Craftsmanship could definitely use more pride, there have been multiple issues we have experienced finish wise on our new home that I wish builders would have taken more care and personal pride in. Getting issues resolved includes a lot of emails back and fourth and is time consuming, which is understandable since they have to fix everyone else’s issues. Overall happy with our new home and the space is perfect for us and our growing family.

Excellent team of Construction and Mortgage to work with. Unfinished area of HVAC area is completely dissatisfied. Looks very ugly. Not a good job or quality work done with way too many foams being used to cover the gaps and air leaks. I have never seen like this in any other builders. With the cost of the house paid, finishing Garage with primer and paint would have not been an extra work or cost for Pulte. Luxury pack is overly charged, could have included cabinet door handles and knobs. Most annoying part of no mail box in drive way and it’s common to all residents. Been one month I closed and still no mail box keys received. ... More

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. We are considering selling the house due to the ongoing and consistent issues

Very good experience over all

We have built homes with several other builders (including one that claims to be a luxury builder) and this experience with Pulte Homes was so much more incredible for many reasons. First we bought this home as a quick move in prior to drywall and were able to get it inspected quickly. Chris was amazing in helping with any concern we found and getting it fixed. Please understand when you buy a home that they are built by humans so expect to find something that isn't perfect. Throughout the process we were treated with respect and any questions or concerns were answered or corrected very quickly every step of the process. Chris and his team went above and beyond throughout and after close made sure anything that was not correct, they made it right. When we closed and walked into our home it was a warm welcome as they took the time to make it look as best as possible. I would highly recommend if you want a solid built home with a team that takes pride in their workmanship, to build with Pulte. We are overly happy with the quality of our home and can trust this is a great investment. I love my house! It’s well built and I’m impressed. The little thing not done properly caused one star less for perfection. The grouting on the floor tiles was terrible. They fixed some of it but not all. Sod, the ridges where the ends didn’t meet caused a lawn that’s not level nor safe for the ankle. Water was not draining off the lawn. This was identified prior to closing but was not fixed. After closing the lawn was flooded and they had to install a French drain to rectify the problem. My agent Ryan, was exceptional. He went beyond what was expected of him during the building process.

Everything went well overall. Their customer service reps area good to deal with.

We had a terrible experience in buying our first (and certainly last) home with Pulte. We sought a home in a tucked away and quiet area, which is what we were sold and paid a lot premium for. Shortly after closing to then find out that our "quiet location" was the future Osceola parkway extension only a few houses down and in direct view of our kitchen and living room. Not only is this unbelievably deceitful sales, but on top of this our whole house had a plumbing backup upon moving in. Apparently they had forgotten to install a pipe to connect our plumbing to the main street. Quality inspection done before the home was sold? I think not! It leads me to believe that Pulte slaps these homes together and sells them using whatever means needed to make a profit. Getting this fixed was not easy as the "emergency" line they provided was answered by an automated message that it was closed for two days! Again, unbelievable! Our sales rep was absolutely wonderful so we were very disappointed when there were numerous issues with the home that the warranty team did not address in a prompt matter. We sent multiple emails without any response for several days and it took many more days to get just a few minor things resolved. The other things that need to be corrected still have not been addressed and we will have been in the home for almost 2 months now. We would never choose Pulte again as they seem to stop caring once you close.

The overall experience is good.

The quality of workmanship is low and it takes forever for them to come and fix the issues. The materials are very good but it is the opposite when it comes to workmanship and after sale support.

Sensational house, equipped and decorated. Indoor pool and game room in house 4057! Comfortable, clean rooms! Sensational club, with perfect restaurant infrastructure for sunny days in Florida!

Build manager Matt was awesome, really made our experience great. We’ve built before and he is by far the best we’ve encountered. House is solid.

Would look at other builders next time. Sales person left company during sale and no one informed me. Very poor communication.

The overall experience was streamlined, efficient and pleasant.

ADUL QUICK RESPOND AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING PROPERLY

It was a wonderful and easy experience buying our new condo at Pennington Crossing by Pulte Homes. We are very happy with how smooth the process was and how they communicated everything we needed to know.

A painful experience, it was unorganized, and A LOT of miscommunication between EACH department making it a pain in the butt to go through. Terrible communication, they were not able to communicate with me, and terrible communication to the construction manager, customer service manager, etc. We were NOT informed when we were allowed to hire an inspector. I heard from other Pulte Homeowners that they were also not able to hire an inspector prior to closing. Super sneaky and unprofessional behavior. When I received my house, it came with A LOT of issues, that were NOT addressed until it got taken up to CORPORATE. Very unsure of purchasing a Pulte home again. ... More

Pulte mortgage is the worst. Construction crew was great.

Brandon our project manager was great at communicating and helping us through our closing process. If you have an option to use a different mortgage provided, we do not recommend pulte mortgage.

The house would be perfect but the drywalls finish as well as the paint are horrendous! Pulte response to issues is excellent but the drywalls are a disaster as well as the paint job!
