Andreas did a great job on the final walk through. He made sure all of the open items were promptly addressed.

Builder has so far has supported me promptly. Blou and Parisa were very kind and helpful, I really enjoyed working with them.

Online closing was smooth compared to other States . Builders / Project Managers Steve & Zack were great . Very responsive & Professional . Warranty people were very warm & helpful so far . As with all new homes there were and are some minor issues that warranty has handled very well and responsibly. We are very happy with our new Pulte Home

After contract signing, they don’t care about you. You have to chase 100 times even to get small updates. You will be lucky if you can get your home without any major issue.

Great quality - long delays though

I would never recommend building a home with Pulte to anyone. We have been in our new home for about 3 weeks and the entire experience start to finish was miserable. The sales guy, Tom H, has no customer service skills and once our deposit check cleared, he basically told us we weren’t a priority and that we were at the mercy of Pulte given we signed the Purchase Agreement. The quality of our very expensive home is terrible. For example, it’s not even an optional upgrade to add vanity light fixtures in your bathrooms…despite having these in the model home—what a sham! There is evidence of cutting corners and poor workmanship throughout our home—chipping/peeling paint, popped drywall nails throughout, gaps between the flooring material and the baseboards, and we discover new problems almost everyday. When we reported some issues prior to closing, we were told that everything was “construction grade” and acceptable to Pulte. Pulte rushed the closing despite the house being unfinished, demanded the glass contractor hang glass that didn’t fit, and now we are paying the price. My baby and toddler step on exposed carpet nails constantly. We have submitted multiple service requests post-closing and there has been no response! Our yard is a rocky mud pit but we have been told it will be months before they finish our final grade. Meanwhile, the Quick Move-in homes’ yards are a priority, graded and landscaped promptly. Robb and Garrett were very responsive and very helpful. We would recommend both of them. Corey was misleading and frustrating. We would not recommend Corey. Overall we are happy with the purchase. We still have open items after our purchase.

Beware - They will not give Ernest money back if you are not approved

For me and my wife the whole experience was great. From start to finish we were always notified on everything. We decided to use Pulte Mortgage as well, which helped out alot and worked with us throughout this process. As for the build in general the PM for my house was great always very informative on a weekly call.

This builder is very reputable and stands by their product. The site superintendent is very attentive to details which is important at all price points. The processes are top notch and execution of communication, follow up, and closing was flawless. The warranty is clear and fair. Highly recommend.

Everybody was very professional from the very beginning, and I was showing for homes, and I thought the last one shown I am very very very happy, and they seem to be taking very good care of me and all my needs. I feel very fortunate to work with this company and I think everybody else would feel the same. Thank you so much.

Project manager has been responsive to all concerns at this time. Bryson has been good to work with. Continuously finding more and more issues/concerns (e.g. shower stoop drains to bathroom floor, stair rail spindles are already splitting). My concern is what will I continue to find.

Great experience with Pulte homes.

Please take your time when doing a final walkthrough and do not rush. If more time is needed please submit in writing for the time. I missed more things that needed fixed than I realized. I suggest Pulte Homes use a better product in their showers. When sitting on the Master bathroom bench be careful because once the product is wet, you will start sliding. I will be installing a hand rail and sitting on a towel to prevent any mishaps.

I'd like to start with how amazing my contractor Kevin has been with everything pre close. Extremely helpful and responsive. But the quality of work from outside companies have been terrible, not happy with windows, sliding doors and the quality of fixing things. It's really turning into a frustrating situation with lack of responses from quality control being helpful. HOA has been great and very helpful but they can only do so much. Just think everything is too much going on for Pulte to keep up. It's giving the ones who live in a home lack of attention and help.

Tankless hot water heater doesn’t work. Been in the house 3 days and can not get hot water! Plumber came to work on it and still doesn’t work! Many issues need to be resolved! Lovely house but not satisfied.

Lots of challenges from the beginning w pulse lender , time to get things done. And then when house under appraised only way to bring price down was to close 3.5 weeks earlier. However the house had a lot of punch list items that even with 2 weeks post closing was not finished. 5 weeks major items complete. Still a few left that time is tbd. Jeremy was least helpful…seems after he got the sale he could care less to make things right. Adam was the most communicative with repairs. Rob and Julie are good too. However seems to be a lot of sneaky tactics. And rushed work to finish homes w issues w walls, ceilings, etc that had to be fixed. There was no way it would be done in 3 days before closing and instead of pushing closing bc house was not ready I was promised the two weeks I was gone out of country after closing it would be complete. From day 1 everyone at Pulte was pleasant to work with and responsive to questions and concerns. Lincoln is an upfront and honest individual, who went above and beyond a few times to keep me informed with progress and what steps were next.

Please do not use pulte’s PGP for your closing. Get your own. Destiny is one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Pulte tried to move our closing a week later because they did not submit the paperwork to the proper county. Having this mistake they told us just the day before our closing and was unwilling to fix it. We remedied the situation on our own and they still didn’t want to close. We made them close and destiny was very unprofessional through the whole thing. Then when we closed our keys did not work for our house. When we told them all they said was the keys should work. We worked it out on our own and they gave us the keys to the right house but installed a different houses lock onto our house. There are a lot of things they didn’t fix in our walkthrough as of the closet door not closing and our guest closet falling off. Also speaking to all our neighbors they received closing gifts from pulte and we received none. Which that isn’t a big deal but being a first time home buyer this process is supposed to be exciting and they took all the excitement out of it. Pulte is not worth it. ... More

Overall satisfied with entire process starting from sales to construction . Folks involved with us were very helpful, honest and with clear thoughts .

Starting with Mark our sales agent he misrepresented many issues. Especially the closing. We were force to live in Airbnb for 3 months at 3x price of our mortgage. The quality of the build is a disaster, our windows are so misaligned we could not put in blinded. Doors are different heights, garage doors were broken and 6weeks later not fixed. The grass was dead on arrival. Tommy, our finally construction manager did everything humanly possible to help but there were to many problems. I warn anyone not to buy from Pulte. Oh, the dog park in Verdana Village is so small no one uses it.
