We have been enjoying our new home. Construction Manager was great to work with and ensured all crafts did a great job during construction. Only draw back was that we had to purchase a number of items: refrigerator, ceiling fans, blinds, pendant lights, and screening for lanai after moving in.

Love my home buying experience was pretty straightforward. Post home by most of my issues have been addressed but the big issue refrigerator problem remains on addressed. My frustration is lack of responsiveness to my emails and calls about the problem. Very frustrating to have an issue with a new refrigerator and not get any response or assistance in getting it addressed.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was excellent. We were well informed and had a great seller's agent named Antoine who's taken exception care of us. The construction side was great too with weekly updates and good communication. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? The quality of the home is subjective. At a distance, everything looks great, however after living in it for a few months now, you can tell the trades were rushed when putting things together and a feeling of corner cutting lingers. We purchased a row home in the Highland Bridge neighborhood in St. Paul. We love the location and home but are a bit disappointed in the quality of some components like the garbage and recycling bins which came off track within a few weeks. Also the distribution of heat is not optimal and the first (of three) floor is quite chilly despite the vents being fully open. In the process of getting these points addressed soon I hope. Great and seamless purchase but know that nothing during the build process can be modified.

quick home purchase at Prestwick, Apex

We purchased a quick home from the builder’s inventory. The home is fine, but the sales contract number differs from the actual closing numbers. For instance, the sale contract states $174 monthly HOA dues, but the actual HOA account shows $181.33 monthly. Before closing, and after closing, there are no change orders or other changes. We reached out to all Pulte departments, but no one seems to know who to contact regarding the monthly HOA price increase. This price hike occurred without any prior notice or legal letter, how it is possible? Let us know who can help us to resolve the issue. ...

Overall this is a wonderful home. I don't like the interior white wall paint it washes off showing the sheetrock. Positives, the interior termite piping is an amazing addition to the house

Steve was incredibly responsive to every inquiry my wife and I made about our home throughout the build process. We, as first time builder, were incredibly inquistive about all the details and he was patient and informative at every step. We also appreciated Claires timely responses to questions we hadnt even thought to ask. Both have continually been great even after we closed.

Minty fresh house, everything works dandy. Had a few issues, missing screens, small siding tears from a mower, dead tree. All are either fixed or will be. Very thorough walkthrough from construction mgr (3 hours). The interior lights are waaaaaay too bright. 1100 lumen. Like looking at the sun. I hired an electrician to install dimmers & rotating spotlights. Highly recommended to hire one.
