Nice experience very helpful people I would do it again!!

James has made his experience a very pleasant one. There is no perfect home but each time there are issues that needs some attention, special requests etc, James always goes above and beyond. Rick aswell when was dealing with urgent issue. Great team

I needed a home quickly because of another builder falling through on the home I had planned to purchase. Pulte was super helpful in finding me a similar home that met my need within my price range and even had additional move in deals that I qualified for. They were able to close really quick and I was in my new home in 30 days. I have had a large number of issues with the quality of the work done. Missed painting and bad caulking in multiple areas. I also had issues with the front door handles being damaged and the door frame for the garage entry door being broke to the point the door wasn't staying closed. There we other problems with the installation of the microwave vent with no gasket and the vents to the outside from the microwave and the bathroom vents not being done correctly and allowing moisture in. The warranty group is good to work with and most of these are repaired but it costs me a day off work each time to be home when these repairs are being made, so it is nice they have a good warranty team but it is still taking time from me to repair a brand new home's workmanship. Great working with Austin and Ramsey.

From our sales agent, two construction managers and the warranty department, we've only had good experiences. Wish we had more options; i.e., choice of appliances, option for screened in porch, flooring. This is our third downsizing and the one that worked the best. Overall we love the house and are happy with this community and location. I would highly recommend Pulte.

Overall the experience was good. We were able to get the lot we wanted. Carolyn at the sales office was great and very helpful. Only issue is that some finishing details were not properly taken care of. Quarter round around the kitchen island was not properly installed and the front door paint is awful. A service request was submitted. As of today still waiting for the issue to be taken care of. Other than that, so far we are really happy with our home.

We were living out of state and working so it was hard to coordinate walk throughs but my sister and brother in laws did the walk throughs for us and Pulte representatives were great. We did meet with Garrett and the warranty representative after we were moved in for three weeks, they were very informative. We are going to send in via the service link as directed items we have seen since we moved in.

Matt in sales office at Alberhill was amazing! He walked us through the buying process every step of the way and kept up updated daily. Dave also was phenomenal he explained everything in detail to us and helped get us everything we needed to get into this home

We have several issues since we officially moved in on January 1st, we close on the house in early December 2024. We had an issue with the stove hood which took about 4 weeks to get someone to come to the house. Once they came to repair it we found out that even though we paid to have the hood with outside ventilation we discovered that there was no outside ventilation. Needless to say this turned into a big project- they needed to cut a whole, replace tile etc. We also had a large crack in the ceiling. When the came to repair it, you could see that there were 2 pieces of sheet rock that came together but had not been jointed so it cause a split. (sorry if not explaining it well- don't know a lot about Contruction). The gentleman that come to repair it has to cut out a large piece of the ceiling to correct it. He did a fabulous job as did the painters that came the next day. These 2 issues have cause us to lose some confidence of the attention to detail during construction. ... More

Our construction manager (Jose) and sales consultant (Krista) were always on top of any issues or questions that we had during the process. Always providing updates on schedules and ensuring we were well informed. Great people to work with.

The layout worked well for our family and allows for both adults to have their own offices.

Pulte made the buying process quick and simple.

Ashley showed as everything of the models, the floor plans and was very patient with out questions. She answered in a timely manner. She helped us with details about the home. Kyle was the building manager. Same high level of attention. Answered questions. Advised us on things. We had 2 inspections, pre and post drywall. Only minor issues were found that were corrected promptly. The design center was lovely and the people there helpful. There was no push to sell to us or rushing us through the process. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Pulte has an amazing team members. From the beginning, they guide and help me through the whole process. They made it so easy. Kudos to Rachel, Jaffe, and Clay. They are amazing.

Buying experience was smooth. Throughout the process there was some conflicting information given about a few issues found with the tile flooring, but eventually it was corrected. Since moving in, found additional Issues that need to be fixed and corrected. Emailed the superintendent over a month ago and never received a response. Additionally, I’m not happy with the quality of the work of the flooring. The tiles are not all level, creating a sense of unevenness all throughout the home. It’s subtle, but noticeable when walking around the home without shoes on. Was also an issue when we had an appliance repair technician come to the home to adjust the doors on the refrigerator and was unable to perfectly align the doors due to a slope and unevenness in the tiles under the feet of the refrigerator. I had a great experience buying a home with Pulte Homes. The sales rep, Bridgitte, is excellent and has helped me with questions and issues. She gives good advice on what to do.
