The house floor plan is great, Price with the size of the house is excellent! Great location!

This entire experience has been horrible and I wish I never purchased my home from Pulte. Not only was there delay after delay, The sales person was disappointing, I went through three construction managers and I am fighting to get items fixed. I’m passed from person to person, don’t get correct information, trades don’t show, the wrong trades come, and documentation is not submitted correctly. I do have a very complicated schedule as I travel and the one positive has been that if I had to travel and trades were scheduled, they did reschedule quickly. We have built 6 homes. This one was the least amount of stress and our site manager Cody was great. He was very attentive and responsive. I was extremely pleased with the process. I was however disappointed with some of the quality of items we got in our pretty expensive home. Powder room sink, appliances, carpet. All sub par to what they should have been.

Overall we are mostly satisfied with the house. However, we felt like it was rushed as we approached escrow time. The process does take a long time but laying sod the day our escrow closed wasn't appealing. The wood for the backyard fence needed replacing in some parts. QAQC missed some rotting planks, but the warranty team was quick to repair that. Why couldn't the wood be treated/waterproofed as we have a part of the fence that is bending and nails that no longer play a part- especially if you're dropping over $540K. There are lumps under the carpet and some might even be a screw or nail. There are some nails that are sticking up from the carpet under the stairs that have needed to be hammered down as well. We had a really great experience with the Builders at Pulte. They were prompt and very efficient. During the period of construction they were very prompt in keeping us informed about the entire process. They also helped us a lot in the moving process and were very professional and friendly.

We had an excellent experience due to our Realtor, Angela, and the Construction Manager, Jack. We purchased a home, which was a new build. We did this from 2100 miles away, and meeting with Jack, in person, once. He could not have been more helpful. He responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. He was always available to take our calls. He worked late with us on the day we arrived, to do our final walk through, so we could close the next day. He made sure everything was as it should be. It was a great experience with Pulte for our new Home. Throughout the process from sales, to construction, mortgage, and closing all the concerned people have provided me with great and complete information which was helpful in making decisions. All are experts in their respect areas from Pulte and helped me in whole of my buying , construction and mortgage and closing process.

Just submitted a list of items that need attention, will know better in a couple of weeks how to rate the build quality.

Good building materials but very poor workmanship or poor contractors. Almost everything are heavily scratch after they finished installing (doors, windows, sink, bathtub, door handle .....). 3 sprinkler unit were buried sideways, some of units buried too low. There are many hairline cracks on the floor before we move in (bedroom, patio, garage). The cracks length from 1 foot to 8 feet and we was told those cracks are hydration cracks but I believe these are the foundation issues and it does come with 10 years foundation warranty, they don't do anything until the cracks 1/4 inch.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a home with Pulte at Rocking K, and I must say that the entire experience, including the loan process with Pulte Mortgage, was absolutely amazing. From the initial stages of model and lot selection to the interior design process and finally witnessing the construction of the home until its completion, I was thoroughly impressed. We had overalll great experience with Pulte who had exceptional personal attention, outstanding communication, and clarity of the building process.

Overall good relatively smooth closing experience, except for interaction and unjustified charge imposed by Pulte sales manager Jeff B and covered up by his immediate superiors. If not for this, experience would have been terrific. Otherwise Pulte homes are well built and various Pulte team members supported our closing in near record time.

LaShay was wonderful. Upon meeting her, she was very easy to talk to and explained everything. Tyler checked on us after we moved in and everything was good except for a few minor issues. I brought those issues up to him and they were scheduled for repair. Repair guys showed up on scheduled date and fixed issues. The longer we live here, the more "imperfections" we see in the small details. You can tell they rush through most of the build, but it's a decent new house.

If you are looking to be fully informed throughout your home buying experience then think twice about Pulte. We were told we could not speak to the construction manager throughout the home build. We were told everything had to go through the sales agent. This was a nightmare. We had asked for sample tiles in the beginning and never received them until a few weeks from closing. The sales agent was pushy when it came down to the down payment and even forced us to wait three days to sign our contract because they had hit their sales number for the month. Nice experience with Pulte Home.

