy, fair and pleasant. After moving in I’ve had several issues: My front door wasn’t weatherproofed in the dead of winter The finish on my bathroom cabinet handles is peeling off less than a month after move in A lot of caulking is peeling in various places My guest bedroom door hinge doesn’t align with my lock I didn’t have trash cans for a month My “hot” water was Luke warm at best Constant construction which I expected however, my driveway is always blocked by trucks and there’s trash in my yard constantly The quality of these homes is that of ...

Overall happy with the house. Love the layout. I wish my floor was a better quality. I can feel air pockets as I walk around the house. But when I was in the buying process the team took the time to explain and walk me through everything.

Everyone has been great in the whole process. Pulte made my whole experience a great one. We love our house. Like buying a new car, with a new house we are dealing with the anxiety of putting that first scratch on it. With all our new appliances and furniture it feels like we are living in a model home.

The overall experience was great. Nicole walked us through the selection process. (A note to anyone looking to buy, when picking the curb look of the home, just note that each look changes the floor plan slightly. The front bedroom is bigger or smaller for example.) Crystal helped us design the home and Matt was a great construction manger. There were items discovered during walkthroughs but they were fixed speedily. We had an excellent experience with this builder. Since this was a quick move-in home, the process was smooth and well managed. Larry from the sales team was very helpful and made the buying process easy and transparent. The construction quality is decent, and any issues we reported before move-in were handled promptly. Clint was very responsive and ensured all reported issues were fixed properly. Overall, we feel the home is good value for the price paid and would definitely recommend this builder to others.

Overall was a good experience, pretty easy on the loan process and the construction manager are always able to help and listen your concerns, we love our new house, so far everything is good with no mayor problems or repairs. the home buying experience and closing were rather smooth. The sales manager was rather helpful guiding us through the process of buying the house. Craftmanship was satisfactory except there have been some issues with some appliances (stove and dryer) and contacting HOA manager has been difficult.

The mortgage application process went smoothly. The house was available to move in when promised. The white glove service to integrate the electronics in the house was exceptionally well done once an Internet connection was made. Had some minor glitches ( for example the garage door failed to close sometimes) that were repaired promptly. Don’t hesitate to call for service.

Our overall experience has been very good. We cannot say enough about East Carolina Care. The warranty department is very responsive to request/ issues and follow up could not be better. The office staff and on site advisors get very high marks from professionalism and great customer service. Very impressive.

From start to finish it was a positive experience. Builder is responsive and does their best to ensure timelines are met and concerns addressed.
