My construction manager and sales manager were a gem and super responsive

The handover of the house was very confusing as there were several changes in dates. And after the move, a leak appeared in the bathroom from the master suite to the bedroom downstairs and it has been 20 days without a solution, asking for a deadline for the tiles to arrive.

As far as an overall experience, the actual purchase part before the build was problematic. We were sold a spec house that we could customize which we did however, after all the selections were made, etc, and submitted, weeks later we were required to select a different elevation due to limitations within our selections. We were basically forced to select a different elevation that was not our first, or second choice however, still nice. This pushed out our close date even further than the initial close pushing us into the new school year which was not desirable. The build process was very good. We worked with our building managers who realized our need to expedite the build as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Fast forward to the close and living in the home, the quality of materials and workmanship is not quite what I would have expected from a home in this price range. Doors are quite thin, cement work is questionable. The fit of the windows, specifically with the screens is very poor on every window. The screens are so ill fitting, they leave gaps open to the outside allowing insects to enter. The finish of any painted wood is very rough as if it was spray painted without being sanded at all. Door hinges were loose in some situations. As I stated, working with the building managers, Tom and Rob was great. Pushed us to close with many things within the house still needing to be fixed. Major problem with master bathroom and won’t even be able to enjoy the shower for a month after closing. Unacceptable!

We loved our experience with Pulte @ Bradley Creek. Cindy was great to work with on the sales side, and our Construction. Manager, Jack was a superstar. We're very happy with our experience and would highly recommend the team @ Pulte.

Patty Johnson and Edward (construction manager ) were always very helpful!!!! My family and I love the house and how it was constructed with care. Great design for living. At first thought it weird laundry was upstairs but now I love it.

Lashay was great in sales. She answered all of our questions and took extra time to show us features and even another model that our sister in AZ was interested in. Lashay also provided a huge assist with a PulteCould not have asked for any more from her.

Pulte was quick to build the house and was on the early side of the projections. Program manager Davor is very responsive and knowledgeable. However number of identified issues within the first week of move in was surprising. Thankful we were not one of the last houses to be built in the sub as trades being on site helped with overcoming the issues. Drywall used within the house also seems to be on the cheaper side. Doesn’t take much for holes / dents to appear. We have been impressed with the thoughtfulness behind the HVAC efficiency and consistent heat/cooling air flow as well as the internet connectivity proactively designed into the house (pre-wiring and access point locations). ... I wish I had something better to say, the mortgage experience was terrible, last minute they switched out our construction manager (he was pretty decent) to a new one that pretty much didn’t care. I still having issues with my grass and irrigation and zero answers… there’s plenty of little cosmetic issues inside the house that need to be addressed.

Leaky pipe after we moved in, on call person never called back

Pulte provides mass produced builder homes, built by the lowest priced sub-contractors, and rarely respond to customer questions/complaints. The designs are great, the lots are small, and the finishing touches are god-awful. Still its better than CC Homes and Lennar in SWFL. These can be a good live, just be aware of what you are getting into.

Rob and Garrett are two people that each buyer in our development work with once the building process starts. These two guys are the right people for the job. They went above and beyond! They exceeded our expectation and followed through on everything that was discussed.

From start to finish the Pulte team took great care of us. The home is well constructed and the finish work detail was high. The subcontractors seemed to care as much about the home as Pulte. I enjoyed every aspect of dealing with them and would recommend you build with Pulte.

The quality is not good, lot of issues! No more Pulte again!

IMPORTANT: Above ratings are distorted (lower) because of 1 group. 1) Pulte HQ communication was excellent 2) Customer Service once moved in was/ is outstanding. MIke and Chandler understand and truly exhibit the meaning of customer centric. .A few things they did made such a positive impact and we appreciate them. 3) Sales after P&S was fine for very minor things but several key and critical aspects , so important to us, were a challenge after challenge and frustration. They lacked an understanding of how to communicate, work with, exhibit even some flexibility and how to value customers. Maggie was our sales point of contact and Alex was our point of contact for the build. We do not have enough good things to say about Alex - he was excellent across the board. He was very quick to get back to us, he followed through on everything he said would be done, and was extremely helpful before and after the build. Maggie, we did not have good things to say about. We asked for two outlets to be moved, she said yes initially, later took back that yes, and was very rude in the process of doing so. It’s been a nightmare. Tons of issues found on the pre closing walkthrough now 5 months later still fighting to get things corrected. The people that come fix stuff just damage more things in the process so we are getting nowhere other than more problems. The communication sucks completely about who is doing what when. People don’t show when they are supposed to I have missed days of work and changed plans over and over to accommodate for no one to show

If you buy a house from Pulte you must keep on them constantly to make sure the job and quality is as expected. Unfortunately the contract with the builder is so one-sided favoring them that you essentially don't have any recourse when things are done poorly. The design and layout are great, it is a shame that the build quality is not up to the standards they used to have. Also beware, Pulte is cutting corners on materials in the house. Even upgraded items like kitchen cabinets are poor quality. Unfortunately I will never buy another Pulte house.

I am not a first time home buyer so I have some reference point to compare. I would say just like any new home I experienced some issues however Pulte staff has been really helpful. Ashley on the team made everything possible everything that was promised. Chris and Nathaniel has also also been very active and helpful in resolving the issues we faced. And I am hopeful that our pending issues will also be fairly resolved. I look forward to working with Pulte in the future too.

Pulte exceeded my expectations on all levels. The workmanship and craftsmanship of the home are amazing. The few minor issues we have had were quickly taken care of by the Pulte team. Special thanks to Moises who has been fantastic throughout the entire process.

2 months and my sidings at the front is crack and the side needs fixing and no one is responding.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Told by two home appraiser do not buy, but we have you the benefit of the doubt. Lots of things to be corrected.
