Our new home had quite a few unfinished issues. Mark worked with Angela and helped and ensured that the pressing things were taken care of and handled. There are still a couple things but very minor. Overall if we don’t have Mark to ease our concerns we would not have had as good of experience. The online submission form for requests is an easy process. Our home is beautiful and looking forward to settling in. Thank you Mark for making our home a home for our family.

Mike was a great field / construction manager and was very detailed throughout the process. Also, Mike provides great & consistent communication throughout the process. Pulte has made it easy for me. LaShay in sales was also great to work with as well and is always friendly and continue to provide us updates as needed as well.

Our job superintendent was super caring and communicative. We did have some bumps to be expected with a new build-cracked tub-which got replaced after closing. Refrigerator doors had rust on them not noticed until after the closing-weather stripping in entry door needed adjustment as bugs were coming in. Our sales person left Pulte during our build so Tucker took her role on. I know he was busy but really went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were all addressed. We were told by sales agent we wouldn’t have a problem getting a pool installed-the homes are so close together-our neighbors are concerned for damage to their property-potentially holding up the process. The experience of being part of building a new home is good. Everyone involved from pulte were responsive to the questions we had. The timeline of the construction is what we expected. The only issue we faced are the the little (although a lot of) finishing touches to the trim, paint, extra holes in drywall etc.

Nice house people are nice to work with

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan Hine the construction Manger and Jennifer the sales Rep. i cant express enough how impressed I am with their outstanding management skills. From start to finish ( Jennifer and Dan) demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, transforming what could have been a daunting process into a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Home buying experience with Pulte was seamless. However there is room for improvement in the area of communication (response time) and workmanship. Based on our interactions with the team we are hopeful workmanship issues will be somewhat resolved during warranty period.

Great experience everyone was so helpful and very friendly. Frank was very good, he was so organized and most helpful. Kay and Chad were great also. Returning calls to answer questions. Thanks so much usually such a stressful experience was made so much better. Just comparing building last time in January 2000 with a different builder.

The buying experience was overall good, sales person was on top of things as well as construction manager as well, who was regularly updating the progress of the completion and handover.

From start to the end, we had a very good experience. Pulte home’s design team, architect team especially Eric- good guys to work with, very well focused. Pulte mortgage Ed and Laurie both are very helpful and good people, they know what they are doing. Ed is very kinda in all the manner. Pulte sales- I had a bit of issue with them, I believe one of the girl is not in the right job, she should be in collection business not in home sales.

Good communication , quality of workmanship and material is really great!!

Dustin offered weekly updates. He gave personalized care and attention to all matters big or small. Dustin was informative and took all concerns seriously.

Great customer service and staff. Cleanliness of house once I closed and moved in could have been better. House looks great! I love the house. Some corners were cut with small things like grout, drywall, and paint. Wish more things like light fixtures, backsplash, and fridge were offered/provided for price of house.

Overall, our experience was great. There were a few workmanship issues with a couple of trades but all were recognized and addressed by Pulte Homes. Still working on getting a few small issues resolved due to some staff changes but they are getting resolved. Love the neighborhood!

We had a good experience with Pulte. We were told by locals that they had a good reputation in the area, (despite seeing negative comments online) and felt confident to make an offer on a quick move in property. The sales team was thorough, the designers authoritative and attentive and the site manager exceptional. House was completed on time and in good order. Most importantly the process was well organized and easy to understand. Thanks Pulte!

Our entire Pulte was very good in handling any issues we had from the purchase to closing.

Just moved into our new Pulte home and wanted to share that Pulte delivers a very good product in a very inclusive way. Pulte includes the owner virtually every step of the way for its new build homes providing both weekly updates as to progress as well as in person visits to observe the quality of the build and materials. Any questions the owner has are promptly addressed during the in-person visits by the project manager in charge of the house. This process makes sure there are no surprises either for Pulte or for the owner making the final inspection quick and easy. Pulte also provides a limited warranty on its workmanship and materials (that varies by component) showing Pulte's commitment to its end product. Building a new house can be overwhelming with all of the choices and decisions that need to be made as the house is built. Great experience and quick response.

There is no nonsense advice or false information from sales team and suggest the right product based on our budget. I saw Pulte home work in Charlotte during my relatives house buying from Pulte and I tried the same builder in Las Vegas. Same treatment, good quality and mindful suggestions. Thank you once again!

My home buying experience with Pulte went swimmingly because the paper work, payment schedules and closing dates were quite articulate.Every T crossed every I dotted. Howbeit, this would not have been achieved to the extent with regards to my laudatory comments without the input of Elli M and Adam C. Elli from the get-go filled us in on the proper time how and when to execute same to attain swift and propitious results. Although everything is clearly defined as above mentioned, she was there exhibiting supererogatory work which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She also put her bubbly and positive spin on things at every step of the way. I had a short experience/ encounter with Adam C, but my sentiments are the same as Elli’s. He was very personable and easygoing …took his time to explain everything in details and emphasized on more than one occasion that if we have a problem in his department we are to call him it won’t be a bother because he will only be fulfilling his job obligation. I already felt right at home then… knowing that we were not just left to our own devices. Our sales agent, Eric, was terrific to work with. His knowledge, experience, transparency, and personable approach made for a great experience. I would highly recommend Eric. Steve, our construction manager was great to work with. Steve provided weekly progress updates and was very responsive to all of our questions during the build process. Eric and Steve ensured that we closed on time.

The Construction Project Managers: Anthony, Brandon & Tyler, were very professional and responsive throughout our entire build experience. They readily answered our questions, resolved any concerns, and made sure our home met the Pulte expectations. We felt they went above our expectations and we value their commitment to customer satisfaction and a quality build experience.

We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received We think that for what we paid certain detail should have been of better quality This are high end properties and details are very important
