Great Sales person who was there throughout the process. Fantastic Project Manager who kept us informed and quickly resolved issues. Great end product (Home!)

Pulte met their deadlines, we’re helpful and patient in my dealings with them. Some of the outside work appeared a little sloppy and hurried. They responded to my concerns quickly. From start to finish they helped me navigate the daunting task of purchasing a new home for the first time by myself.

We loved the design of the house and our construction manager was awesome

The was our first purchase of a newly constructed home. We also had not purchased any home in many years and so we were learning a lot and needed help to understand the process and the build. The Pulte staff, from sales, to design, construction and follow up, were and continue to be incredible. They were all very responsive and answered our questions quickly. They also handled any issues or concerns that came up as if they were the customer. Some of the team like Tremel Lang, even went beyond our expectations during walk throughs and issue follow up. I felt like they had our best interests in mind and were thorough in making sure we understood any aspect of the purchase and the home itself. The house was beautifully designed, very well built and we love it. The team walked us through exactly how and why Pulte homes are built the way they are. This gave us a great understanding of the value of the new home and confidence in the build quality. If there was one area that we would like to see improved, it would be the options selections in the design process. We were surprised that some options were not standard such as a side garage door. In addition we spent a lot more money on design options than we were led to believe we would. Our expectations were set that we would spend a certain amount of money on options but as it turned out that we spent quite a bit more than we anticipated in order to get the quality of what was represented to us in the model homes. Some of the included options we felt were of lower quality as compared to the quality level that we had come to expect from a Putle home giving us no choice but to upgrade. As an out of state buyer, our experience was as great as it was because we had a field manager and sales person who made us feel involved in the process, from responding promptly to our questions to sending weekly updates of the building process. When we couldn't be in person, Nick our field manager took the time to have virtual meetings or just call to talk about any concerns that our inspector or he found along the way. Our sales person, Melanie would find out any information that we needed or find the person who could. It made the experience less stressful than it could have been.

My Pulte team, from the sales representative to the mortgage team to the on-site construction team, went above and beyond by responding to my emails and text without delay. The design options offered to allow buyers to build a unique home surprised me. I recommend Pulte Homes to anyone wanting a home that is as beautiful as a custom home but affordable.

It’s a tough time to be building anything, but all in all we had a good experience with Pulte so far. Our construction manager has been the biggest part of our positive experience. Being honest and guiding us through our build really helped what could have been a very trying experience due to delays, to a positive one.

Overall an easy and streamlined home buying process.

We had a great experience with Pulte so far. The best part of the process has been the communication - our builder called us once a week to update us on the process and was readily available to answer questions and concerns. One of my friends is building with another company and she has an "allowance" of email communication, after which point she is charged per email. In any case, we have enjoyed our home and everything involved in it. Thank you.

All in all it’s been a great build experience for me. In spite of the supply demands, Pulte has been awesome at responding to my concerns and have been quick to resolve any issues.

Working with Pulte Mortgage was an excellent experience. However, we were building this home from a different state and the building manager was not as responsive as we would have liked. It was local friends who were able to take pictures and keep us up to date. Communication with the onsite people could be improved.

Our experience was great buying with Pulte Homes. Communication was on point and we even closed before expected. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

Completion delay was a problem but we worked thru it.
