Great local team

The entire team was just phenomenal and our home is perfect!

We are satisfied with the quality of the construction. There were some issues with the balcony during the construction process, which was resolved satisfactorily after several conversations.

We are very satisfied with the quality of our home. The only thing I wasn’t very happy about is the absence of a threshold in the area between the carpet and wooden floors. I eventually had the field manager install a few for me. Without the thresholds, I had the carpet tacks poking me a couple of times, even though I chose the 1st level upgrade. Had I known of this issue, I would have paid a couple of thousand dollars more to get the 3rd level upgrade.

Like all construction there where issues but any time we brought something up it was addressed and corrected. Pulte is a great builder and I would recommend them highly

Worth the money

Working with Pulte for my first time buying a house was incredible. The communication was great. The construction manager was real professional and polite. He answered all my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were satisfied.

Aside from a horrible experience with Pulte mortgage, the home itself and dealing with Mike and Heartwood was an absolute dream. He met us over at the new house several times, explained everything to us, walked through with us, and has been extremely responsive if I have needed anything since then. They definitely have the right man for the job over there after closing. I feel very confident and supported that if anything happens with the house, he will be there for us. Thank you Mike!!

Very pleased with our new home. The local sales team was exceptional as was Adam the construction manager. The project stayed on budget and the work was finished in a timely manner. Any post-move-in issues we had were minor and the Putle team was quick to set things right.

Hampton was attentive and helpful to all of our issues. This was a completely different experience than we had building with dream finders three years prior.

While the purchasing process was quick there really were no issues or problems. Overall everything was good and went super smooth.

Overall very happy. Kitchen Cabinets should be Real Wood. And Closet Shelves should be Wood and very sturdy, Other than that Overall quality is pretty good. Had a few warranty issues. They were addressed, no problems there. I would recommend. Just inspect carefully what you are getting and make changes up front. 9/10 Review

Our Pulte representative and construction manager were amazing to work with. They were honest and very easy to work with. The availability of different layouts of homes was just enough and the selection for interior cabinets, hardware, flooring, tile, etc were a little overwhelming. Stick to a budget and they will help with that! It took o ly 6-7 months from start to finish! Great experience!

Susan was incredibly helpful during the buying process. She stayed in touch with me and explained step by step the entire homebuying process with Pulte and visited after I moved in. The house is lovely and we are thrilled with our home buying decision.

So far, we have had a great experience with our new Pulte home. The purchase process was straightforward and seamless. Since we purchased a quick move in home, we can’t speak for some of steps in the process but the sales process wasn’t overly complicated. Leading up to closing, we had multiple walkthroughs to check the quality of the build and learn the mechanical systems. We had a third party inspector inspect the house prior to closing and they found very few issues, even said it was one of the better new constructions they have seen. Sean (project manager) and Alex (customer support) have been quick and responsive taking care of any minor issues that have come up pre and post closing. While we cannot speak for the long term quality of the home, based on what we have experienced so far we are very pleased. ... More

Pulte team was knowledgeable, efficient, and provided a great product on time

My buying experience was good from start ti finish. Dylan, my sales agent kept me in the loop. My punch list was handed in in a timely manor.

The house (townhome) is great. Very happy with my decision to buy here. Sales experience, financing, & orientation by the general contractor were all positives. The only negative I've found in the two months I've been here is that communication with the customer service guy is lacking in contrast with the rest of my experience here. I'm currently waiting to hear back from him after having a plumber in to figure out why my drains are having noisy air boluses that seem to be related to an underground sewage pumping system. It's been 7 days since the plumber was here.

Frank has been excellent, friendly and helpful.

Would recommend Pulte to everybody

From the day of tour to Closing the process was easy, professional and very personal. After closing they have also been extremely attentive and responding in a timely matter. The sales person and the Construction Manager of Pioneer Ranch/ Pulte Homes have been great. This is my second Pulte Home and I definitely recommend.
