Brittany R. was upbeat and personable. Met her when I decided to take a tour of the property. She was such a joy to work with from the first moment. Mike B. made the buying experience great too! Met him at the walk through and he talked about the quality of the materials, how well the home was built, and shared info about the warranties. He was very helpful. You can tell that Brittany and Mike are proud of the company and craftmanship of pulte homes and made me even more excited to own one.

Pulte used to be an elite builder. Now they have lessened to cheap materials and 'don't call me, I'll call you' customer service. You wouldn't expect to see the following in a Pulte home based on it's advertising confidence: flat paint (even in wet areas); missed painted areas; door strikes carved with a pocket knife; crooked doors; missing tile; unsealed windows; not following floor plans, and more. Didnt had smooth closing experience with builder

There were several major issues with my home which caused closing to get pushed back multiple times. My original construction manager Terran was not helpful at all and tried to get me to close on an unsatisfactory home. He was only interested in being rated a 9 or 10 and not in actually helping me fix the problems with my home. I had to go above him, to his boss Jordan, and only then did my buying experience begin to take a positive turn. Unfortunately, because there were so many major problems with my home, several minor things did not get addressed before closing. Sales 5stars Field manager 5 stars Very efficient with mortgage and great communication between sales and field manager. My field manager fix all the little problems for me. And this is my second house I purchased with my sales jelena. She is phenomenal.

The buying experience was great. The builder, Ryan, kept us updated along the way and the mortgage team was very helpful. The overall layout and quality of workmanship has been great. However, since we’ve moved in, the warranty team has been very unresponsive for the issues we have had. We have been in the house almost two months and have had constant AC issues. Multiple rooms, upstairs and down, have been 10+ degrees warmer than the thermostat. The AC company was informative but they told us to make the repairs, they had to wait on Pulte. I reached out to the warranty coordinator multiple times via text and email after I was told what was going on and it took almost two weeks to get any response. Once I got the response, I told the coordinator our availability and the AC company showed up on a day when no one was home. It is getting rather frustrating. I have yet to get a response on some of the other issues we have had. Most things are great but in Texas, constant AC issues with no response is definitely no fun. ... More

I think pulte prioritizes their build to sell over people coming in to build from scratch but that’s my real only gripe . The team I worked with to build my house especially my project manager Dylan was absolutely amazing. He always was very attentive and responsive almost immediately. Even now a couple things ( nothing wild ) have popped up and he still has been involved . Highly recommend their building team . Worth every penny .

Adam was great as our project manager. He was proactive and when we had a question he was quick with responses. The city building department for Oakland Park is very difficult to work with. He managed them as best anyone could. The city cause many delays. The quality of the build is pretty good. Adam had to follow up with subcontractors on many occasions to assure they completed their work to specifications. We are happy with the end product.

The Value for Pulte was very good. However, their attention to detail on the home they’re building, pales in comparison to when you tour one of their Models.

I have emailed and texted for some issues in the house that need addressed/fixing, but they haven’t responded

We expected that pulte is more quality and more customer friendly, but ground level is different. Lot of pending issues are still open which were identified at time of closing…

No accountability for issues where the root cause was build quality or poor design. Prepare to spend a lot putting the house right

We had a smooth experience from start to finish with our new Pulte home. We’ve been in our home for two months and have had zero issues. Our construction manager was very communicative throughout the building and closing process, and addressed any issues immediately. We’re very happy with our new home.

We purchased a spec home and we love it. There are certain things we were unaware of that we may have learned had we engaged prior to breaking ground. Fortunately, most we can live with. One thing I highly recommend is not to put the microwave above a gas stove. When cooking with gas the microwave is too hot to the touch to use. Steve was great. Very knowledgeable, kind, considerate, professional, available, timely. Working with Steve, I felt he was striving to give me the best quality build in a home you could get. I understand what he deals with on a regular basis and not one problem was insurmountable for him. Christine was the best. I felt she always went above and beyond with all of our needs. She kept us so well informed with phone calls and text messages whenever she had the information we asked for. She was responsive on her days off, which exceeded our expectations by far. I feel that she may have handled things for us that were not up to her to remediate. She is definitely who you want on your team for an extremely important job, such as building and investing so much into something that is everything to us such as our home. ... More

Tim did a great job! He keep us updated weekly, if not daily.

Quality Assurance after the build was non-existent, many of the problems caught by me should have been caught during the final QA such a gas leak discovered by the gas company after I moved in, front door improperly cut around door lock, garage door that would not close, no HVAC supply in one of the upstairs bedroom closets, paint, plaster and grease all over most of the window frames, paint all over interior door hardware and switch and outlet plates. I really have no confidence in any of the inspections performed by Pulte.

Every step of the process was smooth until the closing process. Kyle the project manager was very helpful, prompt and friendly. I found the closing process a bit stressful as I was unaware that a date would be picked for the closing and then was absolutely non-negotiable. That caused a good deal of unnecessary stress. It ended up working out OK but not before a considerable amount of stress and worry.

If I purchase another pulte home. I'LL be sure to bring in my own lender

Regrettably, I must express my disappointment with my recent home purchase from Pulte Group. My experience has been frustrating and distressing due to multiple unfulfilled promises, and a lack of support from their customer care team. Upon buying my home, I was assured that any issues within the first year would be swiftly addressed. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. For anyone considering purchasing a home from Pulte Group, I urge you to reflect on my experiences. While purchasing a new home should be an exciting chapter, this ongoing dispute over the warranty has transformed it into a burden. My sales consultant Zorinel was amazing. She was very responsive & helpful throughout the entire process. My experience was great due to hard work & diligence. I was also happy with the construction of the home. The site manager was thorough, his team did great work. My home also closed ahead of schedule!

The process was all easy and pretty straightforward. I would definitely recommend pulte to anyone

We had many issues throughout our process. We signed our contract prior to the rapid increase in interest rates. We enjoyed the customization options provided and going to the design center. However as we approached closing our appraisal came in well below the contracted price (over $100k). This had “never happened before” and they would work to make it right. Claims of multiple appraisals never came to fruition, lack of proper communication to us as well as internally were very surprising and disappointing. We obviously went with Pulte as the lender as that is how they bait and hook you into getting extra incentives. So the fact their lending team, sales team, and closing team seemed to have no way to communicate was shocking. They failed to rectify issues and almost led us to walk away from the deal. Our construction manager was top class and very attentive and quick to help and communicate their piece of the process so we were thankful for them. But the sales team, lending side, and closing side was a mess. We have built other homes before and never struggled like this, leading to the title of the review, “Surprisingly Disappointed.” ... Good buying experience, easy to work with from start to closing. Great customer service at the sales office! Knowledgeable in house lender! Friendly superintendent at walkthrough!
