So, one thing to know is you are not buying a custom home, despite what you think is custom home pricing. This is tract building with all the limitations therein. Once you normalize on that fact, I can then assess the experience with Pulte. In my view, having bought several new homes from builders in different states, Pulte's process and standards are high in the industry. We really appreciated being able to enter the property as it was being built to see the progress, especially in finishing stages where you are measuring, bringing in contractors to do your own post-closing work, etc. Given the ability to do that, we were able to have contractors in the day after we closed to start work - we really appreciated that. As far as punch lists, they worked through then quickly and efficiently. Is all the work top notch with attention to smallest detail? No...but refer to my opening statement about that. Smooth process. The team was very responsive and helped get the information I needed along the way. Any issues identified, were addressed and handled promptly. Certainly recommend this team for those looking for a builder that demonstrates quality, service, and integrity.

My wife and I enjoyed the Pulte experience. Our experience began with the sales agents, and included the financial specialist all the way to the construction manager. What a wonderful experience and we just love our new home.

Amazing Customer Service! Everyone has been great. Angel helped me through the sales process, Heather went above & beyond in my closing, & Lincoln did the same when it came to initial move-in issues. He responded within minutes each time I called him - even on the weekend - & he ensured that every issue was addressed. I have only had to contact Jessica (in Customer Care) once; however, I was impressed with her quick response and follow through. I have had a wonderful experience with Pulte

Bob was fantastic throughout the build process, any issue or concern that was brought to his attention was handled appropriately and swiftly. He made the entire process smooth. We were thankful to have such a trustworthy person staying on top of our home build, including meeting deadlines that were necessary to close on time. I highly recommend Bob from Pulte Homes!

This home is beautiful & well-built. Pulte’s team provides the support needed & is responsive to any concerns. From the sales rep to project manager to warranty care manager, promises are kept to ensure the satisfaction of the customer to maintain the standards of quality expected. Please let me know where I can offer suggestions for any minor improvements for the future.

As with any new homes, there will be some minor issues, the important thing is getting to the right person to resolve them. My experiences with Jason have been awesome, he keeps me in the loop and schedules the work at my convenience and follows up with me to check my satisfaction level

My initial buying process was great. Working with Taylor was amazing, she’s patient and extremely kind! She answered all questions and a million emails! After closing, I’ve been with my care manager Agustin, he’s just as amazing. Came out at our 30 day, and has since made himself available for any questions and/or concerns we’ve had about the home. He’s fixed/replaced anything that was broken or incorrect from the original build that was missed. Couldn’t ask for anyone better!

The whole process from initial purchase to close was easy to follow, came with regular updates, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Suggest some time spent during the closing walk through to have Alex show where the instruction manuals are for the water heater and go through operation of all appliances to ensure you know any peculiar features you may not be familiar with. Mary was also able extremely helpful in providing a list of key subcontractors for everything from general workmanship to pool companies.

Overall we had a great experience purchading a Pulte home. We now are enjoying it.

The construction manager(Dorian) who built our home was awesome. He kept us updated every step of the way! We are excited to finally be settled in our new forever home!

Pulte has been a good experience. I would build from them again.

I love my new home. They did a great job. I hate Pulte mortgage. I spent two and a half days finding, printing and scanning my financial documents, but that wasn't enough for them. They wanted another dozen documents. I gave up and paid cash.

James has made his experience a very pleasant one. There is no perfect home but each time there are issues that needs some attention, special requests etc, James always goes above and beyond. Rick aswell when was dealing with urgent issue. Great team

Matt in sales office at Alberhill was amazing! He walked us through the buying process every step of the way and kept up updated daily. Dave also was phenomenal he explained everything in detail to us and helped get us everything we needed to get into this home

Our construction manager was very responsive and engaging. The process was seamless.

The layout worked well for our family and allows for both adults to have their own offices.
