Overall a great experience, Colin has a great future ahead of him. And ***** the construction manager was very attentive to our is*****, sadly her team was not. Not all the items identified during the pre-close inspection were fixed as promised.

Sales person is very poor and have no knowledge on sales

Everyone we've dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful, professional, and friendly. Our experience has been great, and better than expected.

My Builder Geoff was awesome, he was responsive, informative and very easy to work with and understanding. I have had a few issues since moving in. It has been over 1.5 months and still do not have cabinets fixed. I have yet to hear from the warranty company about my roof and brick wall despite a few emails and 2 phone calls in the last 3 weeks. They are NONRESPONSIVE. The loan process was a nightmare, I was sent information that didn't belong to me, my loan processor was changed and was sent multiple documents that were identical, the overall loan experience was a complete joke. I was told I lied on documents, and when the supervisor got my documents from PULLING MY CREDIT, and my TAX DOCUMENTS there was no apology issued and it was brushed under the rug. The supervisor that I was in contact with during the home building process was awesome, Geoff was in contact with me the entire time, and answered all my questions, I did not think that Pulte could be such a dishonest company to buy a house from, and nor would I ever work with their loan team again. I had a very good experience with the building Manager, Brandon and the sales representative Britta.

The floors are not insulated enough. You hear the people walking on the floors above.

Pulte was okay to work with, put up homes so quickly that they cut corners. They say they will fix issues, but it is taking months for them to come out to fix all the issues they should have finished correctly when building the home. However, I did have a previous Pulte home from 2018 and although there were small issues, the home held up pretty well and most issues were eventually fixed

We were building while living in Michigan, we visited in November when we purchased the home with Andrew. Andrew was great with information and making sure we were informed on all of our options all long distance. Darin was our construction manager and the process was amazing, we were very concerned with doing this long distance but Darin was on top of sending us updates with pictures weekly. If we had concerns he was always quick with a response and solution to any problems that arose. Overall this was a great experience.

Had a power issue on Friday. 7/3/26. Tried calling Office with no response. Last got a no for emergency response. Took down my issues and didn't call back or find a solution. I had to resolve issue myself. Was very disappointed.

So far, it’s been great my wife and I love our home. We can’t wait till they put grass down which should be sometime in July. The staff has been great Bean and Ken.

This is the second time buying a brand-new home, and I love how everything was straightforward. We didn’t have to worry about the finances; what they told us at the beginning about closing costs was what it was. We have a good construction manager who was always ready to answer our questions. Not that excited about the new home. Construction was fast forwarded. so can feel the imperfection everywhere. Not fully satisfied with the Plumbing, Electrical, Painting etc. Driveway is tiny, can't comfortably park two cars. There is a big level difference between garage floor and driveway. Used Pulte Mortgage for the purchase. They reported the loan amount to credit unions and immediately sold the loan to another bank, The new loan servicer also reported the loan to credit unions, As per credit reports, I have double debt which badly affected my credit score. Biggest mistake of my life to buy pulte homes

