Honestly could not say one bad thing about our experience. I was always so excited for Fridays because of the weekly updates. It was so cool being able to be notified on every step of the process. Designing our dream house and moving in still feels so surreal. Pulte you have been wonderful. Oh and let’s not forget how amazing both CM and entire staff were.

We are very pleased with the workmanship and buying experience with Pulte homes. We’ve had many compliments on the quality and design of our home.

From the beginning of the process the build was well explained and all of our concerns were handled and answered promptly. Jason was an awesome Builder to work with. He was patient, attentive, and open about the process, our concerns and any issues that did come up. Any minor items that did arise were handled and corrected quickly and accurately. As a first time home builder, we were very nervous but Jason made the process very comfortable and reduced our stress! Great job!!

Michael was absolutely incredibly customer focused. He was very responsive and represented Pulte very well. I am a very satisfied customer because of his hard work. He truly cared about our overall home building experience.

Molly, Luke and the entire Pulte team at Towns on the Parkway in Dublin were exceptional to work with! We love our new townhome and feel like we hit the jackpot with location, selections, craftsmanship and value. We got an impressive interest rate through Pulte Mortgage, too which was well below the prevailing market rates. People should be running to buy at Towns on the Parkway! It's the best investment on new construction in Dublin!

I moved into a ready to move in home. We met all the deadlines of closing and it was a smooth experience to buy and move in. I had no surprises

The homebuying process was seamless from purchase agreement to closing. The communication at each phase was informative and professional. They were responsive to my requests and provide an outstanding warranty.

We had an horrible experience with the build of the home ESPECIALLY final walk through and the quality of drywall/stucco/paint work! Our final walk through was a disaster, we had the contact the construction manager to schedule the walk through, the house was not all ready!!! When we walked in there were vents not installed, bathroom fan hanging by the wires, finger prints on ceilings/walls, chunks on wood missing on cabinets, scratches in the kitchen sink, and various other issues!!!! The drywall and paint looked like it was done by amateurs!!! Your drywall/paint/stucco technicians did a terrible job!!! The quality and workmanship is terrible!!! No pride at all, my wife and I are not in construction and we saw things that were obviously wrong with the paint/drywall!!! We had our walls painted and the lines where the ceiling meets the wall was very sloppy throughout the entire house!!! The textured walls are very uneven, some places are smooth and other places are very bumpy. We expected minor issues, but this is ridiculous!!! We've only been in the house about a month and the paint is already cracking!!! My wife and I thought very highly of Pulte, but the build of this house has us telling friends and family not to buy from Pulte!!!! We are very disappointed with Pulte!!! ... More

Whispering pines - Land O Lakes - I am happy with the location and community size. Price is reasonable. Not may issues found after we moved in. Build quality is satisfactory. Particularly cabinets are very poor and they fall apart due to bevel design with glue corners on cabinet doors. Cabinets are very cheap and poorly designed and selected by Pulte, we had no other option except to go for them. We do not expect this cheap quality cabinets for the price range we paid for.

We found the Pulte production homes have many of the same features and upgrades as semi-custom homes by other builders. Pulte has fewer choices but the right ones; for instance: a standard bath and an upgraded option with spa shower. Not a thousand decisions to make and screw up. Pulte exceeded our expectations -- from sale to financing to insurance, title, and delivery. Their construction manager is a young and able professional, and their warranty manager is focused and driven. If I went with a used home, I would be the project manager. If I went with another builder, I would have to be my own warranty manager. I would do Pulte again. ... More

First of all I had lots of issues with Pulte Mortgage . It was so much back and forth , no accurate calculations too the last moment of closing . They almost refused to close my house with 3.5 % down 3 days before closing !! Insane ! Then wanted $759 more the day of closing at the Title office . Pure emotional roller coaster . My wife was a nervous wreck having to deal with 3 different people from Pulte mortgage . We finally closed after the third delay which costed me way too much . Time out of work and moving arrangements etc . The house overall is good , just not a whole lot of detail oriented workmanship and the painting job inside and outside was choppy . Tiles are not latex well either . Visible uneven surfaces . The lawn in the back really messed up , looks like a swamp out there . No glass inclosure whatsoever in the owner’s shower !?!? No kitchen or bathroom cabinets hardware included , no gutters and downspouts ! No window ledges .The backyard sliding door is such an old model with wood handle !! We have to spend more money to upgrade it to what it needs to be for a home that’s well over 1/2 million . We bought the house because it was a great location and has lake view , also right beside the amenities . I’m not sure if I would buy a Pulte home again to be honest . Do your homework and be aware of all these issues . Be prepared for the worst if you decide to deal with them because they are all over the place ! ... More

The initial encounter with the Pulte sales team was pleasant and selecting our options for the home was painless. We were kept up to date on the construction progress weekly by our manager. The home was delivered ahead of schedule. Problems encountered at the pre-drywall inspection were corrected and minor problems seen at the final inspection were finished by closing. We hired our own inspector but his few deficiencies had already been noted by our construction manager. Since moving in, minor problems have been speedily corrected by appropriate technicians. There is construction all around us but no problem getting in and out of the development. Dirt, trash from building is cleaned from the roads on a daily basis. We expected the Fire Place to be in the wall NOT IN THE CORNER. No one told me that it would be in the corner and no one told me that I would lose one window and it would shorten the space in the gathering room. Second FAULTY LAYOUT with one light outside the garage door hiding behind the Pole. No one offered to have wash sink in the Laundry Room which is very important to have it. Most of work seems to be to finish the construction this way or that way and take my money and run away. Very bad experience.

Pulte Homes makes it SO easy to understand the process that goes into building a home! They have very specific guidelines and information for the buyer.

We had no idea what to expect as first time home buyers and Pulte made it easy from start to finish. They were patient and understanding with us, answering all of our questions. They were attentive and very responsive. Couldn't be happier!

Overall the experience was as pleasant as building a house and moving can be.

Found fa bunch of issues during pre-purchase inspection. Though they promised to fix those, non of them were fixed, Only cosmetic work done and others were ignored, but provided wrong status to us. Same issues reported by other buyers in the community. Multiple issues noticed during move-in, submitted tickets. The agent promised to fix the issues during the purchase process, but not updates after that. No response to follow up. Prior to purchase, heard Pulte was a good builder, but now would not recommend to anyone after the experience.

It is really neat to be in on the very beginning of a new community. There’s a sense of family, everyone knows everyone and everyone’s in the same boat. Tony, our construction manager stops by to check on us pretty much every week! :)

We wish we had a few more options and upgrades available . Otherwise we have been happy especially with the construction manager, Gigi, who was very attentive to our needs

So far so good…wish the price could have been cheaper…

Initially, we really loved the models only to find out that a lot of the items had been discontinued. Having then gone thru the designer process, it took 10 months to build and move in. We love our home and only have minor issues to deal with.
