I moved into my new house about 1 month ago and I can’t say enough good things about the home! We live it and we hope to spend many fun filled family years enjoying our house. Thanks Pulte!

We closed on our house at the end of April. The process was easy from the beginning and I visited twice for inspections before we closed and everything looked great. The walk through was very helpful to understand our new home, the warrantees and who to contact when assistance is needed. In the final inspection, we had a couple of small items that needed to be taken care of and they were addressed promptly. We are happy with our purchase and looking forward to many years in our new home.

This was the best experience from the sales agents all the down to the lenders. Me and my husband are first time home buyers and we didn’t really understand the process. They literally walked us through the entire process ,gave us so much confidence . We had tried this process with other community’s but just never felt right. My family and I felt informed and comfortable throughout the home selection, financing, design, and build process. We were provided with helpful information and regular follow-ups after the initial walk through of the model until we received the keys to our new beautiful home. It was an exceptional experience and we are super satisfied!

From looking at homes to financing, everything went smooth and as expected. Follow up after move in was also helpful by having weeks to live in the house to notice issues and have them addressed. This was our first new build and would certainly recommend Pulte as a builder.

We love our new home , then home loan dept was so kind and friendly , our field manager was so kind we felt as if we were working with a family member , our home sales rep was wonderful at answering all our questions . the title company was so amazing they were on time and answered any questions we had that made our home buying experience fun and stress free . I would recommend Pulte Homes to my friends and family because Pulte Homes are built by families for your family . What a better way to say Welcome Home .

Our home buying experience with Pulte was wonderful, from start to finish. My Loan Manager made sure the loan processing aspect was smooth and efficient and our building superintendent did well managing our expectations and communicating.
