Dan in the sales office was great. Chris the construction manager answered all of my questions. The house was completed and closed ahead of schedule. I love the new house, and I don’t even have a punch list - I can’t find a defect.

This is our 3rd experience & it never fails to please. The Dunwoody is an awesome workable floor plan that can be modified to suit our needs. My only suggestion would be to have a separate punch list guy after closing to finish up the undone minor details. The last Pulte home we built did & that worked great. O/W the workmanship & product quality is superior. Our project manager was & is still attentive to the details.

We moved in late in the build process, house was essentially done, ready to move in. With that said the walk through and findings were taken care of without any push back. There are some paint blemishes, but there is a 1 year walk through where we have been told anything we find will be taken care of. I have full confidence this will be true.

Building my forever home was a really important endeavor and the Pulte sales, design and construction team made it a great experience. Each member of the team was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. The floor plan is amazing and I have the perfect lot. If I had one desire, it would be that the porch exterior would be a bit more finished with trim or brick work. That said, I really love my new home!

From the sales team, to the project manager over construction to dealing with Pulte Mortgage (best rates available on select homes) and Pulte homeowners insurance, it all went super smoothly. Jeff, our project manager, was awesome to work with. He kept us informed on the progress. Pulte Financial Dept was an absolute disaster to work with. Requested same information multiple times and on our way to closing, after 6 months of processing, notified us we required another 4582.51 to close. After 6 months they gave us an hour to come up with additional money!!!! Absolutely horrible.

Justin made the process very seamless and the house was completed in the timeframe given. The quality of the house is very good. The only negatives would be that everything shouldn't be an upgrade for the price you are originally paying with the "standard" house. Also some of the items in the house should have been an option, for instance fans or pendant lighting. As for your mortgage company, we feel that the employees are incompetent in knowing what to ask for upfront and not wait until a week before closing to ask for a laundry list of items that could not possibly be met. ...
