Good experience overall and Nick was great with my walk through and rectified a few last items

I truly had a positive experience with Pulte Builders throughout the entire process, until the last day of the closing, which went through very quickly without any issues. They were very attentive, helpful, and always available to help. My family and I are thrilled with our new and pleased with Pulte builders.

Back in May of this year we decided to sell our home and but a new Pulte Townhouse that had not even broken ground. Pulte said we should be able to close on it in late November or early December. We were dubious of their time line but lo and behold and we did just that and we love our new home. We were kept abreast of developments eavh week with an email from the manager and week by week we watched our new townhome being built.

I had a great experience with the team at Winding Creek. They were very responsive, patient and provided answers to all the questions.

Our home turned out just as we wanted it! Our Sales Consultant (Lauren), Design Consultant (Maureen) and Construction Manager (Anthony) were absolutely great at their jobs and really cared that the home turned out the way we wanted. The trades who worked on our build did quality work and any issues that popped up were promptly corrected. I would absolutely trust Pulte to build for us again.

The purchase process was smooth. The time it took to build was quicker than we expected. The team kept us informed of the progress and made it easy to stay up to date.

They were not only helpful and courteous but also made sure to maintain clear communication with the homeowner throughout. I truly appreciated their dedication and attention to detail.

We really enjoyed our new building experience. Our construction manager was easy to reach and very helpful in his responses. He provided a lot of valuable information that helped us during and after our build. I recommend Pulte if you are considering a move.

Thanks to the Pulte team at Amber Fields! Everyone has been very responsive to my questions, and there have been many! I especially want to commend Brien. He has been so helpful His experience and advice is very much appreciated. A few weeks ago I had a sloppy washer/dryer installation from another vendor. It was late Friday afternoon and Brien immediately came by to help me resolve an issue. It's been a crazy year but I'm glad to be HOME!!

Good experience with the building process. After move in there were a few issues, but they are being taken care of.

Buying process was straight forward and easy. Wife and I love the home with no issues. Very responsive warranty team. Would recommend Pulte to other homebuyers.

our entire experience buying this Pulte home has been a total pleasure from beginning to completion. Our sales representative (Tatyana) was professional, knowledgeable and always extremely helpful. The construction team (led by Javier and Anthony) always made us feel like we were their only customer and continually went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. This is our 5th time purchasing a brand new home in the last 30 years and this has been far and away our best experience. We are very happy in our new Pulte home.

Gita from the sales office was incredible helping us find the right home and for a great price. We actually switched homes and Pulte with Gita"s help made the whole process very easy to do with no additional costs. Great company to do business with.

We purchased a quick move in home with Pulte in Lakewood Ranch FL and we love our new house. High quality craftsmanship and finishes throughout. There are a few imperfections but the managers have been wonderful about repairs and respond quickly with great attitudes. Would buy another house from them. Would recommend working with them if you’re thinking about buying a new construction.

We are Happy with our new home with just minor details. My kitchen is Beautiful we’ve just been here for a month and had minor issues that will report to contractor

We having nothing but great things to say about the staff involved in the sale of our pulte home. We are foreign nationals and the experience was very straight forward.

I had the buying experience with Tiffany she was great and helped me so much. And Arthur was another great person to work with he helped me if I saw something that needed attention right away. I couldn’t ask for two better employees for Pulte construction.

The overall experience was good. There was a few things at closing that could have given us a better experience, but overall this was a successful purchase.

Let me first start at the beginning. The sales rep Brian was very informative and knowledgeable about the building of the house and the other parts involved. He was extremly punctual in returning my messages and in helping make decisions on the house. His experience with Pulte homes showed when he answered all my questions which made the home buying experience a 5 star processes. The quality of workmanship and materials,3-4 star depending on what materials were chosen. Some of the finish detail work needed more of a, "finish look". I had to upgrade trim/switches/outlets to match the cost of the house. I felt this should have been part of an incentive add on once the upgrades hit a certain number. Another example is the back poarch light, a $10 light should not be on a house of this calaber. Because of these reasons I gave the 3-4 star rating. The overall trustworthiness of the build I feel deserves a 5 star because I was very impressed with how the house was built and sealed. I feel the builder did a fantastic job on this part and I trust the house will be very efficient. The value for the price, 4 star, Once the upgrades were all added on that was when the base modle options looked a little under valued. This made me add more upgrades to get the look I wanted for the price I was paying. The construction manager Matt was very helpgul and knowledgeable about the building of the house. He was there on the walk through before our final closing and helped point out items that needed attention before the closing was done. Some items were missed by the painters but there is the home warrenty that will take care of it within the year. My over all experince since moving into the house has been very good.
