We have bought many houses but this is the first time we have been overwhelmed with Putle's services before and after closing. Putle provided good quality materials, excellent floor arrangements and excellent support from their staff. Our house is located in a good area and thank you for Putle's expert selection of the area and the hard work of their organization . We recommend that all buyers invest their commitment and lifetime wealth with putle real estate. 5 stars from us.

It took a while to get going but once it did it was good

Overall wonderful home buying experience. I can not complain about a think. I challenge you to find a better interest rate on your purchase. Special thanks to Jamie and Faith who nudged me towards their financing.

We have built our last homes on our own. To have a quality builder take control of our new home was a God send. We are so happy and stress free . We are so happy with the quality and follow up from Pulte. Bill Pulte Senior would be so pleased that his son and team have maintained his vision. What a great Michigan based story. Pulte built condo was a good bargain for new construction everything outlined was delivered.

This is our 2nd new construction build with Pulte and they delivered us an incredible home that we couldn’t be happier with. The experience was smooth, they constantly kept us updated on the progress and every Pulte employee we worked with was fantastic. They have also been very responsive about getting any issues addressed in a timely manner.

The entire experience was outstanding. Both Mario and Jonny were on top of everything in lightning speed as the entire experience was a pleasure to do business with Pulte. Even once our home was closed, the terrific customer serve with their guy in the field (Windy, yes that's his name) is one of the most pleasant individuals to deal with. Now the constructive criticism which isn't all that much. Pulte has aligned themselves with a very good pool contractor. Regretfully, there is only one to select from and at sixty-seven years old and being multiple generation Floridian, this is the very first time that we have either purchased or built a home without a pool. The primary reason, the one pool contractor is extremely expensive and based upon the lack of pools built in HighPointe, I would give an educated guess, it is solely because the cost is well over 100k an abbreviated sized pool, not even a full size. A solution, have more than one contractor to select from. We would have gladly spent; 65k, 70k or even a little over 80k but our quote was over 110k for a base pool, absurd so we didn't do it but if there were more contractors to keep prices in check, it may have been a reality and we would be much happier new residents. New residents - upon our closing day of Sept 25, 2023, my wife and I were stunned there was absolutely nothing in the house. No thank note, no welcome note, no bottle of vino or champagne, not even a bouquet of flowers for my wife. Pulte is an outstanding company, but in my opinion, they could be even better with little things like this when someone buys a new home from Pulte. Besides those two issues which are very repairable if there is the desire, we have no complaints whatsoever even to the point that if presented, we would buy from Pulte again. ... More

The whole buying experience was exceptional from start to finish . The gentleman that started us on the experience was completely professional at all times answered all our questions and made all necessary phone calls . Helped us every step of the way . The original project/ property manager was A1 . The only hiccup was when we went to close . The office In general was not totally prepared to do what was needed . As a matter of fact the manager came into the room to apologize, which was not necessary. That finally got everything straightened out and all were satisfied. That was our only problem with the whole build and paperwork portion of the process. ... More

I must say, I never would have thought that Pulte would build such wonderful homes. I have purchased three new homes in the pass and from well know builders and none of them compared to Pulte. Best experience I have ever had. From the salesperson to the construction manager. They were all great. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I love my new home now!

We appreciated the good communication throughout the process. Our sales consultant Tyler kept us informed on the progress of our new home during the construction process. Our project manager Fabio was also excellent in keeping us up to date and made sure we were happy.

We are in the process of moving f NJ to AZ and the entire Pulte team has been amazing in every aspect. Andy K

No responsiveness on the service request line, always asks to leave on voicemail. No follow up. Customer care manager pushes back on everything with no real concern to the home owner. Major water line leak in first 10 days of ownership. Electrical issues. Very late follow up on closing items closing. Overall very bad experience owning a pulte home.

Still have a list of things that have not been taken care of that we’re supposed to be done by closing.

Mike, our contractor's representative, was EXCELLENT to work with. He immediately took care of the few issues that we brought to his attention. We greatly appreciated his professional attitude and attention toward us as Pulte Homes customers.

A lot bump on the road thru this process but We feel great about moving into new property. Unfortunately we been experiencing a lot issues that were not address before we closed on the property in side and out side of the property now we are dealing with warranty delayed with a lot issues that were not address before we move in. Unfortunately I can only provide good feedback to pulte mortgage team they were excellent, help us thru this process. Not good thing to said about construction manager/management team and the sale team worst, I will definitely used a realtor for our next project. I decide to move forward with pulte as my parents build a house back in 2000 unfortunately this experience was not the same experienced as I remember 23 years ago, I thought picking Pulte and knowing, they being in business for 23 years or more building quality homes and credibility with higher standards but I was wrong. Building material are not the best quality unfortunately we are seeing that now for example floor tiles are cracking, we being on the property for less than a month, shower doors already out places out not properly install, we hope this will be resolve to avoid replacement on near future. Sherri and Dave are great people. They were very helpful. And answer all my questions. And took care of anything’. I needed right away.

The only bright spot was Tim the construction manager. He was fantastic to work with and a real professional. The subs used in our development were the worst I have seen. (This is our 3rd build - plus one rebuild after hurricanes. Paint on the floors, walls not level and/or straight, paver contractor was horrible, electrical problems throughout the house and more. I would never build with them again, nor would I recommend Pulte or their sister companies to anyone.

Final product was not in good shape. Entire countertop has to be replaced due to chips and wrong cutouts around cabinets. New HVAC installed in the wrong place, TWICE. One HVAC sounds like it is blowing up when it starts and stops. Upgraded ceiling fan in family room installed 15 feet in the air with pull chains. Seriously? Pulte mortgage continued to hound us for documents when we hadn't even sold both our homes. Work order placed for 10 various items on Oct 3rd. Have reached out countless times with no response. It's now Oct 26th. Wouldn't pick this company again or refer it to others. ... More

From the first moment we visited the project Troy and the whole team were super helpful and great resources along our journey. Home buying with Pulte was a blessing everything run smoothly and all was transparent since day one. This is our first home and I'm grateful for all the people along the way that help us (Troy, Darren, Dalton, Kathy, Brandy)

I am a senior who is alone and have decided I needed to be near family. my younger brother and his wife were very cordial to invite me down to fort myers to live near them. The stress of the situation was I am alone and did not have guidance on all this Technical stuff. My brother is my POA and Pulte would not allow him to sign for me at the closing. He lives here so it would have been convenient for everybody except apparently the title company. Thankfully Pulte had an employee who was very kind. Instead of insisting that I sit alone at a kitchen table signing documents online that I didn't understand she willingly fedex me the closing papers so I could read them and sign them with a pen. Imagine that. I'm grateful for Darlene. This was a stressful time for me and she turned it into something I could deal with. ... More

Pulte helped me the get the home finally... There were some un anticipated challenges, but pulte folks really helped me to get those issues resolved and make it clear route foe me.

I chose Pulte because I knew I was going to use some upgrade materials. Bottom line the contractors are fair to mid. I would not recommend a Pulte home over any other reliable builder.
