My experience with Pulte Homes was great. The entire team- Mary Ann, Allen, Jordon, and Hope- are the best!

Kitchen cabinets (dark blue) show lines and are not contructed properly. The contractor agreed to replace a door and to date (six weeks) this has not happened. A dent was noted on the microwave door and this was agreed to be replaced at time of closing and this has not been completed. Electrical outlets installed improperly and crocked and these have just been corrected after six weeks. Upgrades for appliances like washer and dryer, two drawer dishwasher and refrigerator were not offered. The siding was installed crocked and this was noticed by us, and not the builder - this was corrected. When we were told that there may be a leak in the water pipes between our home and neighbors and reported it to the customer service who sent a plumber out and plumber determined no leak, we were sent a bill - how do we know that there is NOT a leak until we ask for a plumber. The problem noted was poor drainage between homes which we had already reported before closing. Overall, we were disappointed in the homebuying experience and the quality of workmanship and choice of appliances. In a few years, we will probably need to replace with better quality appliances even though we got upgrades. ... More

Buying with Pulte was a great decision! They kept me updated during the build, completed everything on time and beautifully, and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. I cannot recommend Pulte enough.

Will write review when I’m able to move in. Closed on 10/30/23 move in delayed due to problem with flooring.

Building/buying a home can be a trying time, but all the folks at Pulte made is a very smooth and successful process. From Lee & Carol on their sales force to Noelle & Jevon in their mortgage company then Jennifer in their Title Co. then on to Eric (the best Builder EVER) and finally on to Stephen & Sandra in their customer care office, Pulte has the best people on board to expedite, explain, and ease your home buying experience. This is the second Pulte Home I've purchased, and I love it.

The sales office staff are terrific. Helpful and honest. The construction staff that completed walkthroughs were terrific as well. Again, helpful and honest. Corporate Pulte is not trustworthy. We worked with the Sales Office to set a closing date. One month later, we heard from our attorney that we were going to be penalized $16k for failing to meet the closing date, ie the date that the condo was supposedly completed. We never received a letter notifying us of a closing date. They justified their actions stating that “the contract stated that we needed to close on the completion date”. That is true but a Pulte Sales Person worked with us to close a few weeks later. We had no options except to pay the penalty or lose the condo. Both Mary(s), Sales Consultants, were extremely easy to work with and provided exceptional guidance from Purchase/Sales to Closing. Kris and Sean, Senior Construction Managers, were informative throughout the construction phase and walk through and no question was to elementary for them to answer. Comments or concerns were addressed on timely and professional manner. Pulte offers a turn key solution on purchasing/building your dream home.

Everyone that helped me was a rockstar!

The whole buying experience from Pulte was excellent. We could not be happier. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. We purchased the house from out of state, the entire team made the buying process much easier than anticipated.

Many times false hopes and promises were given about construction issues and closing dates. Weeks went by with very little work on issues that were well known to all. Chosen siding was discontinued by the manufacturer but was never discovered leading us over a month behind on exterior finishes.

There is no nonsense advice or false information from sales team and suggest the right product based on our budget. I saw Pulte home work in Charlotte during my relatives house buying from Pulte and I tried the same builder in Las Vegas. Same treatment, good quality and mindful suggestions. Thank you once again!

They did great job but their after support is ok

Buying a home should be a great feeling and it was until I settled for the $20K at closing using Pulte Mortgage (Dawn). Never thought I would be saying this but they are not good at their job at all. And just FYI, you don't actually get or control the $20K at closing. Per my closing documents it stated " You are responsible for $0.00 of the discount point" yet when it was closing time they took the discount point for the loan rate out of my $20K closing stating that I actually didn't pay it because it came out of the $20K closing promotion. Well if someone gives a customer $20K it's theirs to use how they see fit. They paperwork was always wrong so, ALWAYS READ EVERYTHING they send you. Then didn't account for $5k of the earnest money I put down. I don't know how that is possible. Then to make matters worse the builder/contractor (Jared) waited over 2 weeks from the final walkthrough to fix all the issues noted until right before I signed closing documents. My house sat for 2 weeks with no work being done, and til this day some things are still not fixed. The Sales Agent, Chris, was GREAT and in my experience, he is by far the best at what he does while trying to manage the mortgage company's incompetence and the contractor/builders' lack of follow through. I love my home but the home-buying experience with Pulte has terrible. I would stay on top of them at all times and review everything they send you. I feel like they owe me over $5k for the discount point I wasn't supposed to pay for per their own paperwork and I am owed a completion of work per my contract! ... More

House have lots of defects which have not been taken care of and we are still pursuing to get it corrected.

My home buying experience with Pulte went swimmingly because the paper work, payment schedules and closing dates were quite articulate.Every T crossed every I dotted. Howbeit, this would not have been achieved to the extent with regards to my laudatory comments without the input of Elli M and Adam C. Elli from the get-go filled us in on the proper time how and when to execute same to attain swift and propitious results. Although everything is clearly defined as above mentioned, she was there exhibiting supererogatory work which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She also put her bubbly and positive spin on things at every step of the way. I had a short experience/ encounter with Adam C, but my sentiments are the same as Elli’s. He was very personable and easygoing …took his time to explain everything in details and emphasized on more than one occasion that if we have a problem in his department we are to call him it won’t be a bother because he will only be fulfilling his job obligation. I already felt right at home then… knowing that we were not just left to our own devices. Unfortunately I don’t share the same sentiments with regards to Rob S as I have tried to call him umpteen times but to no avail (No response). . ... More

Over all my experience is great, only thing is mortgage part little hassle, they keep asking me pay stubs proof, I don’t have it, because it was direct deposit, bank statements seems not count for them, anyway, the house is beautiful and I love the design and materials.

The entire team was very professional and attentive from the the beginning to end. Excellent experience.

Our sales agent, Eric, was terrific to work with. His knowledge, experience, transparency, and personable approach made for a great experience. I would highly recommend Eric. Steve, our construction manager was great to work with. Steve provided weekly progress updates and was very responsive to all of our questions during the build process. Eric and Steve ensured that we closed on time.
