Poor workmanship, the quality process is very very poor. Houses pass quality inspection with lots of things missing from what we signed up for. Many items are not in working order and had t be fixed after closing. Response to issues is very poor. Construction team just tries to dust off issues.

The team was great to work with- sales, titles and final inspection.

Good Experience with Pulte homes

Ron was incredible, attentive and made the experience perfect. We had no questions about the building process, kept informed all the way. Everything on the lunch list done timely. Would buy again!

If you have a choice, choose another builder. Shoddy workmanship, no customer support and non-existent customer service after closing.

We experiences delay after delay in the construction of our new home and did not close until more than nine months after the promised date. Error after error was made, and our house sat for weeks at a time with no work being done, while houses around us (most significantly including Pulte spec homes - built for their own account) started months after ours and closed months before. Even at the end point we were rushed to close with major items not yet completed. Now, more than 30 days after closing, we still have a very long punch list of items to be completed. Several are significant, including improperly installed gutter/siding where water pours directly onto a window and behind the siding. And a grading issue in the back yard that has our outdoor patio/lanai halfway flooding in a heavy rain. Quality of the structure elements seems OK, but major system and finishing details have been very poorly executed. Bought a new home in Florida for just under a half million dollars. The interior of the home displays the worst level of “finish” work I have seen. Low quality materials, rough finish work on most baseboards and door and window frames. Entire kitchen and three full baths contained zero handles or pulls on any cabinets and drawers. House was still very dirty from construction debris when we took possession. A full month has passed and we are still finding things that need replacement or fixing. Not a good reflection on this builder.

From the first day we met our Pulte Sales rep, B, we were treated like VIPs. Every question answered. Every concern addressed. Every need fulfilled. We also used the Pulte Mortgage group, and the service there was equally great. We got a very good rate, and we are very pleased with the entire transparent process. After we moved in, the project Manager Mike has been incredibly helpful, and has quickly responded to our questions. Honestly, the Customer Service felt like what we used to experience decades ago. Pulte built our new home at Waterways in Richmond Hill, Ga. Our Construction Manager, Jerry Little, was excellent. We were 800 miles away while the home was being built but thanks to frequent phone calls, texts and photos it felt like we were watching the house be built. Jerry explained all of the quality features and processes Pulte uses to build their homes. All of our inspections went very well. We always felt that Jerry sweated every detail and we always felt he was building our home with the care and attention he would use if he was building it for himself. From the first sales encounter to the overview from Angel, our construction manager - they all made sure everything was clear and gone over!!

Poor communication during buying process. Excellent in on line communication however difficult to talk to a person. Sales staff say No to every request without an explanation. Had to speak to upper management several times for simple requests. Walk through was very unfriendly and so impersonal. Follow thru during first days of moving in was ignored by all. Had a burning smell in Microwave and asked in writing if they could look at it. Wanted them to pull the oven out so it could be unplugged. No response Had a fire in microwave 3 days later with the fire department at my house at 1130 Pm( microwave was not in use at the time of incident) Pulte is very poor on follow up, customer service and communication ... Very good quality and service

Pulte has a very good process, and is responsive to issues. They do exclusively use contractors for the various steps of the construction process. That can be both good and bad. I don't know if they keep a very high retainage in order to remedy issues and assure quality control.

We had been looking for older homes for a while but after seeing the Townhomes at Legacy Isle it became clear that it was the better choice. And all of Pulte companies made the process so easy that it didn’t feel like the regular home buying process.

We had a great experience with our sales agent and love our lot and floor plan but have been disappointed in the finish and trim of the home. Several of our level 5 cabinets have been cracked, paint chipped, gouged, exposed nail ends under office counter, trim work and paint is sloppy, very expensive hardwood floors are cracking and peeling. Warranty work has been very responsive and we hope to rectify the issues. We would not recommend choosing hardwood floors with Pulte, they were very expensive and despite controlling the humidity, only sweeping and damp cloth on any marks, we continue to see cracking and peeling, ... Pulte’s painter vendor did a horrible job. It’s obvious that the painter vendor only used 1 coat of paint on the walls, doors, and trim. At this price point, Pulte needs to provide more oversight of its painter vendor.

I would recommend any Pulte project that our assigned Manager is on.

It is almost 2 months but Pulte is still not able to have internet setup at my place since it is a part of HOA bulk service. Even i am paying HOA and it is still not setup yet.

The support from the sale agent through the closing process was very good. The overall quality of the home is good but some items and workmanship are average at best.

We have issues with our counter top which un even , no resolution made after the report , we ended up getting new back slash. The price for the materials used for the house itself is over rated

From my experience with this company First, the materials are cheap and of poor quality Secondly, there are major problems inside and outside the house at all levels Please contact me to clarify the matter

We were kept updated thru each phase of the process. Our sales rep Lance and construction mgr Jarad we’re great thru the process. Anyone looking for trustworthy people to help you thru the process should use Pulte.

Marrisa (sales) was wonderful and always very helpful! Larry(superintendent) was amazing!! He made the whole experience trustworthy. He always solved problems in a timely manner and helped us feel very good about our purchase. Pulte is lucky to have both of these professionals!
