Second home built with Pulte. Great experience and our house is amazing

The construction was professional and up to industry standards and delivered with in the promised time. Eric did excellent job in keeping us informed and regular updates and helping us resolving any issues or explaining the process. Overall work was very professional. I will rate 10/10 for the whole construction process and execution.

Our construction manager Tucker was the best! He kept us informed from start to finish . Zach our salesperson was extremely helpful through the process working diligently with OUR lender. I would rte both of them 10 out of 10. As for the Pulte mortgage people I would rate them minus zero.

We love our new home but had some trouble during the construction process. Some of the information we were getting from our sales associate and construction manager turned out to be misleading. We had difficulty getting the construction manager to respond to us at all. His manager should have stepped in to assist if he was overloaded. The post closing support has been good from Julie. You expect a few minor issues here and there with any new construction and Julie has been very responsive.

Mike was extremely responsive with all request for any and all concerns before the closing date of our property. He continues to be a real asset to your organization.

List of things that we discussed still not taken care of. HOA people make everything sound like you are an inmate. Our salesperson left and the new person said he would do follow ups and never did. Our construction manager was not effective in follow up our his own pre inspection before our inspection with him.

Ryan and Meghan always responded quickly to any concerns I had. If something was wrong they would fix it immediately even if they didn't really have to. I have had a good experience with Pulte so far. I changed my mind a couple of times on what upgrades I wanted and they did their best to accommodate me.

We love our new home. Plan on spending a couple hundred thousand more than the base price. The lot is not included. And everything is an upgrade. Everything!! If I was younger, I would have taken the included kitchen and tore it out to remodel after purchase. I’m just not up to living through a major remodel at this point. I do feel it is mostly a quality build, especially ventilation and structure. Service after close has been prompt but they were unable to resolve a faulty low quality kitchen pull out. The convenience kitchen package was not worth it. The only other thing that looks lower quality is the baseboard and the lack of shoe molding. We were notified that our selected backsplash was discontinued and they wouldn’t allow us to go to the showroom to pick another one. They wanted us to pick it from their online link. We decided to get our own after the build. For the same price, we got a much higher quality beautiful backsplash on our own. Overall, we are very happy with our new home. The whole process was a nightmare. The house was build by a couple of guys that didn’t know how to do anything it was insane. Please don’t make this mistake look somewhere else. All the houses have problems.

Dustin, Diane , and Allyson were always on top of issues, they replied to concerns in a timely manner, and they work well as a team. When you build you will always have issues come up. They did a fantastic job of fixing them. They are each experts in their field and do a wonderful job helping you figure out options for your home.

I appreciated the reliability of the builder and crew effectively managing the build timeline. That along with weekly updates was helpful in knowing what to expect. My questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Now that I'm settled in, I can more fully appreciate the building process and all the coordination it took to build a new home--and now enjoy the end product.

Great company help you with all your needs but I highly recommend Scott and Jennifer

Our experience with Pulte from start to finish was excellent. Sales, mortgage, and construction manager were all great to work with and are very responsive.

We have been disappointed with the workmanship - we have had a list of as many as 15 items that needed repaired after we first moved in. Two months later, we are still waiting on most of them.

Asher was our sales agent and from the beginning we knew we had struck gold! He was very knowledgeable and very responsive to any issues we had during the building process. Dustin, our construction foreman, had to step in at the end of the building process to take us to the final stretch and did a great job. We felt like the different arms of Pulte Homes were not communicating with one another on the national level. We are extremely pleased with our new home and would go through the entire process all over again in order to get the final result.

With being a first time buyer had a lot of queries, they helped us throughout the process , it was a great experience working with Pulte. Ryan and Samantha are awesome.

During the sales process, one of my biggest concerns was the train tracks behind the home that I eventually purchased. When I inquired about this, the lead sales rep and the other sales associates told me that it's a utility line and that trains seldomly passed by. They mentioned it was a few times per week and generally during the day. I've now spent close to two months in this house and the train passes by several times per day and blares its horn. It also happens frequently in the middle of the night, waking me up. I feel like I live in a permanent construction zone and have already grown to hate it. This is not the infrequency they had sold me on and I'm now regretting this home purchase, as I can't imagine living here long term with this constant noise from passing trains on a daily basis. Yes, this was ultimately my decision, but I trusted the information they provided that it wasn't as frequent as it actually is. They've been selling homes in this neighborhood for several years, yet they claim they've had no experience or reports of the train passing as frequently as it does, added to the fact that it often passes by between 3:30 and 5:00 AM. It's as if they want me to believe that this only started happening the moment I moved in. This is beyond disappointing and it's the biggest purchasing mistake I've ever made. I just wish they had been honest with me and not sugarcoated it in order to sell a home. I'll never again purchase a home from Pulte. ... More

The Pulte underwriting group asks for document after document after document. It's as if they see what your assets are and attempt to drain your accounts. Once they have your earnest escrow funds, it's game over. They hold your funds hostage and make you jump through hoops.

Cody was hardworking and advocated to get my needs me. He was tenacious with supporting the viewpoint that he was there to serve and minimize concerns.

We were searching a home long time in Plainfield area. We found some hut some of not enough some of was too old. Finally when i drive i cross with pulte office and everything changed that day. I think it was fate. We love model house and we got same. Thanks for all Pulte team from the begining to end.

I love the location and the house. But I have had issues. At the walk-through, I fully expected to find many cosmetic issues but I found disappointing, larger issues. The carpeting was stained by some contractor that the whole thing had to be replaced, the pavers by the pool company is is a substandard installation with cracked tiles and molded tiles, and the house was just dirty, although the so called cleaning crew had cleaned. The kitchen is damaged and they tried to do it make shift repair, and the whole island just looks shabby. For the money I paid, I was disappointing. Further, the attention and customer service I have received post closing is poor with unreturned emails and ticket responses. While I love the house and for the most part the house is in good shape the lack of customer service, slow response and presentation of the house at the walkthrough had left a bad taste. To the PM’s accolades, he knocked out all the important non-cosmetic items and some cosmetic items off the list. The major outstanding item is the pool lanai and the poor workmanship by the pool installer which we had to use through the builder since it was the only pool builder they contract with. That is still a major problem we are left to battle out on our own with no backing from Pulte. ... More
