Please do not buy from Pulte! We were delayed for months and their management is unresponsive and only had excuses for their mismanagement with the city. Quality of the home was horrible and took many attempts and request for them to fix anything. I still have things that still need to be fixed after a month of being in the house. Avoid this builder at all cost. Many other builders are out there that can provide better service and quality.

Pulte cuts corners, from poor quality dry wall to 24" center studs on interior. Two outlets in huge basement. Lower end appliances. No ceiling fans without huge cost. Cheap wire racks/shelves in all closets. NO landscaping included. Small driveways and garages. Poor lighting in bathrooms.

Received excellent customer service which exceeded my expectations.

We’ve had major systems out to the house on several occasions for systems failures including plumbing,electrical,havc mechanical, flooring, etc, just an extremely poor job on site management and quality control. Pulte should review performance standards and hold responsible their management team’s performance, but apparently do not.

In general so many issues with painting e port finishing a on the walls,stairs, windows, and garage floor. Disappointed

First off, Ping was very helpful with me and my family. She answered all questions for us. We came in multiple times before deciding to put interest into buying a home. Brett was an angel to me and my family. During the process, Brett helped us more than we can ever imagined. We are extremely grateful Brett. Thank you Brett. Finally, Jonathan was another angel to our family. Answered all our questions and fixed all things that we needed to fix. Very grateful for Jonathan. We love our house and our family would like to thank you all for making our house a home!

The process was straightforward, thorough, and informative. Everyone involved throughout the process was very helpful and great to work with. I would recommend Pulte to anyone.

During the home buying process, as an attorney who handles real estate transactions, the process was a bit unconventional as there were no attorneys handling the deal, but the process went smoothly overall. However, our window is cracked and we are missing a screen and there has been no response from Pulte. We have a baby on the way and we have not received any communication on when this window will be fixed or even acknowledgement of our window issue.

I feel comfortable living in this house.

My construction manager Luke was amazing! In todays world it’s rare to actually call someone and not have to leave a message. Not with Luke. He was incredibly busy in December trying to get as many families as possible into their new homes before year end and still made time to answer my call, listen to any concern I had and take care of it. Pulte is lucky to have him ! My sales consultant CJ was also outstanding! Thank you

Overall experience was positive, everyone we worked with was professional and responsive. They certainly communicate proactively when there are construction, permit delays and kept us appraised.

We were very pleased from the outset to the final stage of moving into the new home. Each team member has been very communicative with potential delays, progress, etc. They have responded to our questions in a timely manners and resolved minor issues with new home very quickly. Overall, it’s been a wonderful (affordable) buying experience in a difficult real estate climate and market.

The best part of the overall buying experience was construction Manager Chris Melton. I cannot talk enough about him. He was a thorough professional. He was the true north star and highlight of the overall experience. Very clear in his communication about the status, very true feedback very time for the questions we had. Enjoyed working with him. I would appreciate if my appreciate for him could be shared with him. Thanks

Cheryl, our sales rep., was delightful and willing to help us all throughout our construction. Our design team experience was awesome as well. Wish we had more time there. Our first construction manager was nice, but not effective and many thing were not caught and corrected. Our 2nd construction manager, Keven, was good, but under a lot of stress correcting the mistaKevin, the first guy, and catching up on our construction. The completion of our home was delayed and often sat for weeks without anything being done. That is where our dissatisfaction lies. We are trusting David to follow through and complete our list of shortcomings and error since our close. We have a beautiful home that I love and hope to enjoy for many years. ... More

very happy with the purchase of my house with them

The home is very nice, lots of little short cuts taken though. For the cost of the home I had higher expectations.

When I was shopping for my home I was shown the model homes that were immaculate. The sales representative was cordial and appeared friendly on the surface. After waiting months for my home to be built what I received was far from the immaculate model shown. My home was lacking the basics that should be offered with the purchase of a new home. First thing noticed was a lightbulb stuck up in the ceiling where clearly a light fixture should be. When I asked the field representative in charge of construction about it I was informed that I hadn’t purchased a light package. This was odd as I was never offered a light package nor informed that what is considered a spec home did not come with basic light fixtures. All upgrades that I had requested prior to moving in was denied and not allowed as I was informed this home was a spec home. Builder had already picked out all material to be used. No modification allowed. I made note that the master bathroom had been prepped for two light fixtures but was changed to one cheap fixture placed in the center. The previous prep for two fixture was drywall repaired. There are no towel racks in any of the bathrooms. That was also not an option. On the rear left side of the house there is damaged trim work. There is blue tape on the outside of the rear door where intended repairs were to take place but never completed. My rear sprinkler system was placed on the wrong side of the property line. Noted by the company hired to do a fence installation. There are nails and such left on top of the roof. When looking out the bedroom window it’s very noticeable that clean up wasn’t a concern. After waiting a month I finally will receive a mailbox key and gate stickers. This is unfortunate because builders should be more vested in establishing well built communities so that hard working family’s who more than likely are infesting a large portion of their life savings can be proud to call home. ... From the moment we met ‘Bea’ in the sales office who guided our home buying process from model homes, site selection and ultimately connecting us to a quick move-in opportunity, Todd and I were thrilled. The Bellwood we purchased was perfect, Carlos kept use informed as the home was constructed and we closed in minutes when the time came. So easy and organized.

Our sales agent deceived us by not allowing to add a buyers agent and therby denying buyers agent commision.

This is our second Pulte build the first one was great. The second one left us least impressed between water issues and drywall splitting and the lack of care when finishing the home. We spent a lot of money to have a beautiful home and as we walk through the home everyday it just feels like everything was rushed and issues were overlooked.

Tom W was extremely helpful and continues to be! As with any new home build I expected some issues, but there really weren’t that many and Tom is a person who truly gives his all and goes out of his way to correct anything that needed to be corrected. Allison made the picking out of everything in the house easy and pleasant. Dawn made everything clear during the closing and walk through.

Paint issues, stucco issues, drywall texture issues, granite counter top issues, interior door issues, cabinet issues, plus many other including very poor follow-up from construction manager Conner.

Ought a move-in ready home, Pulte organize their resources accordingly and facilitated a very quick close. Top shelf experience from start to finish.

The purchase & build process was beyond what was anticipated, truly professional. We now have some understandable outstanding items which have come to light since moving in, 1 month, which do not seem to be getting any attention. This is concerning as that list is growing. This seems to be widespread across our development. How do you get Pulte’s attention once they have your money?