Purchasing our new Pulte home was, for the most part, a great experience. The sales team was outstanding, and the quality of construction has met our expectations. The builders and field team did an excellent job, and I want to recognize them for their hard work. Unfortunately, there were two major areas that significantly impacted our overall experience. The first was Pulte Mortgage. It was, without question, the worst part of the entire home-buying process. If the survey allowed a zero rating, that is what I would give. The lack of communication, delays, and overall experience fell far below the level of service I expected from a company with Pulte’s reputation. The second issue has been the complete failure of our premium KitchenAid appliance package. We invested thousands of dollars to upgrade to the top-of-the-line commercial-style appliances, expecting premium quality and reliability. Instead, our microwave/convection oven has never worked—not even once since the day we moved in. A repair technician has been to our home four separate times, replacing parts during each visit, yet the appliance still does not function. Every appointment requires us to rearrange our schedules, wait for technicians, and hope the latest repair finally solves the problem, only to be disappointed again. As if that weren’t enough, our dishwasher also failed just a few weeks after moving in and now requires replacement parts. These are brand-new appliances that have barely been used. The microwave has never functioned properly, and the dishwasher failed after only two uses. At this point, I genuinely hope the range and hood aren’t next. I understand these appliances are manufactured by KitchenAid, not Pulte. However, from a homeowner’s perspective, they are part of the home we purchased from Pulte. When customers spend this much money on premium upgrades in a new luxury home, they should be able to use those appliances from day one. Instead, our brand-new kitchen has been partially unusable since we moved in. I also feel that once we closed on the home, the customer experience changed. We never received a homeowner welcome package, touch-up paint, or other items that many builders—even those selling homes at much lower price points—typically provide. While these are small details, they make a big difference in helping homeowners feel valued after closing. I do want to acknowledge our warranty representative, who has been professional and has done everything possible to help. My frustration is not directed at them. My concern is that a company the size of Pulte should have more leverage with a major manufacturer like KitchenAid to escalate issues and prevent customers from waiting weeks or months while technicians repeatedly replace parts on brand-new appliances. Overall, I love my Pulte home and appreciate the quality of the construction and the professionalism of the sales and field teams. Unfortunately, the poor mortgage experience and the ongoing appliance failures have overshadowed what should have been an exciting and enjoyable new-home experience. We felt very heard and taken care of since the day we stepped into Andi’s office. Gunnar was amazing and every time we had a problem he was very quick to fix it! The house is amazing and we plan to be there for a very long time

I have a great experience with entire home buying process with Pulte homes’ team. Each team member, especially construction manger Jose and sales consultant Joe , were exceptional and explained everything I needed around the clock. They were transparent, honest, friendly, and accommodating all the time. The overall quality of house, pricing, customer service were all above and beyond my expectations.Every space is aesthetically cohesive, curated, immaculately styled.Again, Post -sales support was also phenomenal.I highly recommend Pulte homes.

We had a wonderful buying experience with Pulte. Diane, our sales consultant, was outstanding throughout the whole process. Darin, the Construction Manager, and Denver, the Customer Care Manager, were fantastic and greatly enhanced our buying experience!

The sales experience itself was very good. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The design process was great although I wish we had more choices. The project manager and his construction manager were also fantastic. Very responsive to all questions, problems and requests and followed up quickly. The concerns i have is with the build process itself. Lumber is dumped onsite weeks ahead of time, sits at odd angles on the we ground and is bent/warped, twisted and sometimes moldy. Many pieces of lumber wouldn't pass inspection by most framers. Each of the trades that come in, slap together what they have to do with little to no attention to detail or quality. This leaves too much responsibility on the Construction Managers to find each problem and results in delays bringing people back to fix each problem. Each trades work should be inspected for quality and tbey hould be held accountable for "doing it right the first time" to avoid all the rework. Seems like there's no supervisor onsite for each trade. One of my construction managers said "thats the pulte process - they don't fix until the end". Hold your trades accountable for quality work - not just timely and cheap. A shout out to all of the following who were great and made things right : April, Nick, John & Crista. We continue to have issues with HVAC (yes again) but love the house and the neighborhood. Now please fix my AC and get the Pool Finished !!!! ... More

We love our Dunwoody home. So far the experience with Pulte has been flawless. Our sales person, Porter made the buying experience a pleasure and our construction manager, Shane has been with us every step of the build and post build process!

Great house and location.

Process was ok, some frustrations, some very good communication, some not so good communication. Nothing special, I expected more from Pulte

I am happy with my purchase and am excited to raise my family here. I also really liked my project manager. I am still, however, unclear why the “all block” construction sales pitch ended up with Oakhurst model having 2 exterior walls made of wood. This has never been explained and frankly was not clearly disclosed during the sales process. I still want an explanation as I still feel misled here.
