Home was filthy when I received keys, cabinets were missing shelves, crown molding missing, paint all over garage and back patio. Paint in grout in bathroom. Numerous other attention to detail issues.

Everything was great with the choosing of the lot and model. I wish buyers had more say in the choice in options for their home in terms of colors, blinds, and interior paint. I did not like the experiences with the external providers (blinds, security, etc.). I did not think it was a valuable offering. Everything else was great though.

Great experience with Pulte homes.

Not Satisfied ,I am disappointed .There were issues that needed to be addressed ,Doors,paint ,garage door. I will have to fix them my self. Like I said I am not satisfied.

Pulte homebuilder made my life miserable during this transaction, put me and my wife through the WORSE experience EVER even having her in tears. Consumers need know their options, and are educated in Pulte's business and their tactics. Get an inspection during the home build process and final walkthrough! Pulte Home builder colludes with Pulte Mortgage to approve buyers not on whether you are qualified or not, but based strictly off a financial gain or loss. I am a very qualified buyer, my file confirms this point how they operate. Reminder, it's a non refundable earnest money deposit! Do your research and always have back up lender in place during the transaction so you don't lose your house, earnest money or incentives they will not honor to their benefit. I cannot race enough about how much I love the model, the lot, but the luxury vinyl plank flooring is the one and only thorn in my side. I know it’s a floating floor and my construction manager tried as best he could to have the flooring company fix it but “acceptable movement” is annoying when the floor is supposed to be flat no feel like there are air bubbles intermittently. Other than that, my construction manager is the absolute best, every question I had was asked and answered, every issue was solved (except the floor) but that’s not his fault, and he was always easily accessible.

Stephanie was our salesperson and her handling of our project left us deeply disappointed and feeling undervalued. She harped on the fact that we would be receiving timely and consistent weekly updates. She even stated that we could choose to be updated via phone call or email. We communicated with her that we would prefer to be updated via email as I was traveling extensively for work and I wanted to ensure that my wife received the same updates so she's in the know and didn't feel like she couldn't make an educated decision without me. Unfortunately, Stephanie was given the incorrect email address for myself. We requested she correct it via phone call, email and I even went physically into the office to get the issue corrected. Unfortunately, that incorrect email address is still attached to Pulte's communication to me therefore our information could very well be compromised. Our build took about 30 weeks. Stephanie sent us a whopping 4 building update emails during that time (one of which had two weeks of updates included and another building update email stating that she would NOT be sending out a weekly update email as she would be out of town). When Stephanie would send out her email updates, it was on Wednesdays towards the end of her work day and she would then be out Thursday and Friday and would be back in the office on Saturday. That being said, if my wife or I had any questions we wouldn't get a response until the following week. We did ask if we could get her to send out her updates earlier on in the week to which we were told "no". Pamela helped us in our Design Center appointment. She was a pleasure and a breath of fresh air to work with. Unfortunately, and to no fault of her own, Pamela's computer crashed towards the end of our appointment and therefore she had to complete our change order the following day without us. I'm unsure if there is a correlation of Pamela's computer going down in our appointment and my wife and I almost not getting to have an electrical appointment but we almost didn't get to have our electrical appointment due to the fact that someone from Pulte informed our realtor that Pulte didn't have on file that we needed one. My wife had to reach out and email Pulte representatives to get clarification that we did, in fact, actually need to have the appointment scheduled. Kolton was our original project manager and we never heard from him other than when I submitted our third party inspection to which he lied about an area that should have been spray sealed green but stated that it was a clear sealant spray paint instead of the green (yet all of the other areas throughout the house were sprayed green). There was an almost immediate change once Dylan and Aaron took over our build as project managers, in the best way. They had great communication with my wife and I and they were very timely with getting things completed. Dylan, Aaron and the construction workers are really the only saving grace through this process. They did a phenomenal job with getting my wife and I through the homestretch. My wife and I never received the first email with this survey in it. My wife reached out to ask for it and Wendy, from the customer call center, stated that it showed in the system that it had already been sent out to me. She then let my wife know that she had to elevate the request for the survey to be re-sent to a manager which took the manager about a week to get to us. ... More

DESIGN IN 3RD BATH IN BEDROOM ACROSS FROM LAUNDRY HAS A DOOR THAT OPENS INTO BATHROOM. SHOULD HAVE BEEN A POCKET DOOR. FLOOR TILES IN HOUSE ARE UNEVEN. PAVERS ON BACK OF HOUSE ARE BROKEN AND VERY UNEVEN . BIG GAP UNDER BACK DOOR.SUBMIITED REQUEST AND TOLD THEY WOULD GET BACK US IN 48 TO 72 HRS. NEVER HEARD BACK.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Greg! He has always been a very clear and effective communicator, extremely knowledgeable; quick and effective and answered all my concerns. Susan was also fabulous to work with; super friendly and sweet. Ray, now this gentleman brought a whole new experience that will forever make our home truly special. Such a genuine soul! Thank you everyone for a memorable experience!

Unreasonable policy on delays. I had to pay extra money from my pocket for no issue of mine. Escalated to CEO, no response. Will probably think twice before buying another home w/ Pulte.

Good experince with everything

Great sales team, very knowledgeable about the homes they are selling. After moving in Tiffany was a great help in explaining all the little things we need to know about the house and the warranties as well as making sure everything was perfect for us as the buyers.

Our sales person and final construction manager were very good. Otherwise I feel the level of effort and comunication was poor. The site, and every other home sites on the street were all trash dumps. With a dumpster less than two feet away the workers would just throw garbage, bottels, construction materials on the ground. No one seemed to care that the construction site looked liked a dump. The inside was the same with food, wrapers , bottles left over the house. On one visit to the house we had to duck flying birds trying to eat the leftovers. While I feel the structure is sound the finish work was terrible. It seemed the workers really did not care about the quality of their work or take any pride in the fiished product. The warranty department so far is follow the same road. Calls are not retuned even after many attempts. I think Pulti could be a much better builder if they hired people who took more pride in their work. ... More

We were moving from far away. Therefore we had to rely on others which ended up working out. Being here from framing to completion would be ideal. I think that Pulte could provide more information earlier in the process including written timelines for when things are happening. I also think they need to provide more flexibility with their models. The ability to add a window or door or enlarge a porch or patio should be considered.

Every single point of contact has gone above and beyond expectations. The process was very smooth and even after closing, everyone has been so attentive in making sure that we are happy with our new home.

From searching and getting to know the neighborhood, throughout the build, and continued contact to ensure we are satisfied. Sometimes the little things create a sense of pride that Pulte has in their homes/neighborhoods and since moving in it has been nice to see Pulte ensures the neighborhood, with lots of construction, is kept clean for those moved in. The home is awesome, great quality. Pulte has been a reliable partner.

Anthony and Brandon(give 5's) have been great since ownership and they are fixing issues. Our buying experience from sales to finance was not up to expectations and went through multiple people in our process with lack of response and communication.

We have had a smooth experience purchasing our home from Pulte in Waterways. Courtney was very helpful and informative about all things Pulte during the home buying process. Steve, the builder has responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. They are both pleasant and friendly. We give them both a 10/10.

All Pulte employees were great to work with and answered all questions and very proactive with updates and explanations of the total process —especially Isabel and Ashley !

Overall we were very disappointed with our experience with the exception of Caleb our third construction supervisor.he was kind and could listen.
