Great overall experience with Pulte

I have to say it was a great experience from the start. Due to the pandemic we could not visit the location so everything was done online or via phone call. We just closed on the property and happy to say that all went smooth!

Amazing build, on time and efficient

Nick and Brittany are great communicators and project manager that any buyer can hope for. There was a lot of supply chain challenges throughout our home building process. Nick and Brittany have always been very helpful and transparent through every step along the process. The whole building process went smoothly during this challenging period of time. We are very fortunate to have a such professional Pulte team to be in charge of our home purchasing and building process. We would not hesitate to recommend them to the new buyers. Thank you Nick and Brittany for all your hard work!

As a new homeowner I was terrified of the process, but the sales consultant made me feel at ease, explained things as thoroughly as possible, and when I decided to switch financing to Pulte Mortgage, it was the best decision ever made. The team there had understanding, compassion and treated me with dignity. My field manager is the best!!!! He was timely, respectful and communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better 360 degree experience!!!

Our overall experience has been outstanding. Our last community was Ryan Homes in Delaware. What a difference. So much better. It was so easy to work with Debi on picking options. Quality workmanship is obvious when looking around. When small issues came up, Michael and Dennis responded back and things got done. We are very happy that we decided to go with a Pulte home.

The process was trustworthy and actually occurred on time

Pulte homes customer service really stands out! Every one we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. From the sales team, to the mortgage team, the construction team and customer care team after closing. The home itself is wonderful. I'm a fist time home owner. I have now been in my new home for 3 months. We had some minor issues that needed to be fixed after closing, which were taken care of immediately. (Flooring gaps, Missed Drywall under countertops, and doorbell) Imagine a newly built home that is 99% perfect. Small things here and there that we fixed right away with great follow up!

As a first time homeowner I didn’t know what to expect during this process. I am thoroughly impressed with Pulte’s build quality, responsiveness, trustworthiness. Our loan officer Fredrick and our processor Angelo were always helpful explaining what was needed and had no problem answering all of our questions whenever we had them. Our construction manager Joey went above and beyond during our build process to ensure that our home was built with the quality advertised by Pulte. He was straight forward and knowledgeable about every aspect of the build and if something was wrong, he made it right quickly. Well organized buying and build process. People are exceptional in every position. Strongly recommend.

Sales manager was wonderful. Construction manager was helpful, Having several lightbulbs burn out, as they were old and not replaced was annoying but not a big deal. Some things were high end like the kitchen appliances, doors, windows, electronics,. The laundry is low end as are the bathroom fixtures. Positive experience.

Pultte really tried to work with us through the challenges of building supply shortages as well as labor shortages.
