Patrick, our sales person, was very informative, prompt to answer our questions/texts and a pleasure to work with. Jeremy, our construction manager, deserves a 5 star. He went above and beyond to make this process less stressful and enjoyable. He even helped take a refrigerator delivery for us before we moved in. Very reliable and a hard worker!

When I initially saw the model of Claremont, I was shown a walk-in-shower, was not told that was an upgrade at all, I had 6 different people with me two different times visiting unit and was never told I was getting a tub. Since then I have been asking M to give me the contractor they used to install bathrooms and have not had any good results, I moved in 11/13/2023 it is now 1/3/2024. Very disappointed that no one has helped and I’m left on my own. My brother purchased this condo for me and has spent a great deal of money to make my life comfortable, everything else is good, except this bathroom issue. We like our new home now that we are finally in it, 5 months later than planned. There was an issue digging a basement on our original lot, and we had to move lots and start the whole process over again. The issue was really on the developer who didn’t disclose the gravel issue to Pulte, but it still cost us over $50K in the selling price of our previous home due to the market going down over the 5 month delay.

Nick was really great to work with and very responsive to any concerns or issues we had. The most frustrating part was really the closing process and not being able to get a final date until a few weeks out which made selling our prior home very difficult - and we were just very lucky that it all worked out given we need to transfer those funds for the new home.

We were lured to this home with incentives like: "sale" "builder buydown interest rate" "model home" "new construction" "already upgraded" etc. Once we entered into contract with Pulte, their whole attitude changed towards us. We reviewed the contract and the "upgrade" list and found over 20K worth of charges for upgrades they didn't install but tried to charge us for anyway. They promised us the rate buydown and we had to fight for Pulte to do it as they tried to pin it on us at closing. Things we'd asked the realtor through initial walk through we were told were "standard features for Pulte" such as the internal insect repellant system, are not in fact standard and are not on our house. The house appraised for 40k less than they were initially asking for and thats the only reason we were able to come to terms money/upgrade wise. They scheduled a blue tape walk through with us and then tried to say we were buying the house as is with numerous problems. The construction guy Joe was a complete sexist and talked down to my wife, mom and sisters. Made my wife cry and then said " Whats she crying for? I didn't even raise my voice to her!" He tried to bribe us with broken pendant lights they had pulled from a different home for a good review. Problem after problem with this house. Absolute lazy paint work with a very low quality paint. Wavy walls. Uneven floors. Cheap materials. The list goes on and on. I will say management has stepped in and tried to make things better. She has ordered cleaning crews and new parts for things that don't work for us, which is a long list. We decided to go with Pulte as my parents had a decently good experience with them, ours has been significantly different and not in a good way. ... More

We have built 2 homes with Pulte. 1st home 5 years ago in Westbrook (Fort Myers) and now 2nd home in Verdana Village (Estero Florida). Great homes and designs. Nicer interior finishes than most other builders in our opinion. Pulte staff are great to deal with. With any new home build, issues come up. Pulte always ready to send someone to the home to deal/fix the issue.

The builder was great. The face to face meetings were very informative and helpful. Wes, our construction manager and Christine our Sales consultant were outstanding!

Multiple issues, cabinets,cracks tiles, corners dents, poor paint in the house.

overall, i had a good experience but not great.

We had no say in how the house was laid out on the property. The house was placed 5 feet away from the property line on one side leaving a large piece of property on the other side. We were just told it had to be this way. If this was pointed out to me in the beginning I probably would not have bought the house for that lot. As work was being done on the house, we pointed out several issues that needed to be fixed, most were fixed but some were still unresolved when the time came for the walk-through. We were assured that they would be fixed before the closing, one week later. Well the closing date came and the issues were not fixed. I was lied to through out the build process and at the end. Do not expect same as they treat you in the beginning. They will treat you great and make you feel like the entire home buying process will be fast and easy in the beginning but that is wrong . They will guide you to get mortgage from their own company with more benefits and easier process which is not correct . Pulte mortgage is even more worst . I will recommend to use outside mortgage . They have postponed my closing more than 5 times . Loan consultant’s wrong guidance made the whole home buying process and experience worst . On the construction side there were some electrical and pluming issues but they came to fix after my request. ... More

My overall homebuying experience with the Pulte Group was exceptional. This is my third home purchase, but the first-time buying a new home. Working with Brandon, Celeste, Gem, Stacy, Kathy and Jesse made the whole process a pleasure.

