I am very like the house!

Pulte homes are built very well.

Both sales and construction were very helpful and responsive . House has great features except the faucets of bath sinks had issue of splashing that was not resolved despite complains. I hope customer service will take care of it. I loved the design of all Pulte Homes. This is my third Pulte house purchase.

Great experience and a great team!

Initial workmanship was not perfect, but they have been very responsive to issues and have fixed everything in a timely manner.

The superintendent Tim, we worked with was a plesure and always aware or ahead of concerns during build.

The entire purchase was great, the only trouble I had was adding the warranty, and the information on the smart home. I have enjoyed the purchase.

The development is nicely planned with different types of homes. The salespeople are wonderful, and the location is convenient. There are department stores. Costco food stores etc. are only few miles away. lake wheeler park is close by. We are enjoying our stay here very much..

The entire Pulte team is organized and responsive.

The overall experience is good. Starting with sales consultant who went beyond and above to make sure everything went well throughout the process. Construction team was good and took care most of our requests. In addition, the customer care team quickly resolved the issues noticed after moving.

We bought a speck home which was Quick Move In , We bought in September and closed in beginning of December. We didn’t have to choose anything and loved all the finishes, so that made it stress free . Sean, building manager, was very helpful and always available to answer any questions and help us with concerns. A very easy transition for us.

Excellent experience! The buying process was super smooth, and Jessica provided a lot of useful information for us to settle in our new home. She helped immensely with the mortgage application process. Pulte kept their promise to complete the home in time. Very responsive team, Josh arrived right away when I opened request to look at my dishwasher. Alex conducted a very thorough pre-closing process and helped out with all clarifications we needed. All other Pulte team members involved were very respectful, professional and responsive.

Pulte team responded promptly and professional to issues with the new home. Most issues are being addressed/fixed.

The home buying experience was good my sale associate Dave was awesome. The only downfall was setbacks with home being built due to supply shortages and workers. I only wish I closed on time for the lower interest rate than 9 months later. I am overall pleased with my new home now.

Everyone was great during the process of purchasing and building our townhouse! The only downfall for us was the house didn’t look like it was professional cleaned prior to closing!

Location is critical in buying a home, Pulte homes understands this well and chooses strategic locations while building quality homes that makes us proud to own. We are very happy with the purchase and looking forward to a long time of memories built in thr beautiful home.

Drywall workmanship leaves a little bit to be desired No weatherstrip on front door plus a FEW other issues BUT overall would recommend as Great Build

This is a gorgeous home, I couldn’t be happier! I love the design and spaciousness. When I first moved in and had home/repair questions, it didn’t feel very organized, and still have to reach out more than once for service and questions. The whole process of buying was quite smooth, though at the end, became stressful with last minute closing dates being changed, and the rep got testy and a bit unprofessional, which added to the stress. But overall, I am very happy, and the service is improving, requests are responded to more timely, though I wish I already had my HOA coupon book promised. I worry about late fees after being here 2 months. And the recycling has yet to be set up, which is troubling, as I collect my plastic and glass, rather than filling landfills! From our first phone call with sales we felt completely at ease. Romina was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We had taken our time and visited with the other builders in our subdivision but hands down what Pulte had to offer was incomparable. We were included every step of the way. Our Construction manager Ryan was an absolute dream. He addressed any concern asap and would follow up and keep us in the loop at all times. He was patient in explaining every inch of the house and is still available to answer any questions. Kudos to Pulte to for building beautiful homes and having a great reliable team. Building your home is a BIG deal but these guys made the process seamless and put us completely at ease. ... More
