Whitney did an amazing job explaining all the features and benefits of all the models. She took her time to explain and answer all questions. Her communication was excellent. Paul was very kind and attentive to our needs. He was very fast to respond and line up any work that needed to be done. He went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed in the time that we needed it.

Great home cheap sub standard whirlpool appliances detract from the home

Generally speaking, we had a terrific experience and are thrilled with our new home. It is well built, excellent quality overall, and nearly all the details were completed in a timely manner. We did find it a bit challenging to complete all the steps from another state and had to make a few unexpected trips rather than having to make such important decisions virtually. We also missed a few details at the end - there is an incredible to-do list and items to organize that comes at you at that point and we are still waiting to have those details addressed but we do have a year. The turn around ...

We closed on our home on Dec 19 2025 and had a great experience with Juan our construction manager. He walked us through the process every step of the way and made sure we understood everything. All the minor issues before closing were resolved promptly and he communicated with us on every single issue. He really was outstanding and deserves a nice raise! We're very happy with the house and would recommend friends and family to buy with Pulte.
