The home buying experience from Pulte builders and their mortgage company was an easy and complete operating system. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful with this process.

From beginning to end buying a home with Pulte has been a great experience. Carlos helped my family and I more then we could ever imagine, the others that we meet from Pulte were absolutely incredible. All my questions were answered right away and I was always kept in the loop, especially when it was close to closing time. Do the research for the community you are considering. Ot is important to stay engaged in the build process and you should definitely engage with a 3rd party inspector who is there as uour expert to point out items requiring attention and to give you peace of mind

We recently bought a home from Pulte. They are a nationwide builder based in Georgia. I was so impressed with the company I bought some stock. The company was very helpful. Robb and Brien were especially great. Overall they offer a very high level of customer service and walked us through the whole process from down payment to closing. They also offer exceptional warranties and prompt attention as issues arise. Highly recommended!

We chose the Bedrock home in Grandview Estates because we were downsizing after our kids moved out. Although it was hard leaving the family home we had for 20 years, we are enjoying this open floor plan along with updated cabinets, countertops and flooring. Pulte provided many nice upgrades that were reasonably priced. Everyone at Pulte that we worked with were accommodating and responsive. Shout out to Brian and Derek especially for always being there when I had a question or needed help.

Brad was truly awesome in helping us with our unique situation. Tracy explained everything about the house and has been so helpful.

Love how my home turned out. Just don’t care for the HOA. They take forever to review plans when your trying to get thing done quick to your home.

We first purchased a new Pulte home in the year 2000 in the Charlotte NC area. We loved our Pulte home, but then eventually moved out of the area. 24 years later and we purchased a new Pulte home in Fort Myers! Again, it was a great experience working with Pulte. We love their quality and workmanship.
