Everyone associated with Pulte has been so accommodating…..from Heidi who first showed the house, Kari walked me thru the closing (long distance) Ryan explaining how things work, Angela via phone conversations, etc. Everything has been relaxing and enjoyable!

The quality of pulte has gone significantly since the covid . It's been 26 days since we moved and we are already seeing the commode water drain peeling of from the wall. Also the windows are of very low quality. They cut corners to save money and make profits with cheap quality materials. Tankless water is making loud noises.

My experience has been great from the beginning with Travis until the process of my mortgage with Tori, Christina and Shonne who were very patience and drove me through the hold process. Love Pulte Homes.

The onsite sales team were great to work with - very professional and helpful. They exemplify a brand of excellence. Kudos to the onsite sales team ! I cannot say the same with the construction side. My home was originally scheduled to close in June and eventually it closed near the end of September. I understood this was due to the sliding glass door and window parts being fabricated outside the USA as well as some issues with the distributor resulting in Pulte not being able to obtain the parts to finish the job as originally scheduled. It is also my opinion that the windows and sliding doors are not the best quality that could have been used. Pulte scheduled the closing while there were still issues to be resolved such as bedroom windows that could not be locked, and window frame closure strips and screens were not installed prior to closing. During the walk through several windows broke upon opening them and they had to be repaired. The ceramic wall tile in the guest shower was improperly installed where the ceramic tile window sill was installed "above" the aluminum window sill making it impossible for the aluminum closure strips for the windows to be installed. This will require the shower tile to be cut out so that a new corian sill can be installed to be below the aluminum window sill - all of this I have to deal with after I had already moved in. In addition my home inspector noted an electrical safety issue with exposed wires on the motor for the garage door opener which still has not been covered. When I pointed out the exposed electrical wire to Pulte's onsite construction manager, he responded "they are all like that and that is how it is." Very miner issues but taken care of right away

Brian, our construction manager, has been outstanding in every aspect. Responsive, effective at resolving issues, and a true partner in the process.

We were very satisfied with our experience. Our sales consultant, Emma was great and our Project manager, Henry listened to each of our concerns and tended to our issues.

From sales consultant to construction manager and supporting associates...no complaints.

Pulte is not a good company, never recommend them ever

The quality was fine. Only complaint we had is the quality of the paint flat paint is not used in kitchen or bathrooms expected more on that issue. The cleaning of the new home was not good. Other than that everything was fine. Thank you.

I wasn’t sure why roof tiles are falling of from top.. I don’t even understand how they constructed it. This is kind of crazy with issues in my home… I didn’t expected that house will be built without proper material and lack of knowledge on how to build.. it’s not issue with model it’s the issue with construction. Why construction guy take survey from customer directly and why they won’t show up when we have issues in home

The home is very nice a few replacements needed and not addressed promptly. We were given wrong mailbox keys and have no access to mail no response contacted pulte 2 times and trips to post office as well. Customer satisfaction lags.

The buying home experience was good, but right after I moved in, the house’s master vale already was leaking and I submitted a ticket to repair, but no one called or responded. Quality of material was doubtful.

I spent almost a million dollars on this house and simple things, like the toilet paper rolls, just keep breaking. Overall just terrible quality

We had a great working relationship with our sales person Alex who was so accessible with all our questions, both big and small, and even reached out to us on her day off. The design team was also very helpful. Our construction manager Zac and Preston, were very helpful especially Preston since he took over the latter part of the construction. He communicated with us every time there was going to be a new phase in the project all the way up to closing and even after that. On the whole the experience has been very good.

They have it down to a science, well organized in all aspects.

Any issues were quickly looked into and fixed.

Home sweet home. Hoping this would be our retirement home.

The Pulte have delivered a Home as we saw it in the model homes. The quality of the work is excellent and after care from the property manager and support team is exceptional.

Everyone I have dealt with at Pulte Homes has been very responsive, professional and most of all always trying to make sure I am happy with their services.

When working with Diane and Dustin, I felt confident that my questions and needs were met quickly and honestly through the entire process. From the initial sale process to building process - everything was excellent.

I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning with CJ, who continues to support everything I need. Then to Adam and Kyle for doing such a wonderful job getting my house completed quicker than promised. Last, but not least, Mike who supported an open item I had on my home. They are the best of the best!!

The buying process was good, although some information requested that would have helped in our decision making process were not disclosed. Don't be fooled, it is sales. The building process was very good, Jared was excellent keeping us update to date and responding to our concerns and issues. After closing, the response of the 30 day warranty team leaves a lot to be desired. Attention to issues and timeliness was poor. If not for our persistence I don't know when issues would be addressed. This department needs to be improved.
