Great home and great experience

We recently closed on our new Pulte home in the Reverence community of Summerlin Nevada. Our experience was great and we highly recommend the whole Pulte team. Every phase of the process from the purchase of the home to the walk through was enjoyable. It is important to note that we lived out of state the entire time! The Pulte sales agent, Karen, was extremely helpful and informative and she quickly responded to all of our many questions. Our sales agent, Carrie with Keller Williams Realty Southwest, went above and beyond what was required and assisted us every step of the way! The superintendent of the building of our home was Steve and he was excellent. He promptly addressed all of our concerns and he even managed to accommodate some late changes that we made. Great Workmanship, timely and trustworthy for the price paid.

This is our 2nd time purchasing a Pulte home and are very pleased with it. The project managers, Mike & Mike, were very pleasant to work with and had no problem adding a few adjustments along the way to accommodate our needs. The workmanship throughout is very good. We are overall very pleased with the design and workmanship of our new Pulte Home.

Over all great experience other than few mis communication regarding contract and what was included in contract, like simple things, only one garage door opener instead of two. Building a half million house and then leaving one garage as manual without telling or informing or giving it as an option. Over all still I would say 5/5 in almost every department. More so due to interaction with Nick, he has been great help. He is straightforward and very helpful at same time. Its because of him that over all experience for me has been the best.

My wife and I genuinely enjoyed every meeting, every walkthrough, and every step of the process of building with Pulte. Our sales agent, builder manager, and mortgage consultant were all friendly, professional, and we felt taken care of throughout the whole build. Glad we chose Pulte!

Good and seamless experience in home purchase

Built the home as mentioned during the initial meeting. Built with nice materials and followed all the standards. Couple of small findings here and there but those are negligible. Overall had good experiences with pulte and definitely recommend to friends.

timely completion

Fabulous and well thought out designed units, superb quality and craftsmanship all wrapped up in one of the lowest price per square feet i have seen in South Florida. Pulte was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to our needs throughout construction and closing. Extremely pleased with my Pulte experience.

. Good neighborhood good county and schools

Informative, supportive sales team. Delays occurred with Covid issues; however, good communication was provided. High quality construction manager is assigned to my home. The team is responsive and follows up when needed.

The biggest problem was the completion date was delayed two months

Pulte was very smooth in how they walked us through the design and financing process. The supervisor went out of his way to ensure the house was not only completed as scheduled, but he routinely ensures that any repairs are addressed in a timely fashion. Overall, great builder and would definitely build with again.

The whole process from booking till closing was really good and clean with Pulte. They kept all information open and informed. I moved in 1 month back and we are happy so far with overall build quality and we had great experience of buying the home from Pulte Homes
