Great Sales person who was there throughout the process. Fantastic Project Manager who kept us informed and quickly resolved issues. Great end product (Home!)

Pulte met their deadlines, we’re helpful and patient in my dealings with them. Some of the outside work appeared a little sloppy and hurried. They responded to my concerns quickly. From start to finish they helped me navigate the daunting task of purchasing a new home for the first time by myself.

We loved the design of the house and our construction manager was awesome

The was our first purchase of a newly constructed home. We also had not purchased any home in many years and so we were learning a lot and needed help to understand the process and the build. The Pulte staff, from sales, to design, construction and follow up, were and continue to be incredible. They were all very responsive and answered our questions quickly. They also handled any issues or concerns that came up as if they were the customer. Some of the team like Tremel Lang, even went beyond our expectations during walk throughs and issue follow up. I felt like they had our best interests in mind and were thorough in making sure we understood any aspect of the purchase and the home itself. The house was beautifully designed, very well built and we love it. The team walked us through exactly how and why Pulte homes are built the way they are. This gave us a great understanding of the value of the new home and confidence in the build quality. If there was one area that we would like to see improved, it would be the options selections in the design process. We were surprised that some options were not standard such as a side garage door. In addition we spent a lot more money on design options than we were led to believe we would. Our expectations were set that we would spend a certain amount of money on options but as it turned out that we spent quite a bit more than we anticipated in order to get the quality of what was represented to us in the model homes. Some of the included options we felt were of lower quality as compared to the quality level that we had come to expect from a Putle home giving us no choice but to upgrade. Marc Taglieri at sales office is awesome - knowledgeable, helpful, caring, honest and most friendly. This is the second house I bought from him at this community. Justin S. is extremely helpful in overseeing the construction process, so is Jack P ,Kylie and Bradley from Warranty/customer care that absolutely took care of any issues promptly. Victoria at design center is amazing in advising our interior options. PGP Escrow officer Alyssa K was super efficient and responsive. All great people.

As an out of state buyer, our experience was as great as it was because we had a field manager and sales person who made us feel involved in the process, from responding promptly to our questions to sending weekly updates of the building process. When we couldn't be in person, Nick our field manager took the time to have virtual meetings or just call to talk about any concerns that our inspector or he found along the way. Our sales person, Melanie would find out any information that we needed or find the person who could. It made the experience less stressful than it could have been.

Great company to work with

My Pulte team, from the sales representative to the mortgage team to the on-site construction team, went above and beyond by responding to my emails and text without delay. The design options offered to allow buyers to build a unique home surprised me. I recommend Pulte Homes to anyone wanting a home that is as beautiful as a custom home but affordable.

It’s a tough time to be building anything, but all in all we had a good experience with Pulte so far. Our construction manager has been the biggest part of our positive experience. Being honest and guiding us through our build really helped what could have been a very trying experience due to delays, to a positive one.

We were remote buyers, yet the Pulte team made sure to stay in close contact with updates, pictures and important milestones/information throughout the process, including a virtual settlement to accommodate our move schedule. Solid team of sales, construction management and settlement resources. Thank you.

Disappointment with lack of response to post closing issues that are still outstanding with no promise to address

The homes are beautiful. If any discrepancies are found after the home is purchased, it is covered under warranty but they are not the fastest to get someone out to fix the discrepancy. Been waiting almost a month to have a drywall issue resolved.

It was very good experience throughout the home buying process. As a first time homebuyer, I was little nervous about it, but it was very smooth process

Overall I'm gonna say it was very positive and that I like the experience and the home. HOWEVER, architecturally I am very upset with where they placed the water tank and the fact that it takes over 5 minutes to get hot water through the tap in the bedroom and in the kitchen. I think that is unacceptable. They say a "tankless" is an upgrade but I disagree - I hate it. I am thinking about hiring a plumber to put in a regular water heater in my master closet so I can have hot water as soon as I turn on the faucet. I am very livid about this.

Overall quality was good. Seemed to be in a hurry to get the closing done by the end of the month. Some sloppy work especially the painting and cleaning before occupancy.

Great experience. Especially Sales person Alex was so supportive and responsive.

Builder Rafael was great and very responsive. He heed to our every complain or issue during construction process

Very easy process to submit tickets for issues after closing and response time is quick

The whole experience from selecting our home to the finished product was excellent. Follow up however on defects has been challenging.

Building a new home is always tough. That said, for the vast majority of the build with Pulte was great. And so far, the warranty work has been handled quickly and very professionally.

The level of customer service we received from the on-site sales agent was exceptional. From the very beginning, through to completion of our home building process, she communicated with us on a regular basis. She responded quickly to all of our questions honestly and professionally, which was so very much appreciated since we were moving from another state and unfamiliar with some local practices. It was a genuine pleasure to work with someone who was so positive, knowledgeable and efficient.
