Home is great and neighborhood is beautiful

Derek the sales manager was easy to deal with as was Ryan the builder. After the house was complete George was the Pulte person who handled all of the issues after we closed on the house, and he has been excellent to deal with. I found everyone we dealt with from Pulte during the process was trying to meet and exceed our expectations.

Buying a house is stressful. The team here at Pulte were helpful and kind as we purchased a townhome under construction. In this challenging real estate market, Heidi and Ryan took care of details with confidence so we could close in less than two months. We are so happy with our place to call home.

Everything was done on time. Anything I emailed to Diane and Dustin was was answered the same day. They allowed me to change my counter top. I had a problem with garage door opener he came the next day and gave me a new key pad. Just waiting for a kitchen screen. Thanks a great experience for for a newly widower that hasn’t moved in 45 years.

Salesperson, field manager and customer service afterwards were all very professional, responsive, and home was built on schedule. Easy to see the home in all building phases. Overall a painless and exciting house build!

everything was good except for the grass ..they put the grass very dry and dead already,, I had to water it every day..that it cost a lot of money in water bill already.. the sprinklers stopped working….I sent the complaint but nobody has answered me

The fact that I even got into Wild Blue in the first place is an absolute fluke. Luck was on my side and I was able to get one of the very last lots that were available and a nicer, more exclusive, higher-end property. The sales staff was equally as excited for me as I was to be there, when we discovered that I would be able to build a house after being turned away due to “Wait-Lists” at (frankly lesser) Pulte developments as compared to Wild Blue. I found the overall value, exceptional quality of the development, amenities and affluence of Wild Blue to be extraordinary, which is part of the overall appeal, which well exceeded my expectation. The sales team (Cathy, Heather and Mark) were highly engaged and worked with me to get exactly what I needed, and often covered for each other. Mark had his hand on my wallet, but for all the right reasons, and convinced me that an investment in another bedroom, would benefit the resale value, even though I didn't need the room. He was right, and I knew it, which we laughed at! Cathy was the driving force and made sure that I locked the property, once the right deal was struck. She was a great Buyer's advocate. During the design phase, Laura was engaging and presented lovely options, and was remarkably impressed at some of the coordinated choices that were down selected. I knew exactly what I did and did not want and She made it fun and thus we got exactly what we wanted. The building phase was probably the most fun to watch. David was our production manager and absolutely amazing and supporting exactly what I knew what was going on with the build given my architectural and construction background. Many of the Pulte Team members had text messages from me at all hours with my zany questions, which were always answered. Pulte mortgage was equally flexible and forthright and trying to find the right solution for the longer term and in the end has Asmir in Colorado put together a winning deal that took a lot of finesse. Everybody was readily available and when they weren’t, they were very responsive and communication was not an issue. Good home buying experience overall. Workmanship and attention to detail could use improvement.

The build quality is great! The house is little bit small, some interior question marks here and there, but overall- it's a great house!

I was told by a salesman that my F150 was going to fit in the garage. When I tried this in my first day at home, it didn't fit. So disappointed. All the hard work, quality, good timing, etc. was overshadowed by that. Now we need to sell our F150.

Was overall great experience buying home with Pulte.

I have great experience with Pulte Sales/Accounts/Builder and all engineer and Support post closing, closing team and the entire team of Pulte. Great coordination and keeping home owners posted on any changes or delays of delivery if foreseen. Also, closely follows up on home closing/post addressing of any home issues as part if warranty. Overall satisfied as of today in buying Pulte Home.

Overall: We are very pleased with Pulte's personnel and our purchase. Our overall experience with Pulte exceeded that which we had with another builder the previous year, which was also pretty good. Our Pulte sales agent MARY differentiated herself from the very beginning. This market was red hot for sellers/builders. I interacted with ~5 different builders on my hunt. All very nice people. But Mary gained my trust very early on, and because of that had me look more closely at Pulte. I have been in customer-facing roles, and led customer-facing teams for more than 3 decades. High integrity, knowledgeable, transparent, directly-answer-the-question-asked-straight-shooters, as best as I can discern, are what I value most. From the moment Mary and I first met 2 months prior to this community even having homes for sale, through hundreds of questions and interactions throughout the process, to closing and even still post-close, Mary exceeded those values. I could go into detailed specifics, but will leave it at the summary for the purposes of this review. We'd also commend our field manager Justin. SUPER responsive and THOROUGH(!) and honest. We greatly appreciated having had him as our field manager. We even had opportunity to interact 1-2x with the GM Anisa. Very friendly in a genuine way. Overall very pleasant interactions. Beyond the people-interactions throughout, thus far we have noticed only very minor fixes needed. To make this a useful review, we will add our top constructive critique: Our #1 agitation by a landslide was with the flooring. (A) Pulte's policy was they do not install planks on the stairs or upstairs hallways. (B) Nor did their design center offer the specific planks we wanted anyway. Thus, given (A) and (B), since we intended to have planks throughout the whole house, the least messy (and wasteful) way to R&R the flooring after close (since apparently the inspector would not allow us to close with a concrete floor), would be to have Pulte install carpet in the dry areas (which could be removed and given away) and sheet vinyl in the wet areas (easy to remove) throughout. Easy right? But when we requested the sheet vinyl option - that was actually listed as an option on our option sheet they sent us for our community - we were told that that was a "mistake" and sheet vinyl was not available "for our community." So they mandated grouted-in ceramic tile as the only "standard" option for the wet areas. So we had to jack up the ceramic tile the day we got the key. A unnecessary waste and mess. Okay. It is what it is: sheer gamesmanship to get a certain amount of people to purchase upgraded flooring through Pulte (the least competitive prices of all their design center categories). Perhaps Pulte "wins" more than it "loses" with this tactic. But it is the main thing that soiled our overall experience since it seemed to betray the integrity and transparency that made our experience so positive with all the front-line customer-facing personnel and that I specifically praised above. Therefore, this public review itself would lack integrity and transparency if I did not specifically call this particular tactic out in this critique. Hope this is useful to someone. The home is beautiful and everything I'd hoped it would be.

We are happy with the house, some small issues but fixable. The I would prefer they have any upgrade options for the backyard but they don't have it.

The sales staff (J and J) were very professional from the outset. They kept me informed of updates as soon as new information became available, so there were never any surprises. The job superintendents were on point and knew their craft. They possessed a thorough knowledge of the product and process, from digging the trenches, laying the foundation up and to when the last nail on the house was hammered. The entire process exceeded my expectations.

Overall home buying experience was great.
