Been in home approx 1 month and week. I didn't notice this on the walk thru, but there are some areas now where I can see the tape in the ceiling and even some small cracks.

Overall it was a great experience during the entire process.

It was my first experience with Pulte. I would highly recommend it, and if I ever looked to buy another home, I would definitely look into a polo. Thank you for my wonderful new retirement home.

As a first time house buyer I am satisfied with the experience. There were a few hiccups but we were able to resolve them with Mike from Sales. The building process was informative and Scott, my construction manager, did a great job. Overall I'm a happy costumer and would recommend Pulte to my friends and family.

Had a great experience working with the team at Pulte Homes. Our construction manager, Jerry, was the BEST! We lived over 1,000 miles from our building site so were not able to check on things as frequently as we would have liked, but Jerry was very conscientious and made sure that everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Jose, Jerry's assistant, has been wonderful to work with also - quick to respond to questions and needs, always has a smile and trustworthy. The reason for only 4 stars in Trustworthiness was due to our original sales agent who is no longer with the company. Good customer service helped throughout the whole process. Buying a home was easy.

Our experience was very good since we started buying process with Peggy until closing at Pulte in West Palm. Also, services and questions, things to correct when we receive the house: Mark was 100% on our side. Now, Robert is doing also a great job.

She is the best sales manager we have ever experienced, and the whole team was wonderful throughout the entire purchasing process, including the closing of the house. We are very happy with the quality and value of this house. Thank you so much!

All the Pulte employees I have encountered have been top notch. From sales to construction supervision to customer service, they have responsive, diligent and willing to go the extra mile. I had a frustrating experience with appliances and their installation. The lack of preparation and communication were driving forces. I would recommend that Pulte offer appliance packages and installation in the future.

We love the home so far!

From start to finish, and even after closing, the experience has been great. The people involved have been professional and have minimized the stress. I would recommend Pulte to anyone in the market for a new home, and in the future I could see us buying another Pulte home.

We came in to the purchase after a previous buyer backed out. So, there was not much back and forth with Pulte. However, the buying process went smoothly and they accommodated our schedule to help with financing and relocating.

Everything went smoothly and closed on time

This was my first time building a home - the entire experience was wonderful and went very smoothly! The Pulte team I worked with - CJ, Luke, Adam and Nick kept me informed throughout the entire building process and made the experience much easier than I had anticipated. I am very happy with my new home, the quality, and service.

Pulte divided the home building process into about 3-4 phases and communicated at the beginning about these different phases and called us in at each phase to the home site or office and answered the questions that we had, also guiding as to the paperwork that is needed, sending us updates and pictures throughout the construction, it was a straightforward process!

I really enjoyed working with Kristina and Zach. The price is a bit higher but that comes with the quality. Only real issue I had was with the lack of driveway space, even with the driveway upgrade, it is not much room due to how close the houses are built next to each other.

I had an excellent experience overall with Sales team. While the project started later than we wanted the construction process picked up schedule quickly. The site was always clean and subcontractors looked professional and organized which is a good sign. Pulte is highly efficient..keeping their costs our costs as buyers down. Entire experience very process driven, buyer centric in my opinion.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of construction and finishing. Regarding the documentary part, everything happened according to our expectations. The engineer responsible for the work (Mr. Omar) was extremely attentive and kind, assisting us with all our demands.

The staff that worked with during the process were helpful and very professional. We did experience delays in actually getting to move in. It was a long wait but in the end well worth it. Happy to be getting settled in a beautiful new home and community.

From meeting with Reuben(sales rep) Jessica(design rep), Travis & Glen(construction managers) it’s been totally positive experience for me. Nice that I had the opportunity to upgrade appliance pkg,countertops,add cabinets to laundry room,pick out tile & flooring. Construction managers gave me updates on schedule during building process.

Buying a home is be a headache, but Bobbette and Mimi quickly settled my nerves and guided me through the process. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgable. 100 STARS for these young women. Danica, Bobbi and Mercedes at Pulte Mortgage put the icing on the cake. While my initial experience with Pulte Mortgage left a very very bitter taste in my mouth, these three professional women made all the difference and turned a very unpleasant experience into one of the most pleasant home buying experiences EVER!!!
