Home is okay. Bad worksmanship noted throughout. Lots of repairs needed to be completed via work order by builder

Not quality work at all

As a first time home buyer, the people who I worked with (Dawnn, Naji, Zach, Mike, Toni, and Lyndsay) did a great job with the whole process. When I had questions I was able to get answers pretty much immediately and they made sure I was in the loop the whole time. I was also impressed by the workmanship of the townhouse. I highly recommend pulte as not only is there dependable and respectable people behind it, it also comes with great warranty to ensure any issues found are resolved without additional costs

Diane (sales) and Dustin (Construction Manager) are very helpful. They responded very quickly to our questions and concerns. They kept us well informed during the construction process. Pulte was able to hit all the dates, including the closing date.

We bought a property at Pulte knowing they were the number 3 builder in the US, but least to say that we’re dissatisfied and disappointed. We’ll probably going to try another builder next time we purchase a home and we’re going to recommend it as well to family and friends.

It was great. I think Pulte Homes in general is better value for money and it shows in the quality of the house. But please do not go with Pulte Mortgage. They are a joke. No process in what they do. Delays/no communication. Last minute changes to determine "Cash to close". They changed the value four times. You are better off going with any other lender other than Pulte Mortgage.

Not worh for money. the quality of materials was very bad and the design was not great. There is no room to take fridge in the kitchen , we strgulled a lot. we need to remove the stove to put the fridge inside , poor design. The front door doesnt make sense both the powderroom door and front door hit each other. the door will damage in few months itself . All the door quality is poor. The door stoppers are not planned where to place also. The staircase rails are just placed it can fall off any time its not glued also. Stove and granite is not connected in the side and the back of the stove is also left open with a big gap poor design . ... More

Start to finish, from our salesperson Laurie our construction managers Luis, Ricki and Brian including our mortgage staff, everyone was first rate and would recommend all of the to anyone wanting to purchase a Pulte hme

The process leading up to the purchase/home completion was transparent and useful. Overall the QA process for identifying issues in the home was comprehensive. A few items were still left by the time we moved in - but Pulte has steadily been correcting those. Given all of the things that could go wrong - there are really only two worthwhile things noting: HVAC system in one of the rooms was not effective and Pulte is working on that, and the bathroom master floor is not fully level - which is not a problem yet. However, walking on the tiles sometimes results in a crunch side. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that we didn't bother taking up with the company - because the overall build was very good. We enjoyed working with Pulte to build our new home. Kari our building manager was amazing, extremely thorough, and responsive to any question we had. Overall a great experience.

Everyone associated with Pulte has been so accommodating…..from Heidi who first showed the house, Kari walked me thru the closing (long distance) Ryan explaining how things work, Angela via phone conversations, etc. Everything has been relaxing and enjoyable!

The quality of pulte has gone significantly since the covid . It's been 26 days since we moved and we are already seeing the commode water drain peeling of from the wall. Also the windows are of very low quality. They cut corners to save money and make profits with cheap quality materials. Tankless water is making loud noises.

My experience has been great from the beginning with Travis until the process of my mortgage with Tori, Christina and Shonne who were very patience and drove me through the hold process. Love Pulte Homes.

The onsite sales team were great to work with - very professional and helpful. They exemplify a brand of excellence. Kudos to the onsite sales team ! I cannot say the same with the construction side. My home was originally scheduled to close in June and eventually it closed near the end of September. I understood this was due to the sliding glass door and window parts being fabricated outside the USA as well as some issues with the distributor resulting in Pulte not being able to obtain the parts to finish the job as originally scheduled. It is also my opinion that the windows and sliding doors are not the best quality that could have been used. Pulte scheduled the closing while there were still issues to be resolved such as bedroom windows that could not be locked, and window frame closure strips and screens were not installed prior to closing. During the walk through several windows broke upon opening them and they had to be repaired. The ceramic wall tile in the guest shower was improperly installed where the ceramic tile window sill was installed "above" the aluminum window sill making it impossible for the aluminum closure strips for the windows to be installed. This will require the shower tile to be cut out so that a new corian sill can be installed to be below the aluminum window sill - all of this I have to deal with after I had already moved in. In addition my home inspector noted an electrical safety issue with exposed wires on the motor for the garage door opener which still has not been covered. When I pointed out the exposed electrical wire to Pulte's onsite construction manager, he responded "they are all like that and that is how it is." The post closing customer service team has been good to work with at scheduling to get these items fixed. ... More

Very miner issues but taken care of right away

Brian, our construction manager, has been outstanding in every aspect. Responsive, effective at resolving issues, and a true partner in the process.

We were very satisfied with our experience. Our sales consultant, Emma was great and our Project manager, Henry listened to each of our concerns and tended to our issues.

From sales consultant to construction manager and supporting associates...no complaints.

Pulte is not a good company, never recommend them ever

The quality was fine. Only complaint we had is the quality of the paint flat paint is not used in kitchen or bathrooms expected more on that issue. The cleaning of the new home was not good. Other than that everything was fine. Thank you.

I wasn’t sure why roof tiles are falling of from top.. I don’t even understand how they constructed it. This is kind of crazy with issues in my home… I didn’t expected that house will be built without proper material and lack of knowledge on how to build.. it’s not issue with model it’s the issue with construction. Why construction guy take survey from customer directly and why they won’t show up when we have issues in home

The home is very nice a few replacements needed and not addressed promptly. We were given wrong mailbox keys and have no access to mail no response contacted pulte 2 times and trips to post office as well. Customer satisfaction lags.

The buying home experience was good, but right after I moved in, the house’s master vale already was leaking and I submitted a ticket to repair, but no one called or responded. Quality of material was doubtful.
