Best place to live.

From the people to the plans, building a Pulte home was an absolute joy. I felt like I had all of the advantages that come with the size of a national builder (purchasing power to make my home as cost effective as possible being a big thing) with the accessibility and friendliness of a small company (my sales and build team were super accessible throughout the process and I felt that really cared about making sure I got what I wanted). They had floor plans that were perfect for our family with just the right amount of customization available. With too many choices to make I get overwhelmed. Better to let design professionals do the heavy lifting in this area so I could choose from their beautifully curated selections. Each member of the Pulte team has been incredibly responsive to my every request. Through their national reach, they were magically able to find flooring that had been backordered so I could have my first choice of flooring and still make our completion date. The buying process is very smooth

Build quality is great and the customer service department is extremely helpful.

The whole crew has been fantastic.

All the upgrades we agreed upon were constructed and installed as per plan and design with no discrepancies noted. The field manager, Mr. David Kelsey is very courteous , knowledgeable, and very professional in dealing with us. He meticulously explained everything we need to know about the home . Always willing and able to help. I personally believe that the Pulte Homes is really committed to build a better and energy savings home.

Great value for the money, our field supervisor Andy was excellent and attended to all of the details .

BEST HOME EVER!!!!

From start to finish we found everyone to be very responsive to our questions, needs and moving challenges. From Tina in Sales to Dennis and Brian on the information and support side just before and after purchasing, we feel like we invested in more than a townhome. We had an excellent experience buying the home at 408 Encinal and Jon Schink was super helpful in answering all of our questions and moving the process along. I am sorry that we did not respond sooner but the survey was not sent to both of us!!! Happy to be part of the pulte homes home owner :-) we are 100% satisfied and looking forward too seeing other communities you are building in the future.

They made my home purchase experience smooth and easy. They are always available and following up to resolve any issues. As a first time home owner, Pulte Homes honestly gave me a stress-free and trustworthy experience.

We bought a townhome ready to move in. The whole team was very helpful in describing the design and energy saving features, upgrades and warranty details. They delivered what they promised and took care of all punch list items in a timely fashion. Diane and Jacob were especially helpful.

I enjoyed the experienced of working with their agent Shard and builder Chase Pence. I had a terrible experience with a previous builder DR Horton. I normally would not mention names but clients need to know that Pulte can give them a better homes.

Pulte provides the perfect floor plans. The entire staff are both professional and knowledgeable. We have been satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. Kudos to the Sales Consultants, the Design Center staff, Construction Site Manager, and Mortgage/Title Department.

The process was pretty smooth and Issue that we had was addressed immediately.

The sales team, the design team, the construction team and the subs were all about doing a good job for us. During the design phase, Quick response to questions, experienced advice and speedy custom quotations were the norm. As a result only 2 change orders were needed and these were custom component speciation upgrades. During construction, Discrepancy’s with specifications, workmanship and finish - big and small were addressed during construction and final finishes completed before closing. The Pulte team that worked with us to build our Vanderbilt model at Chapel Cove was excellent. This includes the sales rep, design team, build team and field manager, as well as the mortgage team. Everyone was very responsive to our issues and were attentive to our questions/requests, especially as we weren't local and were only able to visit the home site on a few occasions. They addressed any issues that we identified and have even been helpful post-close with any questions or concerns that we had.
