This is our third home in SW Florida with three different builders. Our delivery expectations were high but were disappointed with the final product and the amount of items required to be repaired on our 30 day punch list.

We had a small punch list and Mike and crew took care of things quickly and professionally.

Overall a very good experience. Timely repairs of minor glitches

There seems to be no quality control in place. So many things needed to be taken care of after we moved in.

I appreciate how helpful Andy Davis has been with warranty issues.

My experience from the initial call throughout the entire process was seemless. I had my own realtor who was amazing in bridging any gaps in knowledge. Jessica, Wendy, Dale were my main point of contacts and they were all amazing and very responsive. Even after closing Dale still assisted with my inquires (going above abs beyond). I definitely am happy with my home and the work everyone put in.

We built great relationships while building our home with Pulte. The sales experience was great. We were able to secure a great deal on our homesite and build. The building project manager was very communicative, professional, and understood and tended to our concerns. He really went above and beyond. The only negative part of our entire experience is that for what we paid for the home—the workmanship and details on certain things is almost unacceptable. Some door jams unlevel. Walls bowed. Ceilings lines unlevel. These are things that you don’t necessarily catch unless you look for them specifically. That said, we understand the problems facing the current construction market. Sloppy work and workers can’t be easily avoided simply by firing the workers since there aren’t more workers to take their place. And all in all—we are very happy with our new home. The location and neighborhood and neighbors are all wonderful. And the home is sure to be worth twice as much within a few short years. ... More

Everything is what we wished for

Throughout the entire process Jennifer and Bill were very informative and helped with any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend Pulte to anyone considering to build.

This is my second pulte home. The first one was half the price of this one and didn't have as many problems as this one has. For half a million dollars we have a list of issues that I'm still waiting to get fixed or resolved by our construction manager. A lot of little details that were overlooked and it's very frustrating when you spend this kind of money on a house.

I have built five custom homes before our rowhome and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the build and the lack of high quality products in our million dollar home.

Overall it is clear that the builder expense trumps quality and customer experience. Examples include garage door wasn’t working. It was determined it was due to electrical line to sensor being damaged in wall. Solution was to run new line outside of the wall and leave it hanging. Garage light and opener are more than an arms length away from door- solution was leave it cause it would be expensive to fix. Tile grout was not done correctly-two different colors, uneven, and thin set showing through. Solution throw a colored sealer over it that was the wrong color and does not address uneven installation or adhere to thin set. Our build manager Andreas was a solid partner during our entire build process. he was responsive to questions and concerns, timely in his responses, and treated us with respect

During the build JP, my Project Manager, was very responsive and answered all my questions. My build was completed easier than I expected. JP made sure it completed on time with no issues once the closing date was set.

Overall great experience. Communication was slow at times. Adopt the model 'clean as you go". In between different milestones there was trash (not associated with the particular phase, i.e., soda cans, bottles, trash) and left all around an in the residence, which was visually unpleasant.

Jason and Melody have been fantastic. We had some issues after moving in and they helped remedy everything.

Buying experience very good. Cheryl our agent very attentive and thorough. Overall value of home so far is good. Workmanship needs improvement. So far resolving home issues has been good.

Pretty good experience!!! Not a lot of worries. The Pulte floorplans is really what sold us on our purchase. The layout really works for our family!!!

Since I was asked to share my experience with Pulte, from the sales team to the building process and, most notably, the warranty team. Unfortunately, my journey has been marred by deception and unacceptably slow response times. Sales Team: My frustration with Pulte started with the sales team. Promises made during the sales process were often empty words. I encountered several instances where what was promised verbally did not align with the actual delivered product. It's disheartening to see such dishonesty within the sales team. Building Team: The issues escalated during the construction phase. The build quality fell far short of the high standards Pulte claims to uphold. The quality of workmanship was disappointing, and it seemed as though corners were cut at every turn. The lack of transparency and accountability from the building team only added to my growing concerns. Warranty Team: Regrettably, my experience didn't improve with the warranty team. Response times have been egregiously slow, to the point where it feels intentional. Basic communication has been a challenge, with promises of callbacks frequently going unfulfilled. This lack of urgency and accountability from the warranty team has prolonged my frustration and led to unresolved issues. I have chosen to review this anonymously out of concern for potential repercussions from Pulte, as my experiences have left me with a genuine fear of such.
