The quality is not good, lot of issues! No more Pulte again!

Great service, all through my home, I was notified for every update during building

IMPORTANT: Above ratings are distorted (lower) because of 1 group. 1) Pulte HQ communication was excellent 2) Customer Service once moved in was/ is outstanding. MIke and Chandler understand and truly exhibit the meaning of customer centric. .A few things they did made such a positive impact and we appreciate them. 3) Sales after P&S was fine for very minor things but several key and critical aspects , so important to us, were a challenge after challenge and frustration. They lacked an understanding of how to communicate, work with, exhibit even some flexibility and how to value customers. Maggie was our sales point of contact and Alex was our point of contact for the build. We do not have enough good things to say about Alex - he was excellent across the board. He was very quick to get back to us, he followed through on everything he said would be done, and was extremely helpful before and after the build. Maggie, we did not have good things to say about. We asked for two outlets to be moved, she said yes initially, later took back that yes, and was very rude in the process of doing so. We have numerous emails from her where she was quite rude and she was not very helpful in this process at all. We did not enjoy working with her. ... More

It’s been a nightmare. Tons of issues found on the pre closing walkthrough now 5 months later still fighting to get things corrected. The people that come fix stuff just damage more things in the process so we are getting nowhere other than more problems. The communication sucks completely about who is doing what when. People don’t show when they are supposed to I have missed days of work and changed plans over and over to accommodate for no one to show

If you buy a house from Pulte you must keep on them constantly to make sure the job and quality is as expected. Unfortunately the contract with the builder is so one-sided favoring them that you essentially don't have any recourse when things are done poorly. The design and layout are great, it is a shame that the build quality is not up to the standards they used to have. Also beware, Pulte is cutting corners on materials in the house. Even upgraded items like kitchen cabinets are poor quality. Unfortunately I will never buy another Pulte house.

I am not a first time home buyer so I have some reference point to compare. I would say just like any new home I experienced some issues however Pulte staff has been really helpful. Ashley on the team made everything possible everything that was promised. Chris and Nathaniel has also also been very active and helpful in resolving the issues we faced. And I am hopeful that our pending issues will also be fairly resolved. I look forward to working with Pulte in the future too.

Pulte exceeded my expectations on all levels. The workmanship and craftsmanship of the home are amazing. The few minor issues we have had were quickly taken care of by the Pulte team. Special thanks to Moises who has been fantastic throughout the entire process.

2 months and my sidings at the front is crack and the side needs fixing and no one is responding.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Told by two home appraiser do not buy, but we have you the benefit of the doubt. Lots of things to be corrected.

My experience with Pulte homes is bad. Poor quality for the price, cutting edges all the time and they leave the house super dirty. I won’t recommend to buy or build with Pulte

i had a good experience with derrick and brian they kept me uopdated and when issues arriased communicated proactively and effectively

Although we are very happy with the house and floor plan, however, during the building process we feel the contractors did not pay attention to detail, and many jobs were completed in a sloppy manner. As a result, we needed to do a lot of clean-up upon moving in, which we didn't expect with a brand new home.

We were in the market for our forever home and our realtor suggested Pulte Homes. We had certain wish list items and found a model home to fit the bill. A Pulte sales agent pushed us toward a quick move-in to save money with the incentives the builder was offering. We toured the model home to compare what we would be getting from our quick move-in and felt like we had a good idea of what we were getting. We voiced our wish list items and it seemed like the quick move-in had most of what we wanted but not all of the items so we went for it. As the building process took place, we quickly noticed our expectations from the model home tour were mismatched. The construction manager provided us with great communication and explanations of what he was handling. We realized the sales agent misled us in many areas of our wish list. We were unhappy with the choices that we had no control over... features available in a non-quick move-in, having two of the same model side by side wasn't a consideration before going under contract but it happened while our home was being built another model of our kind was being built next to us. Given the choice, we would have customized our home but the lot we wanted wasn't released yet. The craftsmanship is what I expect from a quick move-in... quick and sloppy. The vendors are coming out numerous times to address things that should be standard for a new home. We told the builder numerous times during the building to take their time as we wanted it right the first time but no surprise we have a list of issues to be addressed within the first year. Pulte sales need better communication with potential buyers and realistic conversations. The construction team shouldn't have to be the middle man as he is working off a word order while we are left dumbfounded about how details got passed us. The area case manager is friendly, but it is hard to service so many customers promptly. The financing department is friendly in the beginning and as time goes on, they forget previous conversations you have had and ask for more uploads of documents you shared with the team previously. Excellent Salesperson, Construction managers. Very responsive.

Great build quality. Shout out to our construction manager Miss Katie , she was great to work with , always listen to the home buyers and addresses the issue or concerns.

I think the prices are fine and keeping us up on our property buying. The walk through was really helpful and Steve did a great job. I was disappointed in the job that was done on cleaning our place before we moved in. It looked like a rush clean job and not to my approval. We are still cleaning things up, dirt and paint. I would have like the sod grass installed before we moved in and would had some warmer weather to water. There was times when it was to cold to water.

as above without your construction supervisor scott i would rate the experience as not a very good one. he was the most helpful person on your team. steve at the closing as also very helpful. if it was not for him our closing was the worset one i have ever had. you have 2 great people in them

I had a fantastic experience with the team who helped me purchase my new home. They were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, ensuring the entire process went smoothly. Jodee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, personable and motivated when we began looking for our new home. Jodee made the process easy and made us fall in love with the towns at Appaloosa. Scott (construction supervisor) was extremely helpful, conscientious and prompt in returning texts/calls to remedy any little minor issue we had during inspections and after closing on our home. Great service for new home buyers!

Steven Wood was a Great construction manager from start to finish! He was in constant communication and quickly addressed any issues. We built the home remotely from Michigan but we’re confident in Steve’s oversight of our home build.

If i knew i could help you improve i would spend the time. You have several issues and i am not 100% satisfied. You seem to promote your way to get a good review with simple one way form not allowing negatives. Your process is fast tracked poor quality allowing sub contractors to cut corners. Minimal supervision. No quality standards as the sub sets that in the field. Poor to no reprrsentation by city inspectors helps you get away with even more issues.just checks the box and doesnt get out of truck. You are likley held hostage by your subs ..only as good as your subs. Your products need updating. Areas needing attention.: Ac noises and wrong application Landscape poor..been using same co too long Price gouging, you can make a.profit but why take advantage. Exterior sidewalks and driveway damages not repaired or cleaned. Not finish trim in walk in closets. Need comfort height toilets. Come on..the tub surrounds are embarrissing. You build in az ..excessive hard water 32 grains or more hardness. You need to provide water softeners as a house feature not an add. This to me is as important as a post tension slab basic. Using cheapest Sherwin williams flat paint. Baseboards too small scale . Floorin height takes away 1/3 of base height. Use 4 in Base height minimum. Exterior paint is 1 coat flat. In az climate . Framing at soffits and tie in with stucco leave huge gaps for pests. Yoi loose the tight house at the soffit transition. No one checks the tile installers . Hollow tiles. Improper thinset Just a blow n go fast install skipping quality. Wall insulation is poor for sound deadening. Cheapest cellulous fill. Attick insulatio. Should be 12 inch and its only 4-5. Superintendent has no support to make changes. I purchased a spec home and this is what i saw Pulte could be a leader but takes the cheap easy way cookie cutter dont ask questions or make changes approach.
