My purchasing experience was very smooth. My team held my hand throughout the entire process. Everytime I have a question it only took an hour to have a very detailed response. I would recommend Pulte to my friends and family. We are so excited be be in our new home.

Great experience with Lisa and Jordan!! Back end follow-up team after we closed and completed working with Jordan lacked in response time. Took way too long for backend team to follow-up on issues post closing. Again, Lisa and Jordan were FANTASATIC.

Jennifer and Michael our sales person and construction manager were truly great going above and beyond. There are a few small things that still need done but overall entire experience was wonderful.

Love our Pulte home! We had an easy time getting through the initial processes and once building started everything was easy and pretty quick. Only reason I knocked a star off of workmanship…is because the drywall/texture crews could be a bit better on their finish out. There is a couple places that texture is wavy and corners have been rubbed smooth by their trowels. Paint crews water their paint down tremendously. Other than that, everything is pretty good and the house is comfortable. We are extremely happy with everything!

The overall sales experience was amazing. Quick responses to issue and questions. The closing experience also excellent. The aftercare is where improvements are warranted. Slow to respond to open tickets and resolve. I liken it to buying a new car and the aftercare service to the car lacking. Pulte homes are too beautiful and they need yo work in improving their after and customer care experience.

Wish that more “upgrades” such as soft close kitchen drawers were part of the basic home package at this price point ($500k+).

Overall the whole process is very good. The sales representative is awesome, knowledgeable, very dedicated, and love to help.

I’ve bought two new homes in the past 8 years and this was the best of the two. LaShay was a helpful and responsive sales rep and Owen was a very responsive & attentive project manager. I visited the site often and perhaps that made a difference in the process of construction. Any new home has some issues that need to get addressed and for me, that process for me was smooth. I didn’t have that many issues, and the ones I did have were resolved to my satisfaction. I love my new home and my new neighbors.

I liked the flowering work

I love my new home! From the beginning design process and thru the build process I was kept informed and all my questions were answered promptly. My sales rep and contractor were very knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and guided me thru the process, minimizing the stress associated with having a house built. However, for the price of the home I wish there were more upscale options included for my home type, the ranch home. Also, I think Pulte should do a better job cleaning the home before it is transferred to the homeowner. I was told at my final walkthrough when I pointed out several areas throughout the home that needed cleaning it would be cleaned by my closing date. Many of the areas were not cleaned. Especially on my countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile floors, baseboards, and inside cabinets where wood particles remain from the install. Some may say this is minor because it is not easily visible but when you touch the surface you feel the paint, grout, caulk, or other material used. The cleaning team that is used is not doing a good job cleaning the home. I realize that the new home will definitely have to be cleaned to the new homeowners standards, but the new homeowner should not have to clean multiple areas several times to remove building materials left on surfaces, floors, and inside cabinets. ... We have had a very positive professional experience with each Pulte team member. From our salesperson at the model, to the designer at the design center to our site manager we would do it all again with Team Pulte here in Indianapolis.

Tie in to Pulte Mortgage with closing cost incentive was a plus. Quality of painting on doors and trim, and some wall areas could have been better.

We are so excited to share our process from start to finish and all the different milestones through the journey. It was great watching our home building progress and each stage created more excitement. We were informed of everything at each stage which made things more transparent and easy.

Hi, I bought a home at one of the Pulte communities recently and the home buying process was clear and very easy. the construction manager Josh helped a lot and explains all the Queries at the right time as I am the new buyer. I would recommend Pulte to anyone.

I love my home and the model layout we picked is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It took a while for my home to be built and I understand most of the reasoning but a little more communication early on would have been appreciated. Other than that, my 2nd sales guy was great and my field manager was excellent. He was very responsive and addressed most every issue we brought to his attention. From start to finish, my home buying experience was exceptional. From Andrew in sales, to Rob and Kim during the mortgage process, to Derrick keeping me updated during the build process. I was extremely satisfied.

This was the first time I went thru new construction on a home. Pulte made the process easy and enjoyable. They kept me informed during the entire process. Our home was completed right within their predicted timeframe. Our home is beautiful and any issues we have found will be addressed in a timely manner.

Great home design, responsiveness and overall quality

Everyone at Paulte homes from the sales person to the construction project manager have been helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the construction period.

Overall very excited to be in the new home. Workmanship was good and attention to details was right on. A few delays were experienced due to supply chain. Communication can be improved to keep a buyer up to date.

My Salesperson (Rhonda) and Construction manager (Lina) were AWESOME!!! They supported my every concern and heart felt prayers. I could count on my weekly check-in calls where I was kept in the loop and updated on every decision or delay.

Great Mortgage experience, great construction team, especially Jennifer, our overseer of construction. I wasn't able to come to see the home as it was being built due to my husband being disabled, so Jennifer kept me posted all the way with Photos!
