We love our beautiful home!

We had a great experience with Pulte Homes. Everything ran on schedule and we kept within our desired budget to build our perfect home.

This is the second home I purchase and the quality and attention to detail is much better than the first home I owned from a different builder. The closing process was also great and their customer service is outstanding.

Love my home!

Nothing but a 100% positive experience with Pulte. Everything from pricing & site selection, to build, to move-in...our experience with Pulte has been stress free and enjoyable. My wife & I now have the home of our dreams.

The entire staff is helpful and courteous. They take the time to answer questions and do not dismiss any issues the prospective buyer might need to be addressed. All issues or questions were addressed quickly, cheerfully and accurately Even after closing, they remain alert to any issues the new buyer might have.

Frequent communication is highly advised and is very well received. Clarification and insight on progress is done face to face. It is important to get as much as possible clarity upfront and stay in-touch with the Pulte team. We experienced professional partnerships and made friends during the process. Be patient and allow the process to play itself out in a qualitative manner.

I am confident I have bought a solid well thought out house . There are minor problems as you will get with any house but Pulte have addressed each of them in a timely manner .

We had a very pleasant experience right from the first visit to closing. The team was very responsive and supportive throughout the process. We have worked with other builders and Pulte is by far the best. High quality materials, knowledgeable and supportive staff, great walkthrough and effortless closing. Overall, great experience!

We had a great experience with our building process from selecting our lot through the build and closing. We’ve had a few warranty items to submit but all have been attended to quickly and completed timely. Love our Pulte home.

Morten, Pulte Sales and Jordan, Pulte Home Inspector were great throughout the whole process, whether it was taking pictures of our home during the building process, answering questions or assisting us with changes, they were always a text, call or email away. Very responsive, always knowledgeable and helpful, they made buying our 1st home a painless process and we appreciate that! Not many companies have employees that go above and beyond to ensure a customer's satisfaction but Pulte excelled in this area. Great job!

Overall, building a home with Pulte was a good experience. We hit a few bumps in the road towards the end of the process with supervisory turnover. Had great customer service and communication from both assigned site managers and our sales rep. We are very happy with our new home from both the quality aspect and the overall appearance.

As a first-time home buyer, Pulte did an amazing job walking me through the steps and ensuring I knew what was going on at all times. The house is perfect, and the people at Pulte made the process easy.

Scott was incredible throughout our entire building experience. He sent us images every Friday so that we could see the progress since he knew we weren't able to visit that often. He also kept in close contact with us and let us know of any urgent updates along the way. Scott even went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us when we asked him to add an outlet outside! Carlin (at the front office) was also wonderful to work with! She was personable and so easy to work with through the home purchasing process. We love our Pulte home!!
