We recently purchased a Pulte home and couldn’t be happier. From the sales team, to the project manager over construction to dealing with Pulte Mortgage (best rates available on select homes) and Pulte homeowners insurance, it all went super smoothly. This is our 5th new home purchase and the Pulte organization was professional,, courteous and prompt on every single detail. My first interaction with Pulte Homes was with the sales rep Amir. Amir was great to work with! A true professional & always quick to respond via email or answer my phone calls. Jeff, our project manager, was awesome to work with. He kept us informed on the progress. Pulte Financial Dept was an absolute disaster to work with. Requested same information multiple times and on our way to closing, after 6 months of processing, notified us we required another 4582.51 to close. After 6 months they gave us an hour to come up with additional money!!!! Absolutely horrible.

Justin made the process very seamless and the house was completed in the timeframe given. The quality of the house is very good. The only negatives would be that everything shouldn't be an upgrade for the price you are originally paying with the "standard" house. Also some of the items in the house should have been an option, for instance fans or pendant lighting. As for your mortgage company, we feel that the employees are incompetent in knowing what to ask for upfront and not wait until a week before closing to ask for a laundry list of items that could not possibly be met. ...

We had done online research and used the Pulte tools to design the home that we wanted, but Gabby was able to help us tailor our wants and needs around the budget that we wanted to work with. Donna help us with design decisions to further customize to your needs. Bob, our construction manager, was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. It was a very good home buying experience from start to finish. Everyone including the sales office, the home team were very positive, willing to address your needs, attention to detail, helping attitude. I had a few items as a part of the move in which needed to be taken care and the construction manager and his team ensured everything was smoothly taken care of and had a pleasant hand over. So, one thing to know is you are not buying a custom home, despite what you think is custom home pricing. This is tract building with all the limitations therein. Once you normalize on that fact, I can then assess the experience with Pulte. In my view, having bought several new homes from builders in different states, Pulte's process and standards are high in the industry. Amazing Customer Service! Everyone has been great. Angel helped me through the sales process, Heather went above & beyond in my closing, & Lincoln did the same when it came to initial move-in issues.
