The builder was great. The face to face meetings were very informative and helpful. Wes, our construction manager and Christine our Sales consultant were outstanding!

Very efficient and professional homebuying experience. Quick to repond to any issues.

Communication was great throughout the process. Multiple touch points to visit the home while under construction. The house was delivered on time.

Pulte provided me guidance on all the steps from contract to closing. I am happy with my home purchase and the surrounding neighborhood area.

From purchase to closing the Putle team did a good job communicating what was happening. The home is very well built, and we are very happy with it. The only issue was having the closing on a bank holiday weekend (Veterans Day). I am a little disappointed in not having an insulated garage door.

Our first contact with Pulte homes was with Travis. He was always there to answer all the questions we had along the way and guide us thru the process of purchasing our new home. It was difficult as we lived in a different state but he always got back to us in a timely manner. We even a few good laughs along the way. His construction manager Justin, has also been great in getting everything completed in a timely manner and great follow-up. He is willing to go the extra mile in getting the job done and done well. He checks in often to make sure everything is good and to see if we need anything. We also had a great experience in the closing of our home, everyone has been so helpful and very friendly. Re. Pulte I Wished On There Track Home Packages. If They Would Allow A Little More Custom Changes To Happen To Make The Home More Custom Look Like Crown Moulding Trim And Chair Rail

Mike was extremely responsive and proactive. He was always there for us if we had any issues he was just a phone call away. I would say there couldn't be a better experience than what we had with Mike.

Our new home had quite a few unfinished issues. Mark worked with Angela and helped and ensured that the pressing things were taken care of and handled. There are still a couple things but very minor. Overall if we don’t have Mark to ease our concerns we would not have had as good of experience. The online submission form for requests is an easy process. Our home is beautiful and looking forward to settling in. Thank you Mark for making our home a home for our family.

Our job superintendent was super caring and communicative. We did have some bumps to be expected with a new build-cracked tub-which got replaced after closing. Refrigerator doors had rust on them not noticed until after the closing-weather stripping in entry door needed adjustment as bugs were coming in. Our sales person left Pulte during our build so Tucker took her role on. I know he was busy but really went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were all addressed. We were told by sales agent we wouldn’t have a problem getting a pool installed-the homes are so close together-our neighbors are concerned for damage to their property-potentially holding up the process. There is NO view in the yard so I’m hoping we are able to get the pool we want. ... More
