I would not recommend building with Pulte they do not stand behind their homes. Buyer beware!

Where to start, very poor materials used to build the house, very poor quality control, i found so many issues within the first 2 months that i haven't in my 17 year old condo. Looks like all they cared was to make the sell instead of building it correctly.

Love the quality of Pulte homes and the person in charge of our home Matt did an amazing job in making sure the house was properly built to the final details.

Build quality of the home is not very great. Option selection process is not very informative, sales executives not always know the correct details and mis-guide in making selections. Design appointments are a disaster with no proper lighting and time to make selections. We have to make all the selections in one meeting and we are rushed into making decisions. Building process was decent overall but when it comes to fixing any open issues, the construction team does not respond and even when they do, they only fix the issues partially or improperly. Home is decent and the floor plans are good but the overall experiece is not very great and will make you a little unsatisfied at the end of the day. Process has been great so far with purchasing and construction. Some of the material quality provided is not so great.

Overall its a nice house. We did a quick close, so it was almost finished being built. Had some issues, but Pulte is quick to fix things

We thought Pulte homes are highest quality and workmanship but after moving we are disappointed with the way construction happend. It seems like rushed construction made distortions, defects. we are raising warranty tickets to correct them. Also we bought this home just for school purpose but school zone changed next day of our move in. So please tell customers likelyhood of changing school zone

We are very pleased with our Pulte home. There are always stressors in a new home build and we had some unintended delays but the finished product is a beautiful place to retire. The finishes offered are gorgeous and it’s a lovely home. While not custom builders, the team worked with us to make the home more wheelchair accessible within their abilities, and did a wonderful job. Cheryl, Dustin and Kevin were always professional and gracious at every turn. They worked very hard to ensure a quality build. We are most grateful.

Very seamless transaction and pleased with the quality of the work and follow-up on wrapping up items prior to and shortly after closing.

OUR Home sweet home became a reality because of David. He was our building manager and he made all our dreams come true. Building a home is never easy however David made it doable. He kept us updated and answered all our day to day questions. We are so happy, that any future project that we take on, David will be our first call! Thank you Pulte Homes!!!

Fantastic all the way through

This is our first time to build our home and Pulte provided a satisfying experience. The whole process was smooth. We were kept informed of the building on a weekly basis from our construction manager. This company was very easy to work with and we love our new home!

Summer Bay isn't sold out!!!! Whether its a dry lot, on a lake, or overlooking a preserve Summer Bay is a secluded and quiet place to live. Plus the prices are unbeatable!

Poor quality of vendors used, and warranty process falls on the homeowner to turn into the general contractor to handle the vendors for repairs.

Working with the Pulte team was an absolute pleasure! Marianna was always readily available to answer my questions! James was extremely helpful as well, making sure I knew who to contact in case of emergencies. Luke and Brian were so helpful during the initial walkthrough as well as the final walkthrough. Answering all of my questions every step of the way!

From the start of our purchase of our home of our Pulte home Ms Tremka our sales agent and Taylor our contractor was outstanding making sure we were informed every step of the way they were fantastic customer was stellar. We love our new home.

Our supervisor, Joshua, was outstanding in communication and professionalism. He responded to all of our questions and continues to even though we have moved in.

Alex , construction manager was awesome, very patient. Did a great job explaining everything throught the process. Our heart felt thanks to Alex.

We have had a great experience so far with out home! The only thing that has caused multiple problems for us are the windows. We received a cracked window and had to wait several weeks for it to be replaced. Our basement window leaks when it rains. And the windows are not completely sealed which causes airs to get through on the sides. Pulte as a whole has done a great job but not sure who they are using for their windows.

Multiple mistakes in what we requested and what was built. Lack of frequent proactive communication.

The build and design process working with Mary Ann and Alan was all we could ask for and more. Amazing people. Highly recommended.

There needs to be better communication and better quality of trades. The quality was to the minimum of code rather than quality expected with the new higher prices Pulte charges. Our yard was not graded and has so many flooding issues as well as our septic was never turned on until after a month we moved in, it could have been a disaster. 1/5 of our backyard is un-usable due to mud and no grading being done. We can’t let our dogs out in our backyard because of it and it’s unacceptable being 3 months in without anyone fixing it properly.

I had a great experience with the purchasing team, however, I was surprised that the appraisal wasn’t available until 2hrs before close. The appraisal was less than asking price. We received an 30k off based on the pre-appraisal asking price which was misleading since the house appraised at the same price as the 30k off, so we really didn’t get an incentive other than 10knat closing.

My husband and I enjoyed our experience when we decided to purchase a home in the Island Camp, Delta Coves area. The team was wonderful and Dorian, the Const. Coord. was awesome with walking us through and answering all of our questions. He even gave us his number in case we had any future issues, which we have had none! We are very thankful for our new Pulte home! It's impeccable!

The home build experience went well. Dustin and Mark keep us up to date on the building process and answered all our questions in a timely manner.
