Housing prices are all absurd these days so the value isn't really there, but the process itself was smooth and easy, with tons of help from various people in a timely manner. It was the easiest house purchase by far. The appliances and quality are great too.

Justin made the process very seamless and the house was completed in the timeframe given. The quality of the house is very good. The only negatives would be that everything shouldn't be an upgrade for the price you are originally paying with the "standard" house. Also some of the items in the house should have been an option, for instance fans or pendant lighting. As for your mortgage company, we feel that the employees are incompetent in knowing what to ask for upfront and not wait until a week before closing to ask for a laundry list of items that could not possibly be met. ...

Decision to purchase was made during the first in-person visit with Gabby, our salesperson. We had done online research and used the Pulte tools to design the home that we wanted, but Gabby was able to help us tailor our wants and needs around the budget that we wanted to work with. Donna help us with design decisions to further customize to your needs. Bob, our construction manager, was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We used Pulte Mortgage and everyone, from start to finish, was knowledgeable and helpful with our financing needs. Couldn't have asked for a smoother home ...

It was a very good home buying experience from start to finish. Everyone including the sales office, the home team were very positive, willing to address your needs, attention to detail, helping attitude. I had a few items as a part of the move in which needed to be taken care and the construction manager and his team ensured everything was smoothly taken care of and had a pleasant hand over. Overall good experience.

So, one thing to know is you are not buying a custom home, despite what you think is custom home pricing. This is tract building with all the limitations therein. Once you normalize on that fact, I can then assess the experience with Pulte. In my view, having bought several new homes from builders in different states, Pulte's process and standards are high in the industry. We really appreciated being able to enter the property as it was being built to see the progress, especially in finishing stages where you are measuring, bringing in contractors to do your own post-closing work, ...

Prior to closing , appreciated the orientation and instruction for care of the home. Closing was excellent. Very happy with the value of the home. Very warm welcome by several Pulte representatives. Builder is awesome. Follow up customer service is poor.

We had a time crunch to make selections for the construction crews. The staff were helpful in making sure we could get in, which was a trick from 1,000 miles away. They kept us informed as the build progressed and had a video walkthrough since we were so far away. A couple electrical items were cleared up quickly after closing and we are happy with our selections.

Amazing Customer Service! Everyone has been great. Angel helped me through the sales process, Heather went above & beyond in my closing, & Lincoln did the same when it came to initial move-in issues. He responded within minutes each time I called him - even on the weekend - & he ensured that every issue was addressed. The home building experience was great. They gave update every week. Andrew toured the house before drywall and post drywall. He paid attention to every detail/issue provided by the predry wall inspection report and inspection post house was complete.The pantry could be bigger, the towel holders are not installed by default, the sweaky noise when walking on 2nd floor. The sod were dead initially, i complained and Andrew had it replaced it in a month. The salesperson should show other designs as well and not only focus on three model houses.
