So many little issues needed to be resolved even though the house was supposed to be move-in ready. Door bell not working, paint not properly done, nails could be felt under many places in the carpet...just to name a few. A proper list would take up a page. I would advise Pulte to have quality supervisors in place who's job it is to come do a checklist in the house before the house is handed over to the buyer.

Very well built home with all the amenities. Thankful to our sales agent and support staff. It was a great process watching the home be built from the ground up, and moving into the home was very nice. Thanks Pulte!

We recently moved into a new Pulte community in Rogers and we love our home so much! First off, the floor plan options are so much better than another other builders we toured. We have the Continental floor plan and the way the home flows is amazing. The perfect amount of space in the perfect places. We purchased a spec, and everything that was picked out for us looks so great together. I don’t know what we would have changed had we started from scratch. We had a few minor things we needed help with after moving in and we got such personalized care and help to get things fixed so quickly! When we moved in two of the ceiling lights in the kitchen were not working. It took about 4 weeks to get the electrician out. He repaired them but said that the electrical wires were never hooked up. We have globs of dried paint hanging down from the roof outside our master bath windows. We have been waiting now for 2 months for someone to come and scrape it off. The dry walls have many unsightly slice marks and areas that need scraping and smoothing. The landscaping has been dying due to lack of water. The landscaper came out and replaced the dead plants and now a tree and 7 other plants are dead for lack of water. ... More

My initial experience with Pulte was great and I was excited to build a new home. with them. The location is great, the neighborhood is wonderful and I was ready for my dream home. The further we moved into the building process with Pulte the more the excitement changed to disappointment and frustration. On every interaction, either we were misinformed, limited or not told the truth about matters we had concerns with. We were told they would look into it and get back to us and it never happened. Or we were told they have now moved passed that stage of the build and there is nothing that can be done, or we were simply ignored. The customer service was not customer oriented, but builder focused. When issues were addressed I was left feeling as though I was the problem. How about the problem is the problem and you look into it. Things were left unfinished and we never heard from Pulte again. We have been in our new home for seven weeks and have not heard anything more about making repairs to the items we requested at closing. On a rating scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. I rate the experience, customer service and repairs a 2 out of 10. For the price I paid for this house I expected quality workmanship and materials. Love our new home and Pulte has been very responsive to all our needs.

The team is very helpful and fair and makes sure that you get what you paid for. Jelena has been the best agent in helping us out. She went over and beyond for us.

Was a great experience purchasing a home from Pulte. From selection to watching the home come together was great. Communication from the builder was reassuring and the build quality was excellent! I love my Pulte home

First off this is a beautiful home, is there some problems that need to be addressed-yes. Things have gotten by the supervisors but with everything that goes into building a home with multiple contractors some do a great job, others are trying to get onto the next job and things are shoddy . Our warranty man Fanuel is doing fantastic job trying to get schedules matched with all involved.

I decided to go with all Pulte products (mortgage, insurance, title company) for my closing. I did this to make things “easier”. What I found is that all of the parties have poor communication that led to delays and inconveniences. Closing was pushed causing me to miss an international trip. The build quality continues to be an issue with no communication on when things will be resolved. Overall, I would not purchase a home from Pulte again.

It’s been a lovely home so far! We’ve had a few issues that came up and we’re address right away. We’re very appreciative to Pulte for our new home, and first new build!

There was an issue with our date of closing and it had to be rescheduled because appliances were not installed before receiving a Certificate of Occupancy. Therefore, our hotel stay was extended, and the moving company charged us a storage fee and a re-delivery fee. This cost us an extra couple thousand dollars. We were not happy to say the least.

Nice home but interior paint is cheap . Have to repaint the interior of the home

The homebuying and new build experience is not for the faint of heart and in life nothing is perfect, but when there were bumps in the road, I have to say Pulte came through with timely responses and solutions to the situations at hand. They worked and are working with me closely on solutions to everything that has come up. Like my sales rep would tell me when issues did arise. Remember Pulte wants happy homeowners when they move in so we will work with you and in the end that is what they did.

We had no problem at all with the construction of the home, the process, walk-throughs, and maintenance requests.

Our construction manager Daniel was incredibly helpful and thorough throughout the entire building process. He alone warrants the 10/10 rating!

We walked into the sales room for Corkscrew Estates and met Sales Rep Steve P that pretty much decided right then and there that we would be buying in Corkscrew Estates Of course there were facets of the properties that also sold us on buying there (lot size, no amenities etc). But back to Steve P he was so helpful full of knowledge and friendliness we went through the purchasing process without any problems. I’m not the most computer or tech savvy but Steve P was always willing and the most patiently to help us out therefore making the buying part very easy and also correctly done. In the end we did not feel were we dealing with a Sales Rep but rather a friend. Can’t say enough for LeRoy also for making sure all our warranty issues were taken care of immediately. ... More
