Our build manager Andreas was a solid partner during our entire build process. he was responsive to questions and concerns, timely in his responses, and treated us with respect

During the build JP, my Project Manager, was very responsive and answered all my questions. My build was completed easier than I expected. JP made sure it completed on time with no issues once the closing date was set.

Overall great experience. Communication was slow at times. Adopt the model 'clean as you go". In between different milestones there was trash (not associated with the particular phase, i.e., soda cans, bottles, trash) and left all around an in the residence, which was visually unpleasant.

Jason and Melody have been fantastic. We had some issues after moving in and they helped remedy everything.

Buying experience very good. Cheryl our agent very attentive and thorough. Overall value of home so far is good. Workmanship needs improvement. So far resolving home issues has been good.

Pretty good experience!!! Not a lot of worries. The Pulte floorplans is really what sold us on our purchase. The layout really works for our family!!!

Since I was asked to share my experience with Pulte, from the sales team to the building process and, most notably, the warranty team. Unfortunately, my journey has been marred by deception and unacceptably slow response times. Sales Team: My frustration with Pulte started with the sales team. Promises made during the sales process were often empty words. I encountered several instances where what was promised verbally did not align with the actual delivered product. It's disheartening to see such dishonesty within the sales team. Building Team: The issues escalated during the construction phase. The build quality fell far short of the high standards Pulte claims to uphold. The quality of workmanship was disappointing, and it seemed as though corners were cut at every turn. The lack of transparency and accountability from the building team only added to my growing concerns. Warranty Team: Regrettably, my experience didn't improve with the warranty team. Response times have been egregiously slow, to the point where it feels intentional. Basic communication has been a challenge, with promises of callbacks frequently going unfulfilled. This lack of urgency and accountability from the warranty team has prolonged my frustration and led to unresolved issues. I have chosen to review this anonymously out of concern for potential repercussions from Pulte, as my experiences have left me with a genuine fear of such. Some of the service are over priced and no service for even small customization.

We had a very easy time choosing this Pulte home. It’s perfect for us. The price was right, quality is better than other homes we looked at and Ryan was east to work with, always quick to respond with great communication skills. Thank you Ryan and Meghan! You were wonderful to work with.

Have seen multiple issues like broken cabinets ( most were fixed later), damaged post ( still not fixed properly), all over window framework are not aligned properly as the blinds could not fit as the overall structures in not lined properly.

From our Sales agent Mrs. Meniham and our foreman Mr. Short we could not have had a better experience. We had some issues like any new home does, but they were responsive and corrected them.

The whole experience was amazing, the variety of options, high quality materials, attention to details, sales team professionalism, and the end to end process with Pulte group made the experience so smooth.

Deron did an amazing job keeping us informed throughout the process. There were unexpected delays but we always knew about them and they were communicated on a timely basis. Shawn, our sales person was also responsive and communicated with us appropriately as well.

It was a good experience even though my wife and I were dissatisfied with the building process.

Lisa (our Pulte sales representative) was a joy to work with from the beginning and throughout the progression of our new home. Although there were numerous delays due to supply chain issues and labor shortages, Lisa kept in touch with us with updates via phone calls and e-mails, and she included pictures that she personally took each time anything changed as our home was being built. Jorge (our construction manager) was also very responsive and informative. He was quick and thorough in answering any questions we had for him. My Builder Representative in the office was AMAZING. The experience was WONDERFUL. I was kept informed as much as possible, and I felt like the rep took great care in making sure I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. On the other hand, the person who was supposed to keep me notified on the progress of my house and the periodic inspections did the worst job I've ever experienced. I was not informed about any of the steps. I was forced to call the office to determine what progress was occurring. Finally, the landscaping leaves something to be desired. My yard had deep footprints in it where someone had walked across it, rocks and wood underneath the straw and netting, and nothing but WEEDS, WEEDS, WEEDS. I was truly turned off. ... More

We have had a number of issues including water pooling in our side yard and this is still going on after multiple attempts to get it resolved. The landscaping service is not keeping up with mowing grass and removing dead grass except for the model. Look around this neighborhood and you will see.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cindy to purchase a new dream home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From my initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Cindy was professional. She were highly knowledgeable about Pulte homes she made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Cindy came through with their commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate she consistently found ways to get me the best deal possible. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with the property. Throughout my journey, Cindy demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on this particular property, she took it all in stride. Pulte decides when the buyer has a walk through, even if the buyer isn't available. There is no recourse or anyone to receive your requests to simply attend your own buyer walk through. Pulte will change your inspection dates to meet their schedule. Now I have a workmanship issue and no one from Pulte customer care will respond. Go ahead, try to find people from Pulte on the internet. Imagine if you have a problem. You can't find anyone to call. They'll call you every day when you are buying, but can't return a call for poor workmanship.

Financed through Pulte. Lived on property approximately 2 months. Construction still going on in the rest of the development. Dealing with attitude and disrespect from construction workers who seem to forget that I paid A LOT of money to live in the home they built. Home quality- walls are paper thin. You can hear family members in the next room. You know EXACTLY where other members of the household are based on sound traveling through walls and floors. Property grading could have been better in regards to drainage, appearance, and livability. THE BIGGEST ISSUE. Based on home inspectors report and other HVAC professionals - the heat pumps are improperly sized for the square footage. It has come to my attention that the town does not have building codes that pertain to HVAC sizing, which allows this process to continue. Pulte service and warranty just shrugs their shoulders when presented with this issue. ... More

Allow me to begin by saying that the project managers here have both attempted to rectify the issues I have been experiencing. They have been amiable and tried to be on top of most things that have gone wrong. However, when one can hear water continually pouring and into the front sump pump and be kept awake all night by the pump flushing out three times every five minutes, there is an issue. Initially, I wrote as well as spoke with both the project manager and my salesman about the sound and was pacified with the explanation that it was a very wet, spring and summer. However, it has been dry for weeks now, and it is apparent the issue is much greater. I have had architects and engineers in here, and I even called my own plumber. A remedy, for this is more than merely replacing what I now know from other plumber to be a ver low quality concrete sump pump. Would that remedy the situation I would have gladly paid for two new sump pumps, but the professionals in architecture and engineering have told me this will not be the case, I am not exaggerating when I state that the sound from the flushing of my front sump pump can be heard by neighbors across the street and three doors away. I have not slept a full night since I moved into this house due to the sound of continuous flushing in the front sump pump as well as the every couple hours when the flushing in the back of the house, sump pump, rattles my bedroom. I am distressed as this was not my first choice of lots, but rather the one my salesman strongly suggested I take. (I might also add that I was among the first five individuals to purchase in this development, so I did have my choice of lots) I’m beginning to feel as if I should put a sign in my front yard. “Let the buyer beware! If you are considering purchasing here come sit on my steps or in the bedroom and listen to this noise. Likewise look at the sinkhole that, though it has been filled, is again sinking.” If one’s bedrooms are all affected by the noise of the sump pumps, and the inhabitants of said bedrooms cannot sleep, can this really be considered inhabitable? I would appreciate it if somebody from Pulte with step up and do whatever is necessary to rectify this issue. I am in the Lyon plan and I have paid for a great many upgrades. I like the house, but do I think it’s perfect? No! Point they are many things that are not exactly up to snuff, particularly the finish work. Nonetheless, I can look beyond that, but I can’t look beyond this drainage issue. Please have the courtesy to contact me. In full disclosure, allow me to say that one of the architects consulted is my son who runs the school of architecture at one of the top schools of architecture in the nation, Likewise, one of the engineers is also from that university.
