I am very upset at what happened at closing. Up to this point had a great experience with everyone that we had encountered. WE did the walkthrough and labeled A LOT of things with blue tape. Supervisor asked us not to take the survey until he had a chance to fix the things that were tagged. Went to sign paperwork and came back to check on the status of the repairs. Nothing had been worked on but all of the tape was off. Called our realtor and she called the supervisor who told her that he was in the house while repairs were made, and it clearly was not. He also told her that the rest would be done the next day. We got our keys and had a painter lined up so we can paint the colors we wanted and start moving in. Painter refused to work because the quality of what was left was horrible. I was extremely upset so I called the emergency number and spoke to a very nice lady that emailed the supervisor and his boss also about all of the issues. I also sent her many pictures to show her what I was dealing with. Miraculously all of a sudden contractors were brought to the house to complete work that should have been done in the 5 days between the first walkthrough and the signing of the documents. The supervisor reached out to me again and asked me not to take the survey until all repairs were made the correct way. His only concern was the survey, and I was left wondering if that is his concern why didn't the items get taken care of the first time around? ... More

The sales person and project manager were both professional and responsive to my concerns with fair resolutions

From beginning to now not even completed it is the worst experience and poorest quality home we have ever had

The house was delayed for months. It took 1 year a two months to complete. It sat in framing with mechanicals in for 9 months. Pulte is simply a company relying on its founders good name and reputation. The regional construction executives have no idea that the day to day operations and execution is being completed by unskilled day laborers with one English speaking leader whose idea of excellence in construction is based on their home country’s standards which is mostly sub par. I will not build with Pulte again. The aggravation of waiting so long and finally having a product delivered that you can not sign off on for closing has spoiled the building experience for me. Carl; The finish quality of our Pulte home is above average. In addition the custom home Project Manager Lester Corzo is nothing but outstanding. My wife and I have had 4 homes built the Pulte home overall product says it all. If I ever decide to build another home Pulte would be our choice. I will recommend Pulte to anyone who asks.

We purchased a spec home so we will Half to upgrade appliances as we go, they were the low end KitchenAid. The final closing could’ve been a lot more organized as far as utility hook ups ,trash containers delivered ,code for the gate. All this took time, and I feel it should have taken place at the time of closing and receiving your keys. Steve. and Jose, the two foreman communicated well with us.They’re very best to get the punchlist taken care of before Taking possession. Some items did not get done due to parts availability, etc., it will be taken care through the warranty department. I feel that for the price Of the home the quality of appliances and fixtures would’ve been a better Quality. ... More

I can't say enough good things about the sales and building experience. It was seamless from beginning to end and I can't recommend them enough!

From start to close the home buying experience was hassle free. Up to the negotiating process to the receiving of the keys Mary at Tolvana made the experience effortless. After moving in, Chad was extremely responsive with any any and all questions I had regarding my new home. I would highly recommend Pulte without hesitation to all my friends and family. T.G.

The quality of work is poor. I have been waiting for a month the get cabinets doors replaced that were miss drilled when the handles were installed and they tried to fill the holes with caulk. One pantry door also broke the first day we moved in and we are still waiting on the to be replaced as well. We also had to have our main sewer line replaced due to a brick being dropped into it. The quality of work from the trades is poor at best.

Purchased in late May. Closed late June. All blue tape issues were resolved. House is well built and looks amazing.

We love our new home. We’ve had a great experience. Our contractor has gone above and beyond. He has responded to all our questions and addressed any concerns etc that we have had.

The materials not great at all already I have issues on my house they didn’t used great materials

large disconnect between builder and HOA. Still no-one can tell me who is responsible for providing the HOA with a listing of new residents so we can make sure we receive latest info, i.e. gate closures, operation of access cards, guests requirements when gates are closed, names of residents in the access directory, etc. Initially Jonah was spot on with responsiveness to our questions and problem solving. currently he has been non-responsive.

Was very easy for us as everything fell into place perfectly.

Although there were some construction issues, as in most new homes, Pulte addressed them and corrected them promptly. The warranty team has also been proactive in promptly correcting any issues as well.

The home we bought was to be completed between Jan. and April with Feb as their goal. We closed June 12th. The interior of our brand new home was really dirty. We found shoddy workmanship everywhere we looked. There are holes in cabinets that expose the insulation. A week before our close we were at the property and heard a bulldozer hit our AC Unit. It knocked it off it's foundation and slammed it against the house. It was dented all over. We called and complained and we were told they would take care of everything. All they did was replace the dented exterior. The unit turns on with a very loud BANG!! We have complained and requested service but we have not been contacted yet? Our $26,000. tile floor that we couldn't wait to see had adhesive tape glue that was left from the painter's throughout the entire house. We were told over and over that they were going to do an acid cleaning before we took possession. There was no cleaning! I spent 4 days on my hands and knees cleaning it with Goo Gone and I'm 66 years old! It's starting to re-appear as we walk on it. This is our forever house. Our Retirement house. Our last house. I want to ensure I rate this correctly. It may be due to the Construction Manager specifically at our location, the experience was not at all pleasant. First of all the sales agent was very pleasant till we signed and offered the initial.offer but then at later dates was not helpful at all. The construction manager was over committing and not delivering. The higher ups in Pulte were really good, very responsive, communicative, jumped right into our problem and resolved it. The closing title people were great. Like I said, it may be specific to our location..

Both the sales team and construction manager have exceeded our expectations. This team was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have purchased 2 other new builds in the past and this has been our smoothest experience so far-even doing a lot of it from across the country.

Buying experience was ok good communication initially. Once the build process started only two opportunities to see the build process pre drywall and final walkthrough. On final walkthrough about a dozen minor issues. Home inspector said the AC wasn’t working, sump pump was the cheapest quality you can purchase. Most issues were fixed prior to closing found on the final walkthrough. Closing process with Pulte was horrible they delayed closing by 5 days everything is on their timeline.

Overall it was a great experience. One glaring criticism: We were told by our construction manager that too many people “expect perfection”. Clever way to lower our expectations and then second guess ourselves when we saw something that wasn’t as it should be.

All of this employers from Pulte are excellent , Brandy, Troy, Jennifer, Rob, Pam , they help us all the time and take care of our concerns. Thank you !

Poor quality of equipments, HVAC and AC had major issues, my tenant keeps complaining of this stuff. My intention of buying a new property was to ensure I don’t face such petty electronic issues, but Pulte made it happen. I don’t think I’ll buy another Pulte property and will inform my acquaintances too if my experience.