I must start off by staying my home had over a year worth of delays which significantly changed how much this home will cost me over the life of the loan due to interest rate changes during that time. The required deposit was $60k which made it very hard to back out of the deal. The contracted painters were the worst. My 7 and 10 year old nephews could have done a better job. The painters caused a lot of my repairs needed. I had the wrong colors on the walls, work was so sloppy it required 5 revisions of painting the main walls over. Black stain on my white oak hardwood which cause new floors to be ordered. I still have banisters that need black stain and poly. I have owned my house now a month. I still have paint spray over on my navy cabinets that are needing to be cleaned. I had cabinets replaced due to paint on them. Oh the worst is when the white brick on the front of my home had brown paint splashed on the front as if someone chucked brown paint out the top windows. Took 4 weeks after closing to get bricks replaced. Construction managers Van and later CJ are great communicators and tried their best to do the right thing and keep my meltdowns to a minimum. CJ went above and beyond trying to ensure Pulte reputation stayed in tact. I do not have fiber unground yet, no ability to get any internet so I cannot move in yet due to me working from home. So I am paying for a place I cannot live in yet. My 4floor AC stop working before closing and no one told me. Ben the Warrenty manager talked me off the ledge and really came to the rescue on that. I think a series of an awful lot of small issues that took weeks of followup, crying, meltdowns and time out of my life has me second guessing whatever I might find in the future. I wish the quality of homes Pulte built was better. It isn't terrible but it could definitely be better. They have had issues with subcontractors, getting people to do the work in a timely manner, contractors messing up previously completed work that needs to be redone, etc. We experienced many delays and believe much of it could have been mitigated if we had better CMs. They padded the timeframe they told us to complete our home when we signed yet they still weren't able to meet those timeframes. We would have gone 4 mo past the longest timeframe they had given us if we hadn't gotten a new CM and we pushed hard to get our home completed sooner. They also wouldn't let us upgrade to impact windows yet a few months later they are now giving them away for FREE. It's absolutely ridiculous and we should have gotten impact windows. ... More

Terrible experience, I can't recommend pulte to my enemy. From mortgage lender, salesman, and title company. All with different issues. You guys are not trying at all, you are playing.

Javier was outstanding to work with. Called, texted and emailed us to keep us informed all along the way.

Mandy is such a great overall person! She really cares about your needs and does all she can to meet your expectations. We wish all Pulte workers had the same character and personality as her. Thank you so much Mandy!!!!!!!!

During the construction process the response was impecable, the construction manager answered very fast, and was always available. Now we have the house with AC problems in the two bedrooms of the first level, the response was 5 days later and arrived to the house without notice, and we were not on site, so we lose the opportunity to get it fixed, and still is not repaired. Also the sprinkler system is not working in automatic, even configured, so I have to use it manually by opening the exterior valve. The backyard grass was replaced twice, and the sprinklers are buried, not working properly. ... More

The closing process was a disaster closing was delayed 5 times and I understand things happen and get delayed but my big issue was no one kept updated I would be notified the day before my closing was delayed. The communication was terrible. I was also promised 2 years of no hoa which they couldn’t honor and that was a mess on the day of closing no one knew anything. I was compensated for the one year they couldn’t honor which was nice but that also took a month for them to figure out. The day of closing they scheduled a time then told me I had to come back 2 hours later bc none of the paper work was done. When I closed the proper paper work was not given to me to take home I was not given the gate remotes or the pool key. Things in the home I asked to have fixed were not fixed. Also my garage door opener unit on the was stopped working after 3 weeks of living there. Marilyn, Travis, and Dylan were very helpful trying to figure things out everyone did their best. ... More

As newbies in the home building experience, I gotta say Pulte far exceeded our expectations. With Dana at the helm and helping us get the initial process started, and Sydney with the design, it was evident these professional ladies believed in the product and were very helpful along the way. Experiencing Bob, as the construction manager, was a delight and he was great at getting the job done and fun to work with. I would recommend this community to friends and family because of our experience.

This new house in Marwood is the second one I bought from Pulte Homes. All the stuff here is very personal. Especially sales and property manager. They did great job.
