Great experience and a great team!

The superintendent Tim, we worked with was a plesure and always aware or ahead of concerns during build.

The entire purchase was great, the only trouble I had was adding the warranty, and the information on the smart home. I have enjoyed the purchase.

The development is nicely planned with different types of homes. The salespeople are wonderful, and the location is convenient. There are department stores. Costco food stores etc. are only few miles away. lake wheeler park is close by. We are enjoying our stay here very much..

We bought a speck home which was Quick Move In , We bought in September and closed in beginning of December. We didn’t have to choose anything and loved all the finishes, so that made it stress free . Sean, building manager, was very helpful and always available to answer any questions and help us with concerns. A very easy transition for us.

Excellent experience! The buying process was super smooth, and Jessica provided a lot of useful information for us to settle in our new home. She helped immensely with the mortgage application process. Pulte kept their promise to complete the home in time. Very responsive team, Josh arrived right away when I opened request to look at my dishwasher. Alex conducted a very thorough pre-closing process and helped out with all clarifications we needed. All other Pulte team members involved were very respectful, professional and responsive.

Location is critical in buying a home, Pulte homes understands this well and chooses strategic locations while building quality homes that makes us proud to own. We are very happy with the purchase and looking forward to a long time of memories built in thr beautiful home.

From our first phone call with sales we felt completely at ease. Romina was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We had taken our time and visited with the other builders in our subdivision but hands down what Pulte had to offer was incomparable. We were included every step of the way. Our Construction manager Ryan was an absolute dream. He addressed any concern asap and would follow up and keep us in the loop at all times. He was patient in explaining every inch of the house and is still available to answer any questions. Kudos to Pulte to for building beautiful homes and having a great reliable team. The experience leading up to the close out date was outstanding. The experience once we moved in with the electrical issues was not. Our Construction Manager handled the situation professionally and he had the contractors there right away. When someone moves into a new home there should not be circuit breakers tripping because of incorrect wiring. The electrical supervisor should have found these discrepancies before he/she notified the Construction Manger that they were complete. The start-up for the HVAC system also missed the fact the dampers were wired backwards. Your low voltage contractor (CPI) never completed their required tasks by not terminating the Cat 6 cabling jacks nor were we provided a certificate that the Cat 6 cabling met the minimum standards required for the installation and termination of a Cat 6 network. I corrected the wrong terminations and completed the terminations for the WAP connections that were not completed. Other electrical issues I repaired myself. I have just some minor issues to resolve but overall I am happy with coordinating with Pulte for the construction of our home, your sub-contractors however need a little bit of quality control to ensure negative items don't get repeated for other home owners. ... I'm not sure what the expectations are for the sales people, but they were extremely slow or non-existent replying to queries while my house was being constructed. They were friendly, but not the best at communication. Eventually I was assigned a finish construction manager who was phenomenal. He should be the poster child for all Pulte interaction. During the process, your loan department was also very responsive and easy to work with . I have a friend who was trying to win my business, but he fell short. Pulte Mortgage just made it too simple and cost effective. The same can be said for my homeowners insurance. Finally, my post construction manager has also been great at following through. I've been impressed with the attention to detail and desire to make sure I'm 100% satisfied. Overall, I'd recommend Pulte to anyone. It wasn't a bargain home, but it's a great home at a fair price and I know it's only going to increase in value. Thank you. ... More

Our experience building a new home with Pulte has been nothing less than outstanding. Melissa, our sales representative, took lots of time explaining the process and helped us select options that would help our house become perfect for us. She also emailed us weekly updates with lots of photos (we were building from out of state). Andrew, our construction supervisor was super responsive to any questions and even saw things on our pre-closing inspection that we missed. That is attention to detail! Kevin, our home warranty representative has been very friendly and responsive to the few concerns we have had. Overall buying experience was seamless from start to finish, thanks to the amazing sales agent -Keren, loan consultant - Trish and build manager Andrew. Loan approval process can get tricky as it requires hand-offs between several people. Nevertheless, the trust, transparency and willingness to step in and do the right thing definitely gets my appreciation.
