I have a great experience purchasing my home with Pulte home. I have had some minor issues with missing items in the bathroom, hardware not matching and bad circuit breakers. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and sent someone out within 24 hours. The buying process was clear and fast from sale office to closing department. I would recommend Pulte home to home buyers.

Our home buying process from day one was very comfortable, low pressure and detailed, all things we appreciated. Many other builders felt like being in a car dealership and turned us off from building a home. The build process was also very transparent and used high quality and energy efficient core components (like the electrical panel or tankless water heater) that make us comfortable for being in our home for many years. We were delighted with the whole Pulte team, from Sales, design team and the two Construction Project Mangers we worked with. The only complaint we had is fit/finish or catching painting and drywall blemishes. Very pleased overall and would highly recommended Pulte!

The entire process was well planned and easy, we had our home built from out of state and had now concerns with communication and quality.

Overall I recommend Pulte homes, build quality and cosmetic finishes can be better.

The Team at Pulte was great to work with. Our salesperson and construction Superintendent were on top of the details. They pushed hard to hold our closing date even with some material delays. They were knowledgeable in the process.

Building our home with Pulte was a pleasant experience. The staff went over and above helping us throughout the process.

I felt informed and was kept abreast of everything and whatever changes took place.

Christina and Justin met my expectations. They both take much pride in doing their best to provide the best experience for me.

This is our 5th new build, 2 with custom builders, and our Pulte contruction manager was the best we have ever had. The final walk through had usual minor issues, but MUCH LESS than our previous homes. Very good experince overall with salesman and construction manager.

We are truly happy about our first home purchase experience with Pulte. They were so patient, honest and attentive about all details and nuances, knowing that we did not have any knowledge and experience. In addition, they would make every effort to accommodate our needs to make updates even when we were past the due dates. The construction manager Eslam is great at communicating all updates and answering needs/questions. And the most important thing is he delivered exceptional results.

Everything was great. Love it here.

Overall we are very happy with the build quality of the home, and communication with construction coordinator. Pulte is working thru a few warranty items.

The people I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

The project manager was the best, he has been very responsive and shows that he cares.

Buying a home as first time home buyers is a scary process, but Pulte was very accommodating to our needs which gave us peace of mind. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. There were, however, some outstanding items that needed to be fixed after the closing. Those took a couple of weeks to be properly addressed. But at the end, we are very happy with the final product.

VERY happy with the home itself--great floor plan--(Mistique)---only real improvement to the house itself might be using washable paint on the interior---washing marks off the walls tends to rub off the paint. VERY happy with our manager Hazel and Reggie.

We are absolutely loving our new home. We are so thankful we had such a great salesperson as Richard and such a fantastic builder as Lincoln. We are extremely happy that we chose Pulte to build our home.

Our home buying experience was as expected during a pandemic. The overall process took 18 months. Hollie and Jacob were outstanding to work with, they were attentive and professional. Overall the home building experience was easy and we felt seen and heard. The Pulte mortgage company was a whole other story though. If I could give them negative stars I would. They made the process as difficult as possible and their communication was non existent. Although when they did contact they wanted information yesterday, and gave us absolutely no time to react. If you can stay as far alway from Pulte mortgage as possible you won’t have anything to worry about. Craftsmanship on our new home was as expected, these contractors are not building these homes like they are building them for family, they are building them with no one at all in mind. Work sites are dirty and littered with leftover lunch and materials. Items we asked to be fixed after final walkthrough were not addressed. And some things were sloppy, caulking, trim, drywall, things of the like. It wasn’t anything that can’t be fixed, but it will take time. Follow up work was efficient and professional but there seemed to be always someone else to blame. Overall, we stuck out the process because we really liked our realtor and the 3rd building manager we ended up with. They made it bearable. The Pulte builder team was very professional and the build quality of my house is beyond my expectation.

Our construction manager, Tucker N. was on top of every detail. Every issue was addressed quickly.
