Great place, well thought design

Had a great experience with the sales, mortgage, loan process and the different phases. Would like the same experience and timely manner after you close and find issues that need to be corrected. The first issue was resolved quickly but after that it takes weeks for resolution. Still waiting on one to get fixed. I would recommend Pulte to other folks because of pluses I mentioned above.

The purchase and design appointment went so smoothly. The building process was great! I was told that it would be a 6 to 9 month process and my home was done in 6 months! I would highly recommend Pulte Homes.

The entire home buying process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Though I felt it was a little bit pricier than I wanted to spend the home is our dream home. The builder was great, he responded to any questions, requests and concerns I might have had. What I would tell any home buyer is Pulte is a builder you can trust!

Rosanne, I wanted to share some great news with you. The electrician came by yesterday and did an outstanding job. The switches to the lanai light were covered by sheet rock, but he expertly exposed the box and installed new switches, making the lanai light fully operable. We genuinely appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and ensuring it was resolved efficiently. Thank you so much for taking care of everything, Rosanne, your support means a lot to us, thank you again!

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Sales representative was very knowledgeable & informative, not just during the initial sales but throughout the construction period. The site manager was also well informed and responsive. We are now working with the warranty representative & he too is very responsive and very helpful. I feel Pulte really cares about the customers and they built us a really beautiful home. We retired and this is our forever home and we look forward to many happy years in it.

We are very happy with our decision to purchase a condominium here at Martins Landing. The entire experience from the sales representatives to the construction group to the customer service care group has been great. Like any other large construction projects, there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. The responsiveness to resolve these issues was excellent. We look forward to many years of happiness here.

The Pulte home designs are very spacious, comfortable and good to living.

From day one of stepping into the sales office, Ryan was amazing to work with. Hugely knowledgeable about everything regarding the homes, professional and just a kind human. Any time, I asked, text or emailed a question he was quick to reply. He is a huge asset to Pulte he made the home buying process easy and enjoyable. Also, Chris the construction manager on site was extremely helpful during the process. He also was great at responding to texts and emails.

Issues during construction were addressed professionally and in a timely fashion. Construction and handover were in time.

Our overall experience was excellent. We want to sincerely thank all the teams involved in helping us build our dream home. Ashlea was wonderful. Brian was a delight! They were attentive to detail, quick to respond, understood our needs and wants, and went above and beyond to help us at every step. Allyson from the design center was extremely patient and understanding with our needs. Judy, from the title team, was thoughtful, patient, and extremely supportive. We know there are many more team members involved in this process working tirelessly behind the scenes and we are extremely grateful to all of them! Thank you. One feedback we would like to provide is to consider painting the garage a fresh coat of paint after completion. Needless to say, our overall experience was a positive one and we would not hesitate to choose Pulte again and hope they are able to rectify the minor inconveniences through a process like this. Love the house but, it needs blinds. The Pulte house next to us is unsold and it has blinds. How come our house didn’t come with blinds?

The overall process went well no real issues or concerns items that need attention are being handled

Mike helped us out so much getting to know our home and was able to accommodate our schedule with my wife who had crazy work schedule being a first year teacher and us closing on the house the last week of school

Beautifully designed energy efficient smart home. Responsive Pulte team took care of small issues. Paint quality can be improved. Solar panels and battery will help reduce electricity cost. Good value for a spacious home and a large lot. Gated community provides enhanced safety & security

Kevin was always responsive in answering questions and dealing with any issues with the buildout. We are enjoying the house and the local area.

Home is wonderful so far. Pulte is very thorough in orientation and review of home. They have a. Complex title process and the closing day took 2 hours- because we messed up a page on one of the signatures and dated a couple places backwards. I would recommend either putting date in so that is not required on 40 or 50 signature spots. Maybe just have the couple pages that require notary signature to have date hand done. The other option is to allow initials to verify a change- this is done often with multiple signature documents.

All of the staff involved were very supportive, and addressed all of my concerns in a prompted manner. I will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Overall great experience , hence we are repeat buyers. This time closing was a bit of hassle due to system/ people lapses but rectified. Seasonal items took lot of time and with no/ less intimation of timelines. Some basic things like sod for lawn in backyard, latest appliances is a must for the price paid for the home- which was a disappointment. We had this is our previous home which was 25% lower in price

Fist time purchasing a new build. Experience was great. Love the service and communication.

Our builder did an excellent job in making our new home befitting, the only issue I have is they didn't use the right brick that we picked and the sales rep didn't upgrade our door handle as discussed with the builder, but overall,I had a good experience.

Fixing problems does not happen quickly.

This was our first new construction and overall, it went very smoothly. Our construction manager, Sarah, and quality manager, Angel, were great -- very responsive and highly professional in caring for our home every step of the way. Wish we'd had the opportunity to create a little more customization in the build, however; ended up doing some thing that would have been a lot more efficient and inexpensive had we been able to choose them in the design phase, Quality of materials is good. Biggest complaint is the landscaping -- scruffy plantings and pine straw for ground cover look horribly cheap and hardly a good compliment to the overall home. Planning to tear it out as soon as the HOA will allow. Would have been better to give us an allowance or closing credit and choose our own plantings. ... More
