Our overall experience was excellent. We want to sincerely thank all the teams involved in helping us build our dream home. Ashlea was wonderful. Brian was a delight! They were attentive to detail, quick to respond, understood our needs and wants, and went above and beyond to help us at every step. Allyson from the design center was extremely patient and understanding with our needs. Judy, from the title team, was thoughtful, patient, and extremely supportive. We know there are many more team members involved in this process working tirelessly behind the scenes and we are extremely grateful to all of them! Thank you. One feedback we would like to provide is to consider painting the garage a fresh coat of paint after completion. Needless to say, our overall experience was a positive one and we would not hesitate to choose Pulte again and hope they are able to rectify the minor inconveniences through a process like this. After reading some bad online reviews for Pulte, we were very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them. We were out of towners while our home was being built. Andrea, our sales consultant, at the community was quick to answer any questions we had. Zac who handled our loan was quick and effficient. Ryan our construction manager was quick to give us updates on our home and resolved any items that we noticed that needed to be corrected. Eleanor at the title company was awesome to work with as well. Everything was very smooth. We did not use their home owners insurance as I found better and less expensive coverage elsewhere, but they were quick to offer a quote at least. ... More

A couple of suggestions for future builds. The door to the water closet in the master bath should open OUT, not in. It would have been nice for the home to have some basic window blinds and lights/fans as Lennar has done. Those are things that are needed immediately at move in and added around $4000 to our cost.

Great experience from start to finish

Pulte delivered a great product right on schedule and was great about communicating and setting expectations. Felt deceived about pulte mortgage and despite bringing this up by email to pulte and in a pulte mortgage survey, have yet to hear back. does anyone read these things? One lingering warranty issue is the hdpe running to att's pull box. a segment was severed during construction resulting in att direct burying my fiber. pulte warranty hasnt engaged me on getting this fixed despite submitting a request. all else has been good.

Love the house but, it needs blinds. The Pulte house next to us is unsold and it has blinds. How come our house didn’t come with blinds?

Housing development t was in a nice area with trees We were given a choice of colors and prices of different upgrades. Construction was done on time. Closing was easy . There were a few issues after closing that needed to be fixed . It seems there are some issues with certain areas like landscaping and irrigation . Hopefully they can be resolved quick.

We happened to stop by just as a deal fell through. We were able to get a finished home. We weren't able to pick anything about the house, but it fit most of our criteria. Brandon was very honest and never pressured us. Jesse was exceptionally helpful. He taught us how EVERYTHING in our house worked. We just wished we would have had some input as to when our lawn was put in--instead of rushing to get it in before the watering ban for the summer hit.

We felt at home after our first visit to Mavera. Laurie was very helpful and provided us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We had to cancel our first contract due to job loss. Laurie was compassionate and helped us cancel and process the return of our Ernest money. We came back to Mavera once I secured a new job. We were hoping to get our original house but it was sold a few days before we came back. Lauri showed us couple of homes that were quick move ins. We fell in love with the Idaloo it had many upgrades and had the tub my wife had to have. We put in a contract the next day. The entire team was very helpful. From the construction manager Steve to the loan processors and closing team. Our contract was contingent on the sale of my home. It sold the first day on the market. Mike helped us out so much getting to know our home and was able to accommodate our schedule with my wife who had crazy work schedule being a first year teacher and us closing on the house the last week of school

Beautifully designed energy efficient smart home. Responsive Pulte team took care of small issues. Paint quality can be improved. Solar panels and battery will help reduce electricity cost. Good value for a spacious home and a large lot. Gated community provides enhanced safety & security

Kevin was always responsive in answering questions and dealing with any issues with the buildout. We are enjoying the house and the local area.

Sales team is amazing, construction manager is responsive, however expect issues with your home when you move in. For example, two months after closing, our building still does not have any internet lines running to it.

When we had 1st time walk through one the cabinet of living room kitchen was broken. They told me to replace it but not replaced yet more than 2 months

Overall experience was good. Have issues with vendors Pulte partners/subcontracts with. Guardian services is poor at best.

Home is wonderful so far. Pulte is very thorough in orientation and review of home. They have a. Complex title process and the closing day took 2 hours- because we messed up a page on one of the signatures and dated a couple places backwards. I would recommend either putting date in so that is not required on 40 or 50 signature spots. Maybe just have the couple pages that require notary signature to have date hand done. The other option is to allow initials to verify a change- this is done often with multiple signature documents.

Chip is wonderful to work with! He always responds quickly and addresses any issues immediately.

We recently purchased and closed in on our home at Sawgrass. The entire process from identifying the lot, applying, bidding, signing purchase agreement to design options and changes during the process was straightforward and helpful sales staff made it easy. Lori as our sales consultant was great throughout. The time from signing purchase agreement to closing, did go very smoothly and they were able to meet the timeline promised. Closing process transition was also straightforward and overall no issues. Overall great experience , hence we are repeat buyers. This time closing was a bit of hassle due to system/ people lapses but rectified. Seasonal items took lot of time and with no/ less intimation of timelines. Some basic things like sod for lawn in backyard, latest appliances is a must for the price paid for the home- which was a disappointment. We had this is our previous home which was 25% lower in price

Fist time purchasing a new build. Experience was great. Love the service and communication.
