From the start of my loan process to closing was a stress-free experience and those that I spoke with to the ones I had seen in person was great and knew their business I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.

We have had nothing but issues since the whole process started. First, our original sales person left the neighborhood and was MIA. We ended up with three different construction managers. We had a long list of items to repair, replace, and/or fix and Pulte has dragged their feet at every opportunity. The few items that been address are still not meeting our minimum expectation.

Everyone at the Skye Hills-Valridge project has made my first new home purchase experience a great one. Angela and Chad impressed us with their friendliness, professionalism and quick response to any questions or concerns. Minor touch-up issues have been resolved expeditiously. Great team!

I was definitely nervous about having a home built in Charlotte while I was still living in NJ. Pulte and the construction project manager made the process easy. They called me weekly with updates and texted me pictures. They answered any questions or addressed any concerns I had. They even took videos and sent them to me. They also accommodated for my off time inspections and always made sure i had access to the inside of the house since I often would fly in for the day and back out due to work. Derek and John are excellent! I would definitely recommend pulte to anyone.

Many small small issues are there, but customer care is not great and supportive. They never pick the calls at all.

Compare to other builders . Pulte home is better.

Pulte mortgage was the absolute worst mortgage company I’ve ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a few. They should not force us to use Pulte mortgage. The whole closing process was not very pleasant. Our refrigerator was not hooked up to water & the house was filthy when we moved in.

Matt was an absolutely excellent and highly experienced during our home building experience. The building team (vendors and contractors) did an overall outstanding job in finishing the house in a timely manner. Jared and team did a great job with the appliance and warranty check ups and any additional follow ups. The sales team, Laura, was super informative and readily available for any concerns and questions. We did have some documentation issues with the mortgage team but overall we were able to close on time.

My experience with the builder was good, however there was a significant delay of 3 months in the delivery of the property.

Material used vs price of home was disappointing. But seems to be the Pulte way. I never got the opportunity to interact with the builder until I closed on the house. I submitted a "punch list" over two weeks ago and only one item has been addressed. My last Pulte home. Sell 1st, customer service 2nd.

Excellent experience during the entire process.

Sales lady is good, warranty guy is good, but the quality of the house is so so. But we got a big discount on the price so I'll say value is still good.

The initial process was great, the mortgage experience was not and there have been a number of issues post move in we have had to fix. Contractors aren’t always the most responsive but could be due to availability

We moved into a Pulte home a few of months ago. The buying process was straightforward, although the information requested when asked simple questions was less than ideal. There were many cosmetic finish issues, stairs that creak so loud (not some of them) but most of them, floor creaks that are apparent, touch ups to paint that are noticeable, overspray of mud/paint in places like the tile in the shower areas, and more. Just did not expect so much "imperfect" work in a new construction. I filed the work orders for the cosmetic issues about 3 weeks ago and I believe they are advising that those issues would be resolved in 1 year - I have not heard from anyone but that is my understanding when we closed the home. Not a huge deal just expected more when paying so much for their homes. The market rate for the same home is approximately 100k-150k less. My expectations buying a home from a national home builder was not high, but I assumed that the basics (cleaning, paint, drywall mudding, creaks, ect) would be satisfactory. Overall, if you have the time allotted to search for a new home, I would advise to go with a local home builder, there is more quality, craftsmanship, and pride in their work. ... More

Very pleased with Pulte Homes. The entire expierence from purchasing to post-closing has been very good.

overall fair experience. unfortunately the finishes are sub par. no cabinet pulls on cabinets, no shower door on stand up shower, no backsplash, no screen on slider so i had to screen in porch to prevent bugs infestation. lots of bugs and spiders here. no mail box so who knows where mail is. response to issues is rapid and the crew is exceptional. after spending $400,000, i still need to finish my own home with necessary fixes.

I was very pleased with the purchase procedures and pricing on the home. Sales agent was excellent to work with. We are very pleased with the house. There are a few cosmetic issues that need attention and we are awaiting completion. Our construction manager was nice enough and ok to work with but communication was a little spotty. He was ill during that time period which may have led to that. He did spend a lot of time at the closing walkthrough which we appreciated. There is a one year warranty so we can review again after that to see if service is handled. I did notice an empty beer can in the attic recently so was surprised at that. We are very happy with the house overall, disappointed by the property lot. We were lied to and never shown the lot we selected. Once with raaieed our.concern about our main issue. Nothing was done.
