Staff is very professional and friendly

My wife and I have had nothing but good things to say about our home building experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Overall I’m happy with the house but for sure the quality didn’t worth what I paid . After I move in for the first week , there is Squeak from the floor of the master bedroom , which is very annoying , the paint quality is bad . My project manager bob uphouse is very great and helpful .

We purchased two townhomes in a new community built by Pulte Homes. Pulte Homes exceeded our expectations by delivering us high quality homes. Great designs, superior workmanship, high quality materials and appliances.

It was a great experience

Great experience with Pulte, our building managers were very responsive and quick to assist with any and all issues. For the price, would expect some higher end materials but overall, happy with our new home.

Poor Build quality and is way below from phase 1 homes. There were a lot of issue due at closing, promised to resolve and is now no one owns it and is a service requests that never gets resolved or taken care of. Service requests created 45 days ago are still not resolved. Matt the build manager, is very keen on hiding the issues at the walk, than having them resolved. Bricks around the home are stained different and do not match and the issue still exits and Matt promised to take care at the closing and now bears no responsibility. Kitchen Pantry wooden shelving are all broken, cracks every where and the service request put in at least 30 days ago still no body showed up. Hardwood chipped off several places - not resolved. Window glasses upstairs rooms are scratched, the service request was put in day 1 after closing and now they blame it on the home owner as it wasn't identified during closing and no action is being taken, Very disgusting. ... We love our new home !! Had an awesome experience building with Pulte Homes. Our construction manager Dan was really helpful and patient throughout the journey. Since we are first time homebuyers he was really patient answering all our concerns and queries. Its been over a month we are in our new home and have no complaints and whenever we need any help Dan is always prompt to support us . Very happy and grateful for all his hard-work and efforts to make our dream come true . Overall a very and satisfying experience and feeling blessed to build with Pulte Homes !!

Quick and easy buying experience. The home I purchased was already built and ready to sell. The mortgage rate program was very helpful. Everyone I came into contact with was professional and made the process seamless.

We recently moved into our new home, and the experience has been very good. Brandon and Ed were both extremely responsive and regularly went above and beyond our expectations. This could have easily been an opaque build process, but Ed kept us up to date on everything that was happening and quickly resolved any concerns to our satisfaction. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with and stayed involved to answer any questions long after we signed our purchase contract. I still can’t believe how quickly it all came together and we’re so excited to enjoy our beautiful new home.

Your experience with building a new home is 100% dependent on the quality of your Construction Manager. Fortunately, after the first month they switched us to a rock star. Henry was superb. His communication skills, attention to detail, calmness under pressure, customer service soft skills, and organizational skills were the sole reason this build was a success. While most CMs would have let little things slide, Henry took personal pride in the home build as if it was his own home. He is an asset to Pulte and I truly hope they compensate him well. I also wanted to briefly express our appreciation to Hannah from the sales team. She advocated for us when contractual issues came up and corrected them to our satisfaction. Pulte like most big builders are subject to the local talent and of course what they are willing to pay for hiring sub-contractors. Some contractors are more competent than others. I don't blame Pulte 100% for that since any home builder that doesn't have their own teams would be at the mercy of the contracting pool available in that area. We had an excellent sales person in Peggy Pfeiffer who patiently and diligently guided us through the home buying process. Our construction project manager Seth Nisall did a phenomenal job. His guidance through the process and completion and tips for after care have been warmly received and respected, our interior designer also has high praise for him

Our experience with buying home at Arbor Oaks was super positive from the first encounter with Carolyn. Our building managers Derek and Shawn were super responsive as well. We got updates with pictures every Friday. Closing was super easy as well. We truly enjoyed our experience and would recommend building with Pulte to anyone

Nathan from Pulte Homes was amazing (10 of of 10!) every obstacle that came our way, he personally went above and beyond to correct (spectrum issues, lawn issue etc) and was very forth coming with information. I really appreciate him being an intrical part of the building process for me and my family because he made it easier on us.

The construction is about average

Had a great experience working with construction manager Chris. Chris’s honesty and professionalism was exceptional.

This will be my last time buying or referring to buy a Pulte home. This is my third home and the most expensive one. Quality is down, mostly the finishes of the house. All the hardwood work in the house, door frames, ceileing molding, door finished is so bad that I will need to hire my own carpenter. I don’t see Pulte fixing all the issues

Pulte Homes was great from initial purchase to closing. Kept us informed every step of the building process. I could reach out to the construction manager or my sales person for information. Pulte provided prompt responses to my questions and inquiries. The mortgage team was great finding the best mortgage that we could qualify without any issues. Overall excellent Pulte experience.

During the entire experience, from the initial meeting with Melissa in sales to the final walkthrough with Angel our construction manager, the Pulte team was responsive, communicative, and accountable. This was our third time building a house and probably the smoothest of them all.

So many times people in & out to repair your house. Many problems in your house: from water to electric, to the walls (bend), bathrooms leak!! Water outside and talking with presentative who do not responds .. just by pass your requests.

From purchase to closing the Putle team did a good job communicating what was happening. The home is very well built, and we are very happy with it. The only issue was having the closing on a bank holiday weekend (Veterans Day). I am a little disappointed in not having an insulated garage door.
