Marki, my sales agent, was a gem — friendly, knowledgeable, and set a great tone for the process. The design studio experience was also helpful, and I appreciated that Pulte still offers this option when many builders no longer do. We’ve bought 3 new builds with different big builders and Pulte has been the best experience so far. The home was pretty good, minimal issues on our inspection. Everyone was friendly that I came across and they have tried to make everything right with any issues we have found since before closing so I appreciate that. Overall a good experience!

Building process great but after moving issues

We have moved in our new home in August The building experience was great But there was some issues happened after we moved I have contacted support team various times Follow up various times After creating various requests Called and emailed several times After more than a month No one contacted me yet Ticket no DS2443647 was opened September 5th Someone named Garry suppose to contact me And that was response I get every time I contact Also that phone number they provided us no one answered no matter when you called and no matter how much you hold the call

Great walkthrough and knowledgeable builder. One complain about sound insulation

Everything was great until recently when I started living at 18 Degrees. During the walkthrough, my wife and I were told that the insulation between units are good and that there are multiple layers between the units. However, we have noticed that we can hear our neighbors through the walls and that's been unpleasant. For having homes close to a busy street, I would have appreciated a thicker window and better walls for soundproof insulation.

The whole experience was great beginning to end. There were some delays on the lending side, but it was handled very quickly and professionally. The biggest critique I have with the home is placement of light switches and a few outlets for convenience. Outside of that, the workmanship method my standards, and the materials used in construction were better than my last home with a different builder!

Overall ok with this workmanship of home, but kitchen cabinets are nothing but cheap cardboard and I upgraded to level 5. I’d had to see level 1.