From start to finish, there was miscommunication, incompetency, incomplete information from Pulte. They said they would fix things and do things properly, and this was not the case. Within all the Pulte departments, there was poor communication where we showed up to close and we couldn’t even finish closing as Pulte was waiting to hear back from someone about something needing fixed….which Pulte builder construction manager was well aware of needing fixed in advance- and due to them doing things last minute and rushing, we had to sit and wait at Pulte offices to be able to finish closing. They didn’t have the proper information ready at purchase so we were told our home would come with certain things, then come to find out it would all be extra charges. The construction manager Edward was on top of all issues and responsive. Britney (sales) was also very helpful and responsive to questions. We have had a variety of issues that are to be expected of new builds, Pulte has been very good about fixing issues that arise.

Our home was delayed by several months, but it finally came and was pretty smooth upon delivery. There are a few minor issues, but nothing major.

Excited to move into our new Pulte home. We had a great experience with Daniella from the sales office and Adam the builder, who helped with orientation of our new home features. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond for us.

I purchased this Pulte home as an investment property. Being remote, I thought it would be a painful process to close the home. Surprisingly, starting from sales/marketing, loan approval, insurance, construction updates and closing, everywhere Pulte beat my expectations. Garett who was responsible for construction progress made sure that I was updated every week promptly at the scheduled time, leaving a voice mail when I am not available to receive call, sharing bunch of pictures showing weekly progress and bunch of video calls to make sure I get to see the construction as if I am local. The home turned out gorgeous and the Pulte team that we worked with was so easy and on top of every last detail. I would 100% recommend building with Pulte.

You really need to slow down the building process and look more to the details more accurately. There are a lot of loose ends and repairs on going for this home. The warranty department process is not very efficient. The warranty issues are taking way too long to get resolved. The repair guys are a joke!

Not wnough communication and after 45 days we are seeing many subpar efforts on the details. Caulking is cracking light fixtures are wired incorrectly, drawers dont close properly and air vents are clearly crooked. The attention to detail is just not there

Buyers should not be your quality control department. Secondly, the process to fix issues under warranty is so painful.

I loved working with my sales agent. He was and continues to be supportive through the process. This is my second Pulte home. I also work well with my construction manager who is responsive to any issues I have. My disappointment is in some of the fine details and some of the issues I'm having post close. There is a reason why I bought a new home and it was so I wouldn't have to fix anything. Turn-key. While there is an expectation for some minor issues, I find mine rather unsettling. 1) Three-way lighting switches wired incorrectly 2) Clothes rack in master closet came clear out of the wall when clothes were hung 3) Roof leaking evidenced by water spots on celling in upstairs bedroom 4) concrete walkway to front door cracked clear across slab (poured in Oct), closed end of November and 3 weeks later concrete issues (to which I'm told it happens and not under warranty). I've been in the home for under a month and third person to move in on the street. I shouldn't be responsible to fix anything related to poor construction or poor product used. While I expect there will be some issues, I would not expect the issues I'm experiencing within the first month of ownership. The construction manager has been great at responding but again turnaround to actually fix issues (electrical, leaking roof) should be faster. Concrete should be replaced. It's unacceptable for this repair to be my responsibility after I was only in the home 2/3 weeks before the crack appeared and while two other homes are being build on either side of me by Pulte and with workers accessing my property. ... We are very happy with our purchased condo unit especially with the quality of materials used in the construction as well as with the services provided!

Well first of all being a Canadian from purchase to walk into our new home it was a pleasant experience! Not being around only talking to contractor and seeing pictures that Lance sent us ever two weeks was amazing! Truly like a tv show. Handed the keys walked into our dream home! WOW! Amazing! Everything above and beyond our expectations! Thanks you Angel and Pulte Homes
