In thinking of my experience buying my a brand new home with Pultie, I would definitely recommend them. I have gone through home buying and refinancing loans in the past, and this by far has been the smoothest experience thus far. Pulte Builders did a nice job in keeping us informed on the status of our new townhouse build and closing. Home is well built along with a good warranty. Finishes were middle of the line. We bought the home after it had already been completed. We would have upgraded a few things.

My recommendation would be to focus on quality installation of door knobs, hinges, etc. and some of the fine detail in that area. I noted poor craftsmanship in those areas. All others were excellent.

We moved in late in the build process, house was essentially done, ready to move in. With that said the walk through and findings were taken care of without any push back. There are some paint blemishes, but there is a 1 year walk through where we have been told anything we find will be taken care of. I have full confidence this will be true.

Building my forever home was a really important endeavor and the Pulte sales, design and construction team made it a great experience. Each member of the team was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. The floor plan is amazing and I have the perfect lot. If I had one desire, it would be that the porch exterior would be a bit more finished with trim or brick work. That said, I really love my new home!

The whole purchase and closing experience was very professional. Responses to queries and warranty fixes were quickly resolved. Poor workmanship which led to warranty issues could have been addressed during the build avoiding inconveniencing the purchaser. Pulte supervision is to blame due to lack of adequate supervision of their subcontractors during the build.

Our sale rep. Zac was a huge help in finding this home. He stayed in contact with me for months until we finally sold our home and were able to make a move. He assisted us throughout the process. The home itself more than meets our needs and takes a while to adjust to. When we discovered some "issues", they were mostly addressed in a reasonable time. Jeff, our project manager, was awesome to work with. He kept us informed on the progress. Pulte Financial Dept was an absolute disaster to work with. Requested same information multiple times and on our way to closing, after 6 months of processing, notified us we required another 4582.51 to close. After 6 months they gave us an hour to come up with additional money!!!! Absolutely horrible.
