Grateful to the team and absolutely love my new home!

We bought a "quick move in" home. The sales team and mortgage team were amazing to deal with. I think quality of workmanship was just okay and feeling like the new home experience isnt as great as it should have been. We have a list of items that need to be fixed and should have been caught long before the walk through. Some deficiencies were fixed but some are still pending. Now after possession to be told we have to wait to resolve feels disappointing.

Im disappointed in quality of homes in few scenarios where paint work is done very badly, there was water leakage as soon as we moved, there was a bump on a wall, there were lot gaps between dry wall and doors, doors are not aligned with frame. whole climbing stairs wall is not smooth I mentioned it multiple times but builder didn't try to fix it. Mortage consultant where I was highly disappointed

From start to finish, the home buying process was a breeze. Each step was well defined and there was always someone to answer our questions along the way.

Hampton was attentive and helpful to all of our issues. This was a completely different experience than we had building with dream finders three years prior.

Pulte DOES NOT work with you on a closing date. Rush to close. Many items unfinish, If you dont catch a mistake during your walk through things will not get fix. You must do a work order and no one tells you when they will come back. I had outlets not working in Main Bedrooms still no answer to when they will come out and repair. I can't hang mirrors in main bathroom because I need the outlet to work. Window has a deep scratch in it. Didn't notice till I washed the windows. NOW telling me they won't replace. Window will crack in a couple of months with all the construction around me. Paint job done outside needs work because done in snowy weather telling me I have to wait a year to get it done on my anniversary which will be in the winter months again. Torn screens not replaced. Caulking outside needs to be done, If close during winter months alot is skipped over. THey Do not give you any stain for cabinets to match up for scratches and dents by there tradesmen. I have gone through a bad experience with Pulte after my loan was approved. Until the loan approval I was helped. Sales team good job. Before the closing, a the final walk through was not conducted. Upon closing, I found the home was not properly identified for the issues that pointed out like cement scraps in the foyer, laminated floors broken joints, scratched fridge, incorrect wiring with rooms, incorrect Ethernet cable marking to the location to which wire should go, lot of doors are not closable due uneven hinges placement specific to master bedroom and other bedroom & toilets, garage door steps wood has holes, sink stopper issues, master bed room toilet paper holder missing or loose fittings, kitchen ceiling drywall breaking, guest bathroom curtain rod had not been placed correctly and fell down, and kitchen area floor cabinet molding ripping off. The house worth 1 million or more and quality is not even matching and finishing awful. Construction over site is not managed and quality inspection is not good. After closing all issues are owners issues and it will be taking longer time to get fixed. To get Pulte builder name corrected a good contractors need to be hired. Contractor builder who supports building have done a very bad and terrible job. No proper quality inspection was conducted for the home buyer isatisfactolion. Issues need to fixed. ... More

Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our new home, with outstanding service from Nathan and Aaron through the entire process, and making our dream come true. Underwriting was a different story had to do their job for them to ensure we would close on time, and then they dropped the ball on everything else. Lukly Nathan and Aaron stepped in and ensured that others got their job done so we could move in on time. Thank you for the experience.

While the purchasing process was quick there really were no issues or problems. Overall everything was good and went super smooth.

Overall very happy. Kitchen Cabinets should be Real Wood. And Closet Shelves should be Wood and very sturdy, Other than that Overall quality is pretty good. Had a few warranty issues. They were addressed, no problems there. I would recommend. Just inspect carefully what you are getting and make changes up front. 9/10 Review

Its great to have a new home with absolutely everything working as it should. Winter heating bills are 1/2 of what I paid for a home 40% smaller. Extremely satisfied.

Extremely dissatisfied, I am furious about the fact that the floor was not protected, all tyles are scratched Kitchen countertops are chipped 2 months since closing i have not been able to setltle

Our experience was great. Both Derek and Omar were a pleasure to work with. Overall we had a decent experience, only thing to keep in mind workers need to be a little more organized, less sloppy throughout the process with a bit more attention to detail. Also, cleanliness of the home before handling over to the homeowner should be a little bit better.

Our Pulte journey started with a visit to Summer Bay. We met with Belinda and loved the workmanship we saw in the model homes. From that day forward, all the way through closing, everyone we worked with and met were positive and professional. The process was explained through every step. We love our new Pulte home!

Our Pulte representative and construction manager were amazing to work with. They were honest and very easy to work with. The availability of different layouts of homes was just enough and the selection for interior cabinets, hardware, flooring, tile, etc were a little overwhelming. Stick to a budget and they will help with that! It took o ly 6-7 months from start to finish! Great experience!

The on site construction manager has been outstanding to work with and go above and beyond to help when asked.

Unfortunately, our experience after moving into the home has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We have encountered multiple issues with the house that required attention, and the process to get them addressed has been slow, unorganized, and lacking accountability. Communication significantly dropped off after closing. It has been very difficult to get timely responses or clear updates on the status of our concerns. In some cases, we have had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information, which should not be the responsibility of the homeowner. What’s more concerning is the lack of ownership in resolving these issues. Problems that should have been straightforward to fix have taken far longer than expected, and the overall coordination has been poor. This has taken away from what should have been an exciting and enjoyable experience of settling into a new home. Additionally, we were informed about a referral bonus at the time of closing, completed all required steps, and provided the necessary information. However, even after the expected timeline has passed, there has been no clear update, and attempts to follow up have gone unanswered. This only adds to the frustration and reflects poorly on the post-closing support. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, delays in addressing issues, and poor follow-through have made the post-move-in experience very disappointing. Steven, our builder manager/superintendent communicated and facilitated our build experience thoroughly, efficiently, & expeditiously. He kept us on top of the building process with timely communications. The construction site was always organized and clean. We have built a number of homes over the years, and Steven has provided us the best home building experience thus far. In addition, the overall workmanship and product quality are clearly evident throughout the entire home. Susan was incredibly helpful during the buying process. She stayed in touch with me and explained step by step the entire homebuying process with Pulte and visited after I moved in. The house is lovely and we are thrilled with our home buying decision.

My experience buying my new home at cattail from Pulte has been great. The sales people, the product manager, everyone have been very professional.

So far, we have had a great experience with our new Pulte home. The purchase process was straightforward and seamless. Since we purchased a quick move in home, we can’t speak for some of steps in the process but the sales process wasn’t overly complicated. Leading up to closing, we had multiple walkthroughs to check the quality of the build and learn the mechanical systems. We had a third party inspector inspect the house prior to closing and they found very few issues, even said it was one of the better new constructions they have seen. Sean (project manager) and Alex (customer support) have been quick and responsive taking care of any minor issues that have come up pre and post closing. While we cannot speak for the long term quality of the home, based on what we have experienced so far we are very pleased. ... More
