We are happy with the quick response for any issues. Since Putle is the one of the popular builder, we had great expectations regarding the quality and finishing by the time we close the house. However, we were very disappointed with the poor finishing. We see a lot of paint patch works across the home, doors paint wearing off in two weeks, they fixed it but same repeated. Unclean finish of grouting in the bathroom tiles. Doors misalignments and so on. Carpet issues like, it came off in a week not happy.

Overall, our experience with Pulte was overwhelmingly positive. We love our floor plan, and the building quality is top notch. It was great to have everything customized to our desires

Without a doubt, the best part of our home buying experience were the two Construction Managers, Henry, and Garrett, who we worked with throughout the entire homebuilding experience. Their communication, attention to detail, and care for our experience was exceptional. The Pulte Mortgage group was also outstanding. We love the design and function of our new home. The need for work on drainage is being addressed and we are being kept aware of what (and when) drainage installation is being done.

Buying a home is be a headache, but Bobbette and Mimi quickly settled my nerves and guided me through the process. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgable. 100 STARS for these young women. Danica, Bobbi and Mercedes at Pulte Mortgage put the icing on the cake. While my initial experience with Pulte Mortgage left a very very bitter taste in my mouth, these three professional women made all the difference and turned a very unpleasant experience into one of the most pleasant home buying experiences EVER!!! Home buying experience overall was great. Kevin did an amazing job finishing the home and addressing punch list items before moving him. Kildeer Crossing is an awesome community in greater Chicago area. Proximity to great stores is making is one of the prime locations. I am highly impressed with Construction Manager Mr Garrison .. who takes pride in his work and navigate us with all the process in timely and humble manner. I would highly recommend Kildeer Crossings for new construction in Chicagoland.

This is a great home with plenty of features to settle into.

For what is touted an exclusive part of the havevest community corners are definately cut in community landscaping and cleanliness, hoa is not replacing dead or dying plants, need to hold homeowners accountable for street parking and dog poop clean up within the community, in the home cheap materials are used as standards finish and the cleaning before move in is subpar.

It's good community and very near to 380, Frisco and other places easily accessible.

From Jason in the sales office, to Hannah in PulteMortgage/Closing, our experience could not have been better. The construction and warranty management are also incredibly reachable and willing to work with our final walk through requests. We absolutely love our home and our neighborhood!

I love the home but a lot of additional expense because Pulte refused to do change orders that would have been so simple to do and I raised them day one, more than 45 days before the build began on my home, so there is no way they should not have accommodated my requests! You need to ask questions up front because they will do nothing once you sign the contract. My first time experiencing this and it is my 4th new construction home. My lower rating overall is 100 percent tied to the corporate office and their policies.

I have bought 3 new homes in the last 15 years and by far this was the worse experience ever. Promises were made to have me rate high but then weren’t even attempted to be kept. A signed contract by Pulte and I was redone removing all incentives less than a week before buying the house (huge red flag). The microwave was broken, made a load sound when turned on, was replaced by a used microwave which is missing parts. Very expensive home, quality of structural is good, but experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Pulte was on top of everything during the financial process. When i called for info or questions my call was returned within 24 hrs. Excellent experience.

The house is great but the mortgage through Pulte was a longer process than expected.

Finally we found our sweet home

Ryan our builder POC and Mason the sales associate were excellent at this community and really provided quality services. Whenever we had questions or concerns they addressed them immediately! I cannot recommend Pulte homes enough. We are super happy with our home purchase.

I had a home built before and was a little worried how Pulte would do honestly. I felt they did a great job overall and our Construction Manager Rob was very attentive to fix what was needed before and after our closing.

All the above mentioned were helpful and made the entire process as painless as possible

Home is exactly what we wanted and the response to fixing items has been good.
