I have nothing negative to say about our experience with Pulte Homes. This is the most solid well built house we have ever lived in. The people we dealt with were fabulous and very responsive to our questions and concerns. If I ever want to build another house (I love this one to much so I probably won't) but I would build another Pulte home.

We've just moved into our new home and so far, are quite pleased with the quality and thoughtful design. Any questions that we had had, either prior or after moving in, have been answered promptly and thoroughly. Management took the time to explain our new heating and AC system, let us know about maintenance, and explained many other areas of our new home. Getting settled in could not have been easier!

We are very happy with our new home! What we like about Pulte is the quality of homes they build and you get to select what upgrades and colors you want to make it your own style. Chip was our salesman and he was excellent! Very conscientious of our needs and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Overall, very happy with our new home!

We closed on our house with great certainty that we were moving into a very well constructed home in a community that has been built with care. The process went very smoothly and we felt we always had our questions answered in a timely way.

Steven P. was a wonderful, patient sales agent, that worked with us from start to finish and always answered questions and got us the needed information. In fact the entire sales team at the Westbrook site were always friendly and welcoming. We had two site project mgrs during our build, Michael and Jordan H. And they were both awesome! They both went above and beyond to make us feel like we were truly a part of the building process!

Our Sales person Leslie and Project Manager Don were amazing! Always prompt, always courteous and had every answer to every question we had. The project area was always kept very clean and picked up and the workmanship on the home is incredible and in fact our blind person said he had never seen a home with windows so perfect.

Pulte made the experience of building a home from a distance so remarkably easy (we recently moved from NJ to SC). Our construction manager, Travis was awesome as was our sales manager, Hannah. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy. Our home is quality built and beautiful. We love it! The value you get at Pulte’s Oakfield Community is superior. We are so happy.

Best place to live.

From the people to the plans, building a Pulte home was an absolute joy. I felt like I had all of the advantages that come with the size of a national builder (purchasing power to make my home as cost effective as possible being a big thing) with the accessibility and friendliness of a small company (my sales and build team were super accessible throughout the process and I felt that really cared about making sure I got what I wanted). They had floor plans that were perfect for our family with just the right amount of customization available. With too many choices to make I get overwhelmed. Better to let design professionals do the heavy lifting in this area so I could choose from their beautifully curated selections. Each member of the Pulte team has been incredibly responsive to my every request. Through their national reach, they were magically able to find flooring that had been backordered so I could have my first choice of flooring and still make our completion date. The buying process is very smooth

Build quality is great and the customer service department is extremely helpful.

The whole crew has been fantastic.

All the upgrades we agreed upon were constructed and installed as per plan and design with no discrepancies noted. The field manager, Mr. David Kelsey is very courteous , knowledgeable, and very professional in dealing with us. He meticulously explained everything we need to know about the home . Always willing and able to help. I personally believe that the Pulte Homes is really committed to build a better and energy savings home.

Great value for the money, our field supervisor Andy was excellent and attended to all of the details .

BEST HOME EVER!!!!

From start to finish we found everyone to be very responsive to our questions, needs and moving challenges. From Tina in Sales to Dennis and Brian on the information and support side just before and after purchasing, we feel like we invested in more than a townhome. Every single step was easy and I had everyone in the Pulte team help whenever I needed help!

I am very Thankful for all the hard working and excellence of Pulte during the entire process of building my new home. It was a privilege and I am sure I chose the right builder.

We had an excellent experience buying the home at 408 Encinal and Jon Schink was super helpful in answering all of our questions and moving the process along. I am sorry that we did not respond sooner but the survey was not sent to both of us!!! Happy to be part of the pulte homes home owner :-) we are 100% satisfied and looking forward too seeing other communities you are building in the future.
