Everything went smoothly and on schedule

This has been my wife and i’s first time building a home. Pulte made the building process relatively painless. The building process in my opinion went very smoothly. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner and Ben our building supervisor made of feel as thought he cared about our home as much as we did. Molly was also a very thorough sales consultant and was always available to answer any and all questions we had. She even would take the time on her days off to answer emails and texts. I thought she went above and beyond. When we finally moved into our new home. We had a few hiccups with our furnace and a few other items but they were handled as quick as possible. There was always great follow up calls/emails from Ben, molly and pulte customer service to make sure we were satisfied. While I can only attest to pulte’s building and selling process since we have only lived in our home for almost 2 months. Mindy and Shuan are providing a great service for me and my clients. They have been patient and fair and are very knowledgable for their specialty. They also reply to email promptly with proper instructions and explanations. Me and my daughter feeling happy and content with Pulte's great performance. This is the second time we've built and we had no idea what we were missing until we came to Pulte. The service that Dana and Larry provided was incredible. Between the two of them, we were constantly involved and informed about the process and what to expect. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner and we felt like we were a part of the process. There were no curve balls or unexpected issues. Now that we're in the house (earlier than expected) we have had zero issues. We plan to be in this house forever, but if not, we will look to Pulte again.

My wife and I recently purchased a brand new Pulte home in Avery Square in Naples Florida. The home has been constructed with excellent materials and followed with construction craftsmanship and Expertise. We did have a few minor follow-up items after moving in. Pulte responded quickly to resolve our issues to our complete satisfaction. Lastly, Our homes energy efficient utilities and systems have resulted in very favorable utility costs.

Project managers were excellent. Having worked as one myself. They couldn’t have been more attentive to my needs since I was out of state during the build . They kept me apprised of the progress each step of the way. Tanner also kept us updated. One item I think Pulte should have is a checklist of options to make the process easier. There were items we would have wanted but didn’t think about

We love our Pulte home and believe strongly that they deliver a home as close to perfect as humanly possible. We hired an inspector and he found nothing significant. That is amazing!

Our home is stunning, and we couldn’t be happier! There were some fixes that needed to be made after move in, and they have fixed them promptly and efficiently! Customer service is very responsive and helpful!

I recently bought a Pulte Home in Windsor at Westside and I´m so happy with the quality of the home and the professionalism and service from Pulte. They have responded quickly to my questions and even came to my home when I couldn´t figure out something very simple:) I highly recommend Pulte homes.

We really enjoyed the process of building with Pulte. The Sales team was great in assisting us with our upgrade choices and answered all questions we had. We also had an equal experience with the Construction Manager, he answered every question timely and to our satisfaction. We also used Pulte Mortgage and had the best team assisting us with our loan. All around great experience and would build with them again.

I would definitely recommend this builder...they were responsive from sales to building completion. I never felt alone through my home buying process.
