The amount of emails and different people reaching out was really confusing. Since purchasing it seems you gave our email to a mailing list. The emails are flooding in. Hard to figure out which ones need attention and which ones don’t. Someone reached out about our warranty yesterday. Turns out they were trying to sell something. Were FLOODED with paperwork.

Everyone at Pulte made the process fun and easy, from beginning to end.

Quality and experience is good

Pulte employees on the whole were very good. My only complaint would be that they allow you a walk through of the home to note items or issues which need to be corrected however this is typically 1.5 to 2 hours and it is impossible to detect every issue both inside and outside of the home during that short period.

The house itself is wonderful but the lack of communication between the trades and the construction managers needs work. Don’t even get me started on the delay of utilities that pushed our date of closing by about a solid month and a half almost two months. Aside from all that the sales agents and construction managers are real friendly and professional and the finished product is good.

We closed on the 6113 Nauman home with Pulte on November 21, 2023 with the promise and understanding that the house was “move -in ready.” However, we received a home that was not finished, poorly constructed, and not cleaned. After more than a month of our closing date, we haven’t been able to live in the house. We don’t have a home at the moment and people are still working on fixing issues that should have been fixed before the closing day. We did understand that there was an issue with the flooring in two if the bedrooms and that it would take the construction team a day or two at the most to fix the issue. However, this has turned into a much bigger issue that has made us question the entire quality of the home’s structure. In addition, we are now looking at a much longer construction timeline. Most importantly, we are seeing that this issue with the flooring is affecting the entire home and we are very concerned that this home will have long term issues. Almost the entire upstairs floor is getting fixed, both your field manager and costumer manager both agreed that the original work on the home was horribly done. In addition, they both agreed that they wouldn’t pay the price we paid for this house with so many issues (I am attaching pics of the floor situation). In addition to the flooring issue (now in the majority of the upstairs), the master bathroom was done very poorly and has many sharp edges in the bathroom and tiles that are sticking out. In addition, the paint job is messy, the framing on the doors and baseboards were not sanded before being painted, the gas stove was not hooked up, there is paint on the floors, the house was not cleaned, there was trash and nails in the backyard, and we know that the first floor is not level. These are just a handful of issues, it is impossible to name them all. We have sent pictures of all around the house where things were not finished or done very poorly to Chris and Becky. But the more we walk around the house the more things we find. Like I said before, we don’t have a home to live in right now and this is a very big inconvenience. I spoke to Becky this morning and I told her that even if everything gets fixed at this point, we are going to need a monetary compensation. These inconveniences have added extra cost to our lives. We have to compensate the people we have staying with, their utilities have gone up, we are eating out because we don’t have a place to cook, and we have to pay for child care to be at the house while the crew is working. We are rearraign our work schedules so we can be at the house while things are being fixed or asking to work from home, to be here for the crew. In addition, we are now having to drive an extra 15-45 minutes to work and to drop off our son at school because we are no longer staying in the neighborhood. We have small kids who are now away from their home, have less time with us, and have had to adjust to a variety of changes due to the additional work on the home. On top of everything, this whole situation is putting a lot of emotional stress on us and on our kids to the point of affecting our relationship as a family and as spouses. Art did an awesome job, showing me everything I needed to know from troubleshooting household problems to warranties for appliances and Ac.

2nd Pulte home. Excellent quality, great warranty. Just one minor detail, builder should ask about the toilets. I had to replace all of them. All were too small/short.

The sales experience was good. However, the interior craftsmanship, such as tiling and painting was horrible even with paying for upgrades.

I won’t recommend using Pulte mortgage, but the rest of the process went as expected. The sales people were very helpful and the construction manager was excellent.

Our construction manager Andreas was amazing! Everything I asked him I'd he could do, he did! He never let me down. There have been a few issues even after closing and he is still willing to help out. The closest doors do not open or shut properly once you hang up close so he is looking for a solution. All the closets only have storage shelves in them and do not have the proper racks for sliding clothes which he is also working on fixing for me. He is kind, patient, smart, polite and professional. Highly recommended!

It is a great experience to buy a house from Pulte. From their marketing team, sales representatives till closing everything is very smooth and organized which really make buying decisions positive and easy.

Communication was great throughout the process. Multiple touch points to visit the home while under construction. The house was delivered on time.

Pulte provided me guidance on all the steps from contract to closing. I am happy with my home purchase and the surrounding neighborhood area.

Pulte failed to work with the city to obtain certificates of occupancy - 4 month delay into house. The walls are thin. The paint - may not be paint. The trim on the house is a form material - easy to break off the siding. There were no lights or hardware on the cabinet. We paid thousands extra to get a "quality" home and Pulte just didn't deliver.

We recently purchases a Pulte home and overall it was a good experience. However we would advise new buyers to be very vigilant while doing your walk through. Some of the issues we identified were addressed and there were some we missed until we lived here for a few days. There was a lack of proper clean up on counter tops that were left with sticky residue. Paint drops on new hardwood floors. Stains on new tile floors.Hand rail on basement stairs not properly attached. Garage door doesnt stay closed unless deadbolt is attached.
