Reliable, communication. Quality of work was great

The experience leading up to the close out date was outstanding. The experience once we moved in with the electrical issues was not. Our Construction Manager handled the situation professionally and he had the contractors there right away. When someone moves into a new home there should not be circuit breakers tripping because of incorrect wiring. The electrical supervisor should have found these discrepancies before he/she notified the Construction Manger that they were complete. The start-up for the HVAC system also missed the fact the dampers were wired backwards. Your low voltage contractor (CPI) never completed their required tasks by not terminating the Cat 6 cabling jacks nor were we provided a certificate that the Cat 6 cabling met the minimum standards required for the installation and termination of a Cat 6 network. I corrected the wrong terminations and completed the terminations for the WAP connections that were not completed. Other electrical issues I repaired myself. I have just some minor issues to resolve but overall I am happy with coordinating with Pulte for the construction of our home, your sub-contractors however need a little bit of quality control to ensure negative items don't get repeated for other home owners. ... I'm not sure what the expectations are for the sales people, but they were extremely slow or non-existent replying to queries while my house was being constructed. They were friendly, but not the best at communication. Eventually I was assigned a finish construction manager who was phenomenal. He should be the poster child for all Pulte interaction. During the process, your loan department was also very responsive and easy to work with . I have a friend who was trying to win my business, but he fell short. Pulte Mortgage just made it too simple and cost effective. The same can be said for my homeowners insurance. Finally, my post construction manager has also been great at following through. I've been impressed with the attention to detail and desire to make sure I'm 100% satisfied. Overall, I'd recommend Pulte to anyone. It wasn't a bargain home, but it's a great home at a fair price and I know it's only going to increase in value. Thank you. ... More

Our experience building a new home with Pulte has been nothing less than outstanding. Melissa, our sales representative, took lots of time explaining the process and helped us select options that would help our house become perfect for us. She also emailed us weekly updates with lots of photos (we were building from out of state). Andrew, our construction supervisor was super responsive to any questions and even saw things on our pre-closing inspection that we missed. That is attention to detail! Kevin, our home warranty representative has been very friendly and responsive to the few concerns we have had. Overall buying experience was seamless from start to finish, thanks to the amazing sales agent -Keren, loan consultant - Trish and build manager Andrew. Loan approval process can get tricky as it requires hand-offs between several people. Nevertheless, the trust, transparency and willingness to step in and do the right thing definitely gets my appreciation.

The process was was seamless from viewing the property to closing. Zac was great with keeping me informed on the progress of my home. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

Good experience as first-time home buyers. Felt very safe about asking lots of questions with it being our first experience and they were very communicative and helpful as we learned. We got what we expected so people were upfront and honest. It was relatively seamless process. We felt confident and comfortable from start to finish even given how big of a financial decision it was. Would recommend.

My sales person Laurel was terrific, she never tired of all my questions, changes of mind and even helped me change homes when one became available. I haven’t seen her since the house closed, but I wanted to let her know how great she was. The home itself is beautiful, Chad and Joel were really helpful during the walk through and following up on any last minute fixes that needed to take place before the close. In fact they even stop by now that we have closed to make sure we don’t need anything else. We have submitted a couple of things to warranty and they are working through those requests now. The staff within Trails of Woods Creek are fantastic. We are thrilled with our new home, however we've only been here for 2 months. Ask me again in 6 months.

Building a new home is not always easy... Steven Palmer made the sales process extremely very easy and transparent. His knowledge of the contract and process was paramount! As the building process started. Michael Rodriguez and Donato were very informative and handled our questions and concerns immediately. Their attention to detail is what made the process easy for us. We knew they wanted nothing but perfection and quality for the completed project. We were in good hands. We could not be happier with our new home and how things turned out. The quality of construction and over all experience was very good. Our site engineer was very cooperative and helped us by sending regular updates and photos. Post buying experience is also good. Any complaints raised is addressed immediately. But there are few things that can be improved. Pulte calling themselves smartphone, there are no smart devices given by default. At least smart Door bell and Smart locks should be provided. Since most of these are new communities, smart door bell would help ppl stay safe. Thank You.

Pulte is an intense builder; delivered expectations, completed on schedule; and with promised materials. Every pre-selection of colors and materials met plan. There were no mysteries; you get your order. The new home was less than "clean" upon arrival. They earned our Trust.

Very happy with my new townhome. The staff was great to work with and the walk thru, construction managers, post-sale questions have all been a great experience.

Tim was at all my walk throughs. He wrote things down, followed up with us, and is taking care of things. He is still in the neighborhood as other homes are still being built. He's approachable and friendly, so I know I can ask him anything. I would highly recommend this team.

Scott and Harmony made my buying experience wonderful. I was considering on choosing a different builder but those two going above and beyond to ensure my situation was as important to them is the reason I purchased with Pulte.
