Timely closing with reasonable quality. Great communication and weekly updates. Eric and his team have been great throughout the process. Pre-closing orientation was nicely organized, and all the small issues identified during pre-closing inspection were addressed, if not promised to be addressed at a later time. Overall build was definitely satisfactory.

The sales process was very easy as house was completely finished when I did initial sales appointment. Walk through before closing was exceptional and all issues handled professionally

Our first contact with Pulte homes was with Travis. He was always there to answer all the questions we had along the way and guide us thru the process of purchasing our new home. It was difficult as we lived in a different state but he always got back to us in a timely manner. We even a few good laughs along the way. His construction manager Justin, has also been great in getting everything completed in a timely manner and great follow-up. He is willing to go the extra mile in getting the job done and done well. He checks in often to make sure everything is good and to see if we need anything. We also had a great experience in the closing of our home, everyone has been so helpful and very friendly. Pulte Builders were cooperative and informative from the very beginning, from helping to choose the model that best suited our needs to keeping us informed of the progress to completion of our new home. We are very satisfied with the quality and styling of our new home.

Every builder tries to cut corners…stay on top of them. Overall we are happy with our house but the customer service in the last month was terrible especially the title agency.

David, our project manager was very good. He explained everything very well and kept us informed along the way. Made sure home was built correctly.

My overall experience was good. I am sure just like every other builder issues come up. I was not a fan of our construction manager as nothing seemed to get done until we closed and I started dealing with the Warranty manage. Dan has been amazing and I cant say enough about the help he has been. He truly cares and tries to resolve everything as soon as possible.

Maria was super helpful in the buying process. Jeff did a great job responding to our requests and keeping us updated in the build process.

Our home buying experience with Pulte, from start to finish, was positive and even exceeded our expectations. Any questions,concerns or issues we had were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The contractors and subs used to build $1.5 mil and up homes are the same that build the $400K homes. there is no attention to detail for spending this high price tag. It's very frustrating working with warranty and construction mgrs. after closing as they are not interested anymore in getting the small items not handled before closing completed. We are 9 weeks from closing and still have NO working refrigerator. We've had 2 and both stop cooling within 2 days of being installed. Seems like refurbished appliances are being installed rather than brand new. We had to expense the purchase of a refrigerator and surprisingly, we haven't had any issues with it. No one seems to care that we don't have a working refrigerator in a $1.586 mil home! Roof was missing a 6x6 sq ft area of tile upon moving in that we found several days later, we have glass that was scratched that was to be replaced within 4 weeks that hasn't been mentioned since. The backsplash in our kitchen is not level which has been addressed with the warranty guy with no results. ...and the list goes on. It's the details that Pulte is missing and the follow up from a team that doesn't gives a crap! ... More

Pulte was very easy to work with and very responsive to any issues identified during the construction process. The project manager for our build was outstanding. The communication through out the entire process was very good and very detailed.

Everyone was incredible to work with, the experience was the best.

The process was straight forward. The agent walked through the options and price. The closing process was very efficient as most of the documents were signed online portal.

House inspection is a must to ensure everything is fine.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was great experience to watch the house from dust to finished. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Overall was fine How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? About this part was kinda disappointed . First, when they start to build the inside of house . There is a lot of broken wood that they use did not replace after I sent the picture to the builder team . Then there’s should be a hole for air intake for AC unit. Builder team was totally forget about it before I found out the issue. Last thing I was so confused about is the drop ceiling of the master bedroom. I didn’t see the blueprint. But by the common sense, and I’ve seen some other houses. it should be higher ceiling. This is the first drop ceiling that they built to made a ceiling lower. I don’t know if it’s they just forget about that same as they forget about the hole for AC . The build “drop ceiling” afterward. because I saw it was cut and add upside down to a finished ceiling. Other than that. Joe is the best to help us makes the house look better and better! Thank you! What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? This is not first house that we got from Pulte Home. Still going to recommended to friends just need to check blueprints and pay close attention to the material they use and how they build.
