Beautiful home and great neighborhood.

The home buying process was easy our salesperson Melissa was amazing and always helpful. The after build process with George in charge is very comforting

First I want to highlight Steven. He was truly amazing in the entire home buying experience. I never felt like the ball was being dropped nor like any questions were being unanswered. He kept us up to date on our home building process and went above and beyond to ask around for us regarding schools and which ones would be the best for our kids. I felt like he was completely reliable and walked us through the entire process. Laura was also amazing. She helped us coordinate the colors and design aspects in our house that would allow our house to really pop and honestly it does really pop! I want to thank her for her patience and working with us. Finally Dylan. Dylan is phenomenal! I truly enjoyed working with Dylan. He was responsive and understanding to any concerns we had. He was also really patient with me and built a beautiful home. We finally moved into the house a little over a month ago. Overall, we enjoyed the process and I would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, good-quality house. This was the first house that we build and we were not privy to all the detailed decisions we have to make immediately. Mindy helped with the sale and she was patient and helpful and didn't mind our very basic questions. Post-sale, Davor, Matt, and Luke did an excellent job keeping us aware of how our house was coming along. The house has nice features and some quirks. However, Matt was outstanding in helping us fix most of the issues we pointed out in our punch list. He also checked in periodically with us to ensure the items were taken care of or what the update on any item was. I have purchased several new homes, so I am generally familiar with the process. I must say that the quality of the final product was excellent with Pulte. The flooring, kitchen, hardware, and wiring were all great.

Derek the sales manager was easy to deal with as was Ryan the builder. After the house was complete George was the Pulte person who handled all of the issues after we closed on the house, and he has been excellent to deal with. I found everyone we dealt with from Pulte during the process was trying to meet and exceed our expectations.

Buying a house is stressful. The team here at Pulte were helpful and kind as we purchased a townhome under construction. In this challenging real estate market, Heidi and Ryan took care of details with confidence so we could close in less than two months. We are so happy with our place to call home.

Everything was done on time. Anything I emailed to Diane and Dustin was was answered the same day. They allowed me to change my counter top. I had a problem with garage door opener he came the next day and gave me a new key pad. Just waiting for a kitchen screen. Thanks a great experience for for a newly widower that hasn’t moved in 45 years.

Overall: We are very pleased with Pulte's personnel and our purchase. Our overall experience with Pulte exceeded that which we had with another builder the previous year, which was also pretty good. Our Pulte sales agent MARY differentiated herself from the very beginning. This market was red hot for sellers/builders. I interacted with ~5 different builders on my hunt. All very nice people. But Mary gained my trust very early on, and because of that had me look more closely at Pulte. I have been in customer-facing roles, and led customer-facing teams for more than 3 decades. High integrity, knowledgeable, transparent, directly-answer-the-question-asked-straight-shooters, as best as I can discern, are what I value most. From the moment Mary and I first met 2 months prior to this community even having homes for sale, through hundreds of questions and interactions throughout the process, to closing and even still post-close, Mary exceeded those values. I could go into detailed specifics, but will leave it at the summary for the purposes of this review. We'd also commend our field manager Justin. SUPER responsive and THOROUGH(!) and honest. We greatly appreciated having had him as our field manager. We even had opportunity to interact 1-2x with the GM Anisa. Very friendly in a genuine way. Overall very pleasant interactions. Beyond the people-interactions throughout, thus far we have noticed only very minor fixes needed. To make this a useful review, we will add our top constructive critique: Our #1 agitation by a landslide was with the flooring. (A) Pulte's policy was they do not install planks on the stairs or upstairs hallways. (B) Nor did their design center offer the specific planks we wanted anyway. Thus, given (A) and (B), since we intended to have planks throughout the whole house, the least messy (and wasteful) way to R&R the flooring after close (since apparently the inspector would not allow us to close with a concrete floor), would be to have Pulte install carpet in the dry areas (which could be removed and given away) and sheet vinyl in the wet areas (easy to remove) throughout. Easy right? But when we requested the sheet vinyl option - that was actually listed as an option on our option sheet they sent us for our community - we were told that that was a "mistake" and sheet vinyl was not available "for our community." So they mandated grouted-in ceramic tile as the only "standard" option for the wet areas. So we had to jack up the ceramic tile the day we got the key. A unnecessary waste and mess. Okay. It is what it is: sheer gamesmanship to get a certain amount of people to purchase upgraded flooring through Pulte (the least competitive prices of all their design center categories). Perhaps Pulte "wins" more than it "loses" with this tactic. But it is the main thing that soiled our overall experience since it seemed to betray the integrity and transparency that made our experience so positive with all the front-line customer-facing personnel and that I specifically praised above. Therefore, this public review itself would lack integrity and transparency if I did not specifically call this particular tactic out in this critique. Hope this is useful to someone. We are so excited to share our process from start to finish and all the different milestones through the journey. It was great watching our home building progress and each stage created more excitement. We were informed of everything at each stage which made things more transparent and easy.

I love my home and the model layout we picked is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It took a while for my home to be built and I understand most of the reasoning but a little more communication early on would have been appreciated. Other than that, my 2nd sales guy was great and my field manager was excellent. He was very responsive and addressed most every issue we brought to his attention. We love our neighbors and the community. Thank you

From start to finish, my home buying experience was exceptional. From Andrew in sales, to Rob and Kim during the mortgage process, to Derrick keeping me updated during the build process. I was extremely satisfied.

This was the first time I went thru new construction on a home. Pulte made the process easy and enjoyable. They kept me informed during the entire process. Our home was completed right within their predicted timeframe. Our home is beautiful and any issues we have found will be addressed in a timely manner.

Great home design, responsiveness and overall quality

My Salesperson (Rhonda) and Construction manager (Lina) were AWESOME!!! They supported my every concern and heart felt prayers. I could count on my weekly check-in calls where I was kept in the loop and updated on every decision or delay.

We started the process with Tyler, who by all accounts is a true professional in every aspect. He kept us informed, explained things when there were questions, and provided updates throughout the build. Daniel gave me a thorough video tour of my home (I don't live in Florida currently), answered questions, and followed up on any and all issues. Matt was great with answering any detailed questions after the build and closing, and has followed up on all issues, which were few. I'm very happy with the result and the performance of these three men!

The overall experience is great. The one problem that I encounter is the lack of responsiveness to pending issues. I moved in about five weeks ago and still have pending items pending with little support.

Not a man of many words, but Bryan(Sales Agent), Phil (Contractor), and the entire Pulte Family made our first time home buying experience for me and my family amazing. Thank You and I highly recommend purchasing a home with PULTE!!!!!!!
