We selected to build a Pulte home because of the available options, which were not offered by all of the builders in the community. While there were some hiccups along the way, we are very pleased with the house and can't wait to make it a home.

It's been our experience, that Pulte Homes is a class act. From the initial sales person to the loan processors, and to the warranty individual, we were treated with the utmost courtesy. This company takes care of their buyers!

The process was streamlined and easy to navigate from start to finish. Our building supervisor Jordan kept us up to speed and was very responsive to our questions and requests. Overall, a painfree process, and we love the house.

This is our first time buying a home. We looked at a lot of builders and spent a good time researching different communities to really find that perfect home for our family. Pulte was the one that stood out. We knew right away that Pulte was the best choice for us. We had a good experience from the time we first looked at the model homes to the time we moved in! Wesley at the sales office was very nice, friendly and accommodating. We toured several times and Wesley was always welcoming. When the time that we decided that it’s time to start the process to buy our home, Robert Ballard, our loan specialist took care of everything. He worked his magic and made the loan process very convenient for us. We had a LOT of questions being a firs time home buyer and Robert was always available to address them all. We chose Pulte Mortgage for our loan and we are satisfied with the fairness of their pricing. The final walkthrough was done by Mark Rodenborn. He was amazing! You can really tell that he was passionate of what he was doing and you can sense that he has a lot of experience. He really managed the build very well. We are very satisfied with the build quality and attention to detail. Mark is the rockstar of the team! I would rate our overall experience as 5+ stars. I still call Mark to ask about different things about the house and he is always available and happy to help. It’s a pleasure seeing mark at the community since he has other homes to build. He always says Hi and generally a nice guy. We are thankful for a great experience and we are grateful that we chose Pulte. We are loving everything about our new home and neighborhood. The high quality of the home stood out to us compared with other homes we looked at. They made the whole home-buying process super easy from beginning to end.

Very good service

From start to finish, this build couldn't have gone much better. Communication (which I value highly) was always a priority. Quick, thoughtful responses always were returned. Everything was done above and beyond code with good quality materials. The only issue we really have is the final grade. While a landscaper will deal with this, the final grade and yard was left with a ton of rocks, very uneven, and were not sure how it passed city inspection.
